Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

food is okay, could be better the service at the window is horrible the lady always has her mouth full of food and flour or cooking ingredients on her hands. Food falling out her mouth when getting change i was disgusted and wish I didn't spend my last 5 dollars at my local Popeyes.

Such aweful service. The guy working the register was too busy running his mouth with the other employee to take care of customers. Too busy trying to hold his pants up with one hand and couldn't take care of getting the orders together. Constantly using the "N" word. Even though he was a black person, it still offended me that he was using that word. Could you imagine if that was a white person working in there saying that word??? There would be a dang riot! The manager asked him to stop saying the word but he still continued to say it. It was evident the manager has no control over her employees. It was one of the worst experiences that I've had dealing with a resturant.

Terrible service, rude, takes forever for orders. By far the worst Popeyes I have ever been to.

We usually frequent this place pretty often food is usually pretty good

However, on this particular night my husband was craving there red beans and chicken tender wrap.
We order one or two more things but that was our whole reason for going was for the wrap.

So we pull up order and we are told we have to wait on the wrap. We wait probably 15-20 minutes while all the other cars are driving off that were behind us.

Finally a woman comes out with the bag.
We drive off and my husband says "we waited so long make sure everything is in there before we get too far down the road.

Can you guess what was missing??
Ohhh yes the thing we were supposed to be waiting on.
The thing that they needed to take an extra 15-20 minutes to make apparently was MISSING.
The sole reason we went!
I've never seen my husband so mad.

He said after that day he would never go back to Popeyes again in Franklinton.

This is a great place to eat if you like surprises. You never know what will be in your order at the drive thru. Great if you order chicken and get home to find you were given shrimp. Bad if you order shrimp and get home to find out you have gizzards!

I arrived at the drive thru at 9:45 but it was 9:51 before I could get someone to take my order. At that time, I was told that they were closing soon and it would take 15 minutes to cook chicken - I told them that was fine with me. Once again, I was reminded that they were closing soon. I then stated that I had arrived at 9:45 and it was not my fault that they did not take my order until much later.
