I needed a FedEx drop and this little place had EVERYTHING!! Great stop, fast service!!

Poor customer service is the reason for the rating. Just needed to drop a prepaid DHL envelope but was greeted with a rude condescending attitude when asked what I wanted. After explaining I only needed to drop off my envelope, I was told where to place it like I should've known amongst the plethora of boxes and packages strewn about the store. If I had the time I would've driven to the next closest pickup point in San Jose and told the woman to get bent.

I have used Postal Annex in Scott's valley for over 10 years. They are awesome. Fast, pleasant and get me whatever I need so I can be on my way. Highly recommend!

I have had repeated interactions with the company which end with me paying ridiculous amounts for postage. This last time I went in for 1.20 postage, was told that they charge 2.00 for 1.20 worth of postage, then because the I now needed to use a debit card, that was going to cost an extra 3.00. The time before that my 5*8 envelope was charged 11.58. I once had a 5*8 charged $10 to have it arrive with only $1 postage so my recipient needed to pay the$5 difference. I have been going back as they are a family local business. But please just support the post office

Great service and very friendly but I am disappointed they do not update operation of hours with yelp. I made arrangements based upon Apple maps pulling info from their yelp open hours to find out that they are closed on the Saturday after thanksgiving. Disappointed this gets mixed up with Apple maps.

Every time I go here I'm amazed at how fast and easy everything is. This last time I walked in with an item and a prepaid ebay postage label. I spent five dollars and a total of two minutes to have the very nice person behind the counter package it up and slap the label on there. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Definitely a customer for life.

These folks really know what customer service is all about and are absolutely amazing at multi-tasking under pressure... and still offering a smile and friendly demeanor.

We had to drive pretty far to get our packages out if we missed our daily Fed Ex pick-up before moving our business to Scotts Valley... they are a real life-saver!

Great service friendly staff will compare US post office, Fed Ex UPS rates, send your package at best rate. They also have a notary, FAX service, will even pack for you if you like.

These folks are always friendly and helpful... In spite of postal costs going up I always try to come here!
