Port O'plymouth Roanoke River Museum

Wonderful civil war museum. Gives the visitor to town insight to the significance of Plymouth NC in the war... for that matter some of the locals as well. Also teaches the importance of the battle to US Naval history

This is one of those clean rivers you come across well we're on a road trip. It was a quiet serene River. There were large trees covering it on both sides of the river.

It was one of those places that just reminded you to take a moment and reflect on all the beauty there is to see all around you. I'm glad I got to experience this with her for just what it is, a river. But it's not just any River, its got its own unique beauty and serenity to it.

What's a girl to do? Take serenity and moments wherever you can find them.
