Third time I have missing items and never was give my other sandwich. Also they are slow and a bit unprofessional. Most importantly they keep forgetting my chicken sandwiches and sides.

Popeyes is one of my favorite places to get fried chicken!

Service: Quick and efficient. The staff were kind and patient. I received my food 30 seconds after I paid at the counter! The staff was quick!

Food: I ordered the 3pc chicken tender with 1 regular side, 1 biscuit and a drink for pick up using a coupon on the app. Then I ordered the $2.99 2pc leg and thigh Tuesday special and a Classic Chicken Sandwich in store. The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken was still warm and crispy when I brought everything home. The chicken is tender and the skin is crispy. I quite enjoy their chicken sandwich as well. The bun is sweet and soft!

I recommend coming to this Popeyes! They have quite a bit of customers everyday so you know you will be getting freshly fried chicken! I suggest downloading their app. They have some good coupons sometimes.

The wings are terrible!! Dipping over breaded tiny wings into your sugary sauces is n9t competition for EVERYONE ELSES WINGS. GROSS.

This was for a catering order - Chicken was great, EZ Cater service was great! BUT - I ordered for 50 with 3 Pieces and 2 Sides. The photos show what we received for the sides. I was told that was the largest tray they had. I would like to think there was a breakdown in communication on how this should have been done. If the tray was filled it would have been enough but how is the 12 little pods supposed to support the 50 servings of chicken. Just be aware if you are ordering for a large group that might want to eat more than Chicken and a Biscuit, we did get 50 biscuits.

Horrible service. I arrived to the store around 5 minutes after placing my order (just one chicken sandwich and mashed potato) on the Popeyes app. When I arrived and showed the lady my receipt, she told me it will be ready. I waited for 15 minutes, countless people already received their food and the lady never called my name. I checked with her again and she just grabbed a bag of sandwich and meshed potato that have been sitting there since I arrived. Meshed potato was dry with barely any gravy, sandwich was mushy since it was in the bag for a while. Horrible experience for me

Me and my partner ate the food 2 days ago and got awe fully sick. Been sleeping non stop and do not go to this location .

I enjoy this place. chicken freshly cooked. At lease when i go. The customer service is good. A little pricey though.

I ordered no.2, just the sandwich but they still got me the wrong item. Btw really bad service tho.

I've worked low-wage jobs, so I understand how frustrating customers can be at times. But, seeing as I hadn't uttered a word before being subjected to the rude, unprofessional, unjustified, behavior, I'm calling it out. The two young women working the register at 1:00 p.m. felt a need to bolster their ego by yielding the "power" to institute an arbitrary rule banning scooters in the storefront. This place has never been an example of even mediocre customer service. I've observed unsanitary individuals, patrons holding dogs, and cyclist with their bikes while the order area was packed. This day there were 2 people plus myself. So, we were all surprised at the order to risk having my means of transportation stolen by sitting it outside for this short interaction. The other two customers looked shocked at how rude and demanding the request was presented and reiterated. I was happy to spend the food budget elsewhere.

Nice Popeyes location. We stopped here for some chicken and biscuits and i was happy with the food and service. Ordered a 10 piece with fries and biscuits. Drinks were on point. Customer service was a bit mediocre. But not enough to upset me in a good mood. Food was good, We took it at that, And i was happy. I am willing to come back on my next trip
