Awesome! Total convenience. I was going to go to an urgent care, but dread the waits. For the same price with my insurance, I was able to talk to a doctor, and get an antibiotic for my sinus problem. So glad I found them.

I was sick (flu & sinus infection) for the past 7 days and had difficulty sleeping at night due to coughing spells.

I called my primary doctor for help and he was NO help; he couldn't see for another 2 days. Also, my doctor's medical receptionist had a "don't care, so what if you're sick" attitude.

So this was the last straw for me regarding traditional urgent care. I find that they do not see your illness as URGENT and that they do not CARE.

I turned to Google and researched "Online Urgent Care near me" and found PlushCare. I called and spoke to Rena.

Rena was professional and proficient. I gave my insurance info, credit card, and other personal info. Twenty minutes later I was video conferencing with Dr. Lisa Dorsey: who was caring, diagnosed my illness and electronically sent my prescription to my local pharmacy. The next day, I was feeling better and sleeping normally again.

Indeed, PlushCare treated my illness with URGENCY and CARE.

I got antibiotics that helped my infection. She gave me the right one! She recommended me to have physical check later to see my situation and I was glad I had no sign of infection.

The service was fast and efficient. No need to wait and you can choose the right doctor. However, it's more like general doctor. They do have specialty doctor on the list every day.

Highly recommended the service. You should use webcam or post pictures.

They should have annual subcription with annual fee like other care center like 299 per year.They do accept insurance though.

New way of getting antibiotics without waiting in line for hours!

My throat hurt allot  and had the usual acks/chills ect.,  I  had tried all the home remedies to no avail..  I knew  I probably needed an  antibiotic.
I really do not like  going to Doctors... as the hassle of sitting and waiting, then you get to the exam room tell the nurse all the issues, wait again for the Dr. to come in  and repeat all the information you just gave the nurse...  ect.
So when I was looking up the local clinic's # on line this  "site" popped up... so I went to it
  And WOW so great, The ONLINE FACE chat was amazing Dr. Garcia helped me and was able to look at my thoat  on line!
 She gave me a script. for a z pack and an inhaler...  picked it up at the pharmacy ...

Super easy  super quick , stayed in my PJ's, Husband picked up the scripts... and now I am on the road to feeling better and getting back to work!!!

Dr. Ulin and PlushCare are true life savers! I woke up with a bad case of pink eye and didn't have much time to go to the doctors this morning. I made an appointment online for 10:45 am, not quit sure what to expect. Dr. Ulin was running ahead of schedule and called around 10:20 which was perfect. She was very friendly and helpful. The appointment took less than 10 minutes and she was able to phone in a prescription right away. This service completely revolutionized fast health care service. I can't believe I didn't hear about this sooner!

They also emailed me a prescription coupon immediately after the phone call and was able to save a few bucks on my prescription.

Thank you for making it hassle free to get health care.

After dealing with strep for 6 days, I tried getting into another urgent care facility to get treatment, but they had taken their last patient before closing. I nearly lost it. I was in so much pain. I found PlushCare on Yelp and wasn't sure what to think, but I was desperate. I was able to make an appointment and was on the call with a physician within 15 minutes. My insurance covered everything and their system was easy to use. I had an Rx in my hands within the hour and just woke up 12 hours later feeling 90% better. Had it not been for their late night appointments and round the clock care, I would still feel sick this morning. This is a great service for folks in a bind - trust it but also approach with care. I could see the limits of online care for treating certain illnesses being tricky. I had strep and was so it was pretty straightforward.

Fantastic! Dr. Allan Marks was great and the convenience couldn't be better. With insurance, the copay was only $25. Who could ask for more when sick at 9 at night?

Their website advertises "get diagnosed, treated, and prescribed medication by top U.S. doctors from your phone now." This led me to believe I could do a phone call with a doctor to address my medical concern. After spending 12 long minutes on the phone with a person who couldn't tell me if my insurance would be accepted unless I gave a credit card, I was finally told no doctors would be available (via Skype and not a simple phone call), that my insurance would cover. He then says, "there's another provider that could see you, but you'd have to pay full price for the visit." This did not sit well with me and felt like it was a way to make me pay more. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this service. Complete disappointment.

This is the best way to visit the doctor especially when you're sick and miserable and it is hard enough to get dressed, in the car, and sit in a waiting room. I have had nothing but a great experience with PlushCare

I just wanted to say this service lived up to their ratings.

I recently moved from Boston to California and I haven't found a primary care yet. I woke up with swollen lymph nodes in my throats area and in a little pain. Granted the sight made me feel worse than the actual pain. But I digress.

I went searching for a doctor to see immediately and I found the ratings for this service. They are so attentive and helpful. They really listen to your issues and concerns  and make the best decisions for you. They didn't just try to instantly prescribe me antibiotics. Which made me Feel very comfortable bc I'm always wary of doctors who do that. Dr. Dorsey gave me advice on what to do and to follow up within 3 days based on my condition and symptoms.

I just wanted to add at the end of the call I felt satisfied and Dr. Dorsey really made me feel like I was her only patient bc she gave me all of her attention and I didn't feel rushed at all. I recommend this service and I recommend her as a doctor.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. I typically dread anything medical in the US- Long waiting times, sub par time management, Sky high prices, you get this drift.
Plush care is changing the game of medical care! Kudos to them for realising how to solve every negative aspect associated with medical care that plagues our current system. I had chest pain, set up an appointment online, video conferenced my doc from my death bed, had my prescriptions sent out to my pharmacy, all is well. Forget the cumbersome phone calls to make an appointment, the long wait lines at urgent care- download an app and voila!
Great if you are out of state or out of country.

Had an ear infection from swimming at dog beach in OB. Instead of wasting hours at an in-person urgent care, and after doing the research to figure out there are not enough variables to need to be seen in person, called these folks.

True,  i spent $99 vs a 15$ copay, but I value my time. And did not need to drive anywhere.

The doctor was kind, unhurried, thorough, and patiently explained both what she would give me and also what I should follow up on vis a vis having an MD in person check the ear drum, which is probably ruptured, in 10-14 days before I go swimming again.

A well designed and managed stress free experience.

I am so glad I set up an appointment here! I set my appointment at 8:15 and the dr called at 8 am and it went super smooth. I've struggled with strep throat all my life and unfortunately can't sign up for insurance until November and this place saved me! We talked less than 5 mins and I told her I was 100% sure this was strep throat. She prescribed me antibiotics and asked if I had any further questions. Easy! I was at work so I asked to pick up my prescription near me. I would definitely recommend this place if you don't have insurance or if you don't want to wait in long lines to be attended. $99 flat rate consultation + $15 for my prescription (:

Dr. Gattu was amazing! After my first consultation I didn't feel any better so I emailed the Plush care team and they contacted me ASAP! The receptionist that called me was super friendly & I wish I would've gotten her name. She told me to make sure I asked for an excuse letter for missing work and had Dr. Gattu get in contact with me to change prescriptions. I am absolutely blown away by the customer service and how much they truly care about your well being. I only paid $99 but all of my follow ups/Doctor notes were completely free. Thank you so much!

This was my first time using this type of method of appt to get a prescription, and I've got to say that is was effective and soooo efficient. Just call to make an appt, have the Dr call you back at a specified time, discuss issues/problem and lastly get a prescription (dr sends prescription to pharmacy for you). Those are the exact steps. All from the comfort of my bed! If you have an ipad/iPhone u can also do a face time(esque) discussion if you download their app. Dr. Garcia was very friendly and open to discussing anything. Will definitely use again if needed, though they only take certain insurances or $99 flat rate if you pay out pocket.

As a retired hospital administrator and former EMT, I was impressed by my physician's questioning of my history, current symptoms, and looking at my back via my laptop camera to discern how to treat my sore back. I was traveling and it was not convenient to drive to an urgent care center. I didn't mind paying the reasonable fee. I was understood, listened to, offered alternatives and promptly given an appropriate prescription to treat my condition. After a few days my symptoms have subsided. I'm grateful for the care and the experience.

I was very satisfied with his service and will use t again. The doctor was great and very informative plus she called in prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't have to drive to doctors office when I wasn't feeling well. No time off of work.

Bad experience with this rude doctor" who judges and discriminate patience on the phone call. She rejected to listen to my questions and concerns and told me to Google my answers , also she rushed my session and said " she gotta go" after spoke with me 30 mins with my newly diagnosed  problem and ignore my unfinished questions. She laughed at my questions and meanwhile she doesn't know the answer too.
All they do is basically give my prescription drugs which any doctor can do that with basic knowledge. They knows nothing about new researches and nutrition.
Nowadays these kind of so called doctors started run their business and. Collect money 99$ per session for this extremely big pile of crap experience and you hung up the phone call feeling been judged and mistreated.
All these unprofessionalism and lack of empathy opened my eyes and I've never encountered that anywhere else. Don't be a doctor if you don't even know how to be a nice person. What a shame !

I was a bit skeptical of this online thing. I just moved to Brooklyn, NY and I have my regular sinus infections. I have had these since 2014 and I know the symptoms and know that I need a  Z pack for the antibiotic to work. I called and spoke with Dr. Lisa Dorsey and she was great!! She asked me the appropriate questions and recommended me some things to do . I got my prescription called in and now I am picking it up. If it were not for this service I would have to drive all the way back to CT and see my primary ( that is if he was available) or worst yet go to a walk in clinic and wait for hours- uughhh. THANK YOU PlushCare ...you guys are a lifer saver!

The PlushCare model is exactly how efficient healthcare should be. Having previously worked for California's largest healthcare company, I've seen/heard of countless nightmare experiences in urgent cares.

Fast forward and I haven't had insurance now for 3 years. When something came up, I was dreading the thought of going to my local urgent care, waiting in a room full of sick/ailing people for God only knows how long, with no real way to anticipate what the final costs of my visit will be until a bill shows up. I googled "urgent care" and PlushCare came up. I was skeptical, but the positive reviews helped (hence why I'm taking the time to write this). I paid the flat fee of $99 and scheduled my appointment with Dr. Rudy for 9:15am. He called my phone at exactly 9:15am. He was very pleasant and warm. He asked me very thorough questions- and I never once felt rushed or hurried along.    

He sent my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice, and he also sent me an Rx discount card, in case the pharmacy accepted it. Within 1 hour, I had my prescription in hand and was back in bed to rest. Very thankful to know about PlushCare.
