Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes on Moreland gave me the bubbles after one bite. Something was off with the chicken, it was fried but somehow tasted like raw flour. Green beans were the worst I've had in my life, extremely mushy almost a puréed consistency with no taste.
The mashed potatoes were good though. The customer service was nice despite other reviews, but I did end up leaving without my complete order. I love Popeyes but I probably won't return to this location.

If you want Popeyes done right you will definitely have to travel to the city. Popeyes on Moreland is always quick, efficient, professional, and personable. The staff is very friendly and laid back . My chicken is always hot and fresh. This is my favorite Popeyes!! I stop whenever I'm in the area whether I'm hungry or not. I live in the Suburbs and when I visit Popeyes there's always a line wrapped around the building that barely moves, rude employees, filthy, and you never know when they open for the day.

This has to be the worst Popeyes location in the metro area. It was subpar service before the pandemic, now it's just bad. They rarely have their lobby opened, and their menu screens have been out for well over a year. The drive thru is always packed. They're usually out of menu items. For the past week, they've only had one or two sides available. And I don't dare drive away without checking my order because 8 times out of 10, it's wrong.

This is the absolute worst Popeyes I've ever been to, the staff is so unbelievably disrespectful at the drive through and they just throw random orders into the bag and don't care if u get ur food or not. Who ever is working the drive through needs to be fired, I usually don't complain about fast food workers but there was no need for how rude she was to us. We ended up just leaving mid order because I did not want to have food from these people. Go to another Popeyes like a mile down the road don't waste ur time here.

This was the worst fried chicken I've ever had in my life. Overcooked and dried out tasteless and very little chicken on those bones.
Find another Popeyes. This one is horrible.

Ok I decided after months of hearing everyone talking about The New Popeyes Chicken Sandwich I went and picked me up a Combo with Fries and a Sweet Tea . The price was $7.29 respectfully now first off this Sandwich was huge and crispy had a nice bite to it? I went with the Regular not Spicy glad I did the pickles wasnt all that but the sauce and bun and mayo made up for . The french fries was crunchy and cajun and the Sweet Tea was delicious willbi be back Yes !! Any more questions ?

Don't know why I am even doing this...cause ain't anything going to happen. No matter what time, day whatever they fuck your order up. They never put napkins or folks in the bag. They need to have a secret shopper to see for themselves how awful this place is.

Flavor is equal to the rest of the franchise locations. But we're they really terrible is on customer service, they are rude and don't give you all the thing you need like napkins, ketchup, utensils etc.
Come to this place and you will eat your chicken very upset.

You cannot walk into the restaurant AND they only do 1 order through the drive-thru. It took forever to get my food using the drive-thru had to pull up & wait 10 minutes after the long drive-thru line since they do not let anyone inside. Never ever again...this is the ONLY Popeyes I've seen operating this way.
I love Popeyes but will never go to this location again...period.

Don't waste your time. Gave me the wrong order, went back to get it fixed...wrong again.
