Printer Resolutions

Phil was very responsive, informative, professional, and courteous. I informed him of a printer issue (for our client in VA) and he informed it could be the sensor or roller, which sounded right. He also has the best flat rate around out of 6 vendors I tried calling.

I had actually contracted with him for the job but another vendor went onsite without first verifying with me. But Phil was very professional and cordial with the other tech, even though he had driven all the way to Leesburg, and just asked that I keep him in mind for future requests. Definitely built my trust and respect and I will call him directly next time without looking into others.

The holidays are stressful even under normal conditions, but even more so when the home computer/printer is not working. I called Printer Resolutions yesterday, Saturday, for the earliest availability to come to my house to check out my printer/computer. Phil came the next day, a Sunday, at 11 am.
My scanner wasn't functioning properly. Phil methodically erased and added back every possible source of the hiccup. He figured out that the problem was that HP had not updated its Easy Scan so it was no longer compatible with the IOS driver on my Apple IMAX. I needed a temporary fix which Phil provided. Phil reverted to the scanner on the original HP driver for use until HP updates its Easy Scan software. Thanks to Phil, I was back up and running by 1 pm with a workaround that actually keeps me functional thru the holidays. I found Phil's rates to be very reasonable, especially given that he came on a Sunday. Having an IT person to call when your computer/printer is hiccupping is invaluable. Phil is at the top of my list for people to reach out to when I am having IT/ printer issues. I would use Phil again in a flash.

If only I could have this level of help for all of my digital life. Phil fixed my computer the day after I contacted him despite the fact that he was very busy. Mr. Willis's provided a solution to substandard printing on our Xerox PhaserDN color printer. He demonstrated good knowledge about our machine in correctly identifying potential issues and working around multiple challenges in the troubleshooting process. It seems as though our printing quality has been restored to a practically good-as-new level. We have had other companies look at the same machine and charge similar amounts for less time and less work and no results. We could not give Printer Resolutions a higher recommendation.

Wow! I called Philip, told him my problem, and he was here within two hours. Fixed my Epson XP-820's issues and went on his way! He's very friendly and knows his stuff. I'll certainly call him again.

Philip was awesome! After Xerox quoted me $299 to come out plus $69 every fifteen minutes thereafter, I knew my boss would kill me if I didn't find a better solution to fix the horrible grinding noise in my Xerox WorkCentre. I found Printer Resolutions right away, and Philip came to our home-based office the next day right on time. He was super nice and found the issue right away. He worked out a solution to keep my expenses low and as soon as the part came in, he was there in just a few days (I told him I could wait because fortunately I have a back up smaller printer).
