Pretty & Pampered

My wife has gotten her hair colored there and I plan on getting a hair cut there some day in the future. I don't really like changing up who cuts me. But from what I have seen, she is that good.

I also like that shop doesn't reak of chemicals. Very down home and comfy shop. But is by appointment only so it looks dark most of the time.

And they do alot more than just hair there. Just ask what they offer and see how they measure up to the other places in town.

I stumbled upon Pretty & Pampered while doing a web search for something I had heard about...a gel nailpolish that stays on longer than an ordinary polish, but is not damaging to your nails. I made an appointment with Dana and got just what I was looking for!

Dana does a great job but it's very difficult to get an appointment with her. The reason for the poor review is because the past few times i have made appointments well in advance and specifically requesting Dana, she has either cancelled or scheduled me with another person. The other girl who did my nails did not do as good a job so I was really not pleased. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment for a full set of nail extensions before traveling for Christmas. I made the appointment in October and today she sent an email saying that they scheduled me for the wrong service and she would not have time to do my nails that day. Again, she suggested another employee to perform the service. As I was displeased the last time, I declined. Oddly enough she didn't even suggest another date or time for my service. Really poor customer service and I will not be returning.
