PNC Bank

Waited in line for 20 minutes. No one even made eye contact. No one said they'll be with me shortly. No one thanked me for my patience. Didn't say thank you or anything. Couldn't even crack smiles. Worst customer service. Which is partly why I closed my accounts.

Great service from the moment I walked in. Needed help opening some biz and personal accts. It was a pleasure to do business here. The branch mgr was well informed.

Ongoing PNC Bank SCAM/FRAUD in the amount of $900,000 plus interest. See report below.
I recently contacted PNC Bank, President/CEO Bill Demchak Office concerning an online PNC Bank SCAM/FRAUD in the amount of $900,000 plus interest to equal one million dollars. PNC Bank response was: 1.) I was responsible for the SCAM/FRAUD 2.) PNC Bank refused to apologize for the SCAM/FRAUD 3.) PNC Bank refused to acknowledge that someone at the bank knew intimately about my checking and savings accounts and stole my money 4.) PNC Bank refused to acknowledge that an Audit of irregular activity occurred 5.) PNC did not conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) on my accounts 6.) PNC approved the International Wires sent to Chinese Criminals and Gangs, possible Terrorism (This is a Federal Offense). 7.) PNC Bank closed both my checking and savings accounts due to Suspicious Activity.

They are literally impossible to get a hold of on the phone. I've called for days trying to talk to someone so I could schedule an appointment but it just rings indefinitely

Absolutely the second worst bank, only behind capital one. Their app does not work on apple products, extremely long waits to make a deposit. Today, requesting a credit card in addition to my drivers license to cash a $50 check.

This PNC sucks. Our old pnc in pompano was way better. We applied for something and despite having excellent credit, and personal and business accounts at Pnc, I could tell by their expressions it wasn't approved. However instead of just telling us then, they waited until the next day. We had an appointment for them to call at 10 am and they didn't call until noon just to say we didn't get it. Then they tried to sell me a credit card! lol. Our old pnc granted the same request for my husband and worked and got it approved. They don't know what they're doing at this PNC and are very unprofessional. Won't return here even though it's close by. Not impressed whatsoever.

No tellers they are doing away with them . Waited 30 mins to do a deposit. This bank had gotten so cheap not to hire anyone. When the lady finally took my deposit she was rude asf . Here name was Helen

The ATM cloned my card and hundreds of dollars were withdrawn on a Sunday when I couldn't do anything about it. Now I have to wait days for the transaction to process even though my money is gone. I no longer trust PNC and will be changing banks.
