Precision Dents/ Paintless dent repair

We ended up not using their service, so this review is based on my interaction via messaging. We ended up using a friend of the family's to come fix our issue.

He was VERY responsive, kind, and had the best price around the area. We had a dent at a crease above our car door and his price was significantly lower than others. Besides that, he was very professional and kind! Will definitely use their services when needed.

He was willing to come to our house and fix it for a reasonable price - next day!!

Had a few dings on my tesla, hit up Brian, sent him some pictures and he gave me a quote immediately. Our schedules were not aligned but we kept in contact with each other in regards to our availability. The day came he showed up, bang out the job, the results are amazing, I highly recommend.

Requested a repair and was given a date. No time was provided so I text the day of the repair. I was told he was running behind and had to reschedule. I was never contacted to reschedule. Communication should be better. Will now give my business to another company.

I had a Tesla Model 3 and thanks to the junk I had in my garage it fell on my car making a small dent on the fender. I tried to call around for painless dent repair and seems few places either don't reply my messages or I have go to their shop.

Finally found Brian he cane on time fixed the dent in 10 mins and its all done.
Highly recommend to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend. I had set up a day (today) to be in contact with the tech (I would assume who owns this business) and after calling him and leaving a voicemail, no response. I waited a while and then texted the # (as the add also indicates to message) with a picture and again mentioning that I was following up regarding the last time we spoke to set up an appointment and consultation to ensure he would be able to remove the dent in question. But also, zero response. I ended up going with an actual shop that was more professional and as promised, dent was removed.

Got a nasty looking dent on a body line of my car and immediately asked for quotes on the trusty Yelp app. Brian's quote came in at less than half the price of the majority of quotes. He came the next day and within less than 30 minutes you could barely tell anything happened. Hope I don't have to deal with dents again but I would definitely call Brian again if I have to!

Brian was such a pleasure to work with. He responded to my request immediately requesting photos of the dent. Upon review, he asked to schedule a time to come see it in person. This immediately made me feel more at ease and I appreciated it as others had thrown out outlandish quotes without even asking to see it in person.

Brian came to my job the next day and took a look at the damage, providing his honest opinion and fair quote. He also offered to repair a few other little ding/dents on my car since he was already coming out for this job. I hired him immediately and he was out next day to complete the job.

My car turned out great and his work truly exceeded my expectation!!

Brian is honest, reliable, dependable, and his work is second to none. I'm so happy I found him and I look forward to referring him to my family/friends.

I inquired about service that was needed ASAP. The best quote was provided and we even set up a day (today). I inquired what time yesterday twice, no response. I called today, no answer. I texted, no response. I am on a time constraint and am now stuck after agreeing with his service.
