Really great staff! Super friendly and knowledgeable. It's not a huge store but they still have a pretty wide selection. I went in for a battery and realized they sell a ton more stuff. I'll definitely be back.

This is a nice store. The employees are usually very friendly and it is well stocked most of the time. The location is in a nice spot although there is not much parking. They have pretty much anything you need and most of the same merch you will find at the other locations.

Super friendly and helpful staff at this location. A little smaller than some of the others, but they still have a great selection.

Solid smoke shop with a wide variety of pipes bubblers etc.... Pretty much anything you may need to partake in some delicious greens.

And what's more... When I stopped in just looking to grab a lighter they gave it to me on the house!

Was shopping for a gift for my sister's bf. They have a great selection of things that other shops don't. Cute!

And this location specifically has an employee named BYRON who was so helpful! He made suggestions he genuinely thought would benefit me when we casually began chatting about my personal habits. He didn't just try to get me to buy something or leave like an NPC. He was friendly and sweet and welcomed feedback, which was great. (^: There was someone else who works here with glasses I didn't catch the name of who deserves praise as well, both knowledgeable and courteous. Even though I live here, I feel like this is the kind of service/experience that would make out of towners move to Austin. Great vibe!

Really great staff! I went in to get some papers and the girl with the pink hair really made my day. She even found me a lighter with a hot pink flame just like her hair which I am in love with. The other lady working that day was also nice and lovely to be around. I appreciate you guys keep up the positive vibes! I will 100% be back to get some refill for my new hot pink flame lighter!

Planet K is where I go when I can't think of a present to get someone, so I just want to endlessly window shop until I see something cool.

Think if it as the Spencer's or Hot Topic for grown ups. Even if you don't smoke, there's lots of neat stuff you wouldn't expect. I wouldn't call it a "smoke shop" for that reason. They have some interesting items like leatherbound journals, cool t shirts, and even some adult stuff.

The service is what you'd expect. Not much to say about service in a smoke shop, as long as it's not crowded you're pretty much good. Their glass is high quality and has never disappointed me. I drop things all the time, too, so this is important to me.

I'd recommend stopping by here if you're bored or need to get someone a birthday gift.
