Professional Towing & Recovery

Obviously these clowns don't know the meaning of 'Professional'. Here are some tips and a heads-up for any of there competitors...

When know you are going to be late for a pickup you should call your client. You don't wait for them to call.

When they call you, you should not lie to them about when you are going pick them up. Saying 5-7 minutes away doesn't mean you then wait for your potential customer to call you back half an hour later asking where you are.

When you have a call on a major accident on the freeway you should let your customers who will be impacted know about the issue.

When you get a service call to pick up an all wheel vehicle. Make sure you have a truck with a flatbed and don't propose a drag behind.

Professional towing... this is an epic failure on your part. I was more than inconvenienced. You made me miss getting a rental that night and dropping my vehicle at a service center which cost me a day of missing work.

To top it off you gave no solutions not even an apology.

professional towing took great care of my 2001 dodge ram that broke down and required a tow to the shop on 8/31. The response time was within an hour, the cost of was reasonable; and the driver called me when he was close. he took great care loading my truck and we also enjoyed a great conversation on the way to the shop. Helped to make a rough day a little better. my complements and I would definitely consider using them again (respectfully I hope my vehicles don't require it! :)

Thanks so much to Steve H. He was so helpful and informative today and truly went above and beyond to look out for me and my car. It was my first time having a flat and being towed and he advised me on how to choose an appropriate mechanic and service. Chatting with him turned a very annoying event into a highlight of my day. Pasquale was an amazing professional throughout the entirety of the process. My car broke down on a very busy commercial business street (48th in Phoenix) he was calm, reassuring, and superior professional to handle the situation. My driver side half shaft fell out, there was no budging it. Pasquale took his time, came with the solution and assured me the entire time and was concerned for overall safety as well while drivers nearby were upset. Thank you very much Pasquale! Professional Towing & Recovery Responded to my flat tire in Scottsdale via Tesla roadside a few months ago. Wolf was a God send. He was super knowledgeable about his trade and very knowledgeable about Teslas too. Thank you for your help, Wolf!!

I had been involved in a crash on I-10 and needed my truck and fifth wheel towed. After over 10 hours of trying to get a tow company out to respond, my insurance finally contacted these guys. Had both towed within an hour! Both drivers were friendly and professional. I will call them first next time I need a tow!

Needed my car towed from South PHX to north Scottsdale.
They were on the way within minutes, very professional, and communicated when they were nearby and called to let me know when they dropped my car off.

My car broke down and I called roadside, the first company they contacted couldn't come out until the next day, but Professional Towing and Recovery was there in less than 40 min and this was during rush hour in Queen Creek! The tow driver Kevin was amazing! I was really upset and he was very kind and made me laugh. He took good care of my car and even offered to wait with me until my ride came. He turned a really sucky situation into a mere inconvenience and a miniature comedy show. I would 100% recommend these guys if you ever find yourself in need of a tow.

I scheduled this company a day in advance to tow our truck, the tow was scheduled for 8:00 am. We gave all the necessary information including address and phone number, even put up a credit card . At 8:30 I called because no one had shown up and I was bluntly told that no one was coming because they decided to send there truck somewhere else. Didn't even call or anything. Really bad business.
