Planet Wings

These people never pick up their phones !!!!! I always have to go in person and of course I call with my cell phone in front of them and they pickup the phone acting like nothing happened... food is already pricey for skinny wings over saturated with sauce that is watered down !! And the mozzarella sticks which are very pricey do not come fresh, tried on 3 occasions already ! This isn't a bad review towards Planet wings because I go to another one by my job and they are delicious and professional and most importantly courteous when I call the store by at least picking up the phone !!!!!!!!!! If you guys don't want my money I will take it elsewhere... word of advice to everyone curious, it's not worth the trouble... I don't like feeling like I have to beg to spend money, maybe that's just me ?....

Been ordering wings from here lately. I like the fact that the wings are not breaded. They are not as good as Candlelight wings in my opinion but they 1. Deliver and 2. Take CC which are huge points in their favor. The wings are pretty solid, I would say an 8/10. My wife also likes their buffalo chicken sandwich better than the candelight one so points there.

Delivery has been pretty quick and reliable, would recommend and will continue to revist.

Wings were cooked perfectly sauce was perfect. Pricey for the wing size though . These were very small wings.
4 stars for flavor, execution,friendly service and cleanliness.

The wings were amazing. Thank you Jay for helping feed the cast and crew of Even The Score. Everyone loved the wings and fries. I would definitely go back here for more wings.

I love wings so I come here often, the taco salad taste great. The rep are always pleasant. Good service. Blt salad is algo amazing

Went to the location in Ardsley - this place is wretched. The chicken gyro was revolting. Stale bread, tasteless dried chicken, horrendous vegetables, and it wasn't even wrapped up. Ended up like some mexican tostada dish. Took a half hour for the guy to make it. The place looks dirty and depressing. The girl behind the counter was super nice. Don't waste your time or your money. I have no idea how this business is surviving.

One of our favorite places in town. I was very impressed with not only the food, but how the manager spoke to the staff.

This is toward delivery service. I used to ordered them often since its finger food and quick. The last time I ordered was when its not only took more than 1 hour (which is totally fine it's a busy hours) the driver called me when he got here. I said I'll be right there meaning my front door pretty sure that how it's work. Nope he sat and waited in the car. I was like what's going on? Still not moving his behind to get out of the car. I literally had to walked to the street to his car then he handed my bag out of the car. You might want to consider find something else to do if you are too lazy. I dont mind walking to get my food if he shows me some type of way that he's doing his job. I had always got a good service from this place until that day. I don't know his name but he drove ugly green rusted 1998 Acura Integra.

I ordered from here a few weeks ago. I was disappointed that their menu said the taco had sour cream and there definitely was no sour cream on it. I requested and paid for extra honey mustard that I never received. My boyfriend said the burger and onion rings were decent.

One of my favorite places to order from. Boneless hot bbq wings are awesome! While the food is always on point, it's the service that has me hooked. Always professional. Always polite. Very efficient. To management - you have an excellent staff, from front of house that takes my order, to the cooks that prepare the food with painstaking consistency, and last but definitely not least, your delivery drivers. Very happy to give these guys 5 stars!!! Highly recommended
