Gym was clean so far so good but some workers angry and bad mood not helped us and bad talking so this is important be nice with the members . Thanks

For the love of God please put a bell or something in the black card sign in area! Staff are always at the far end of the counter talking with each other or messing with phones. There have even been times a person has been sitting at the computer directly beside the clipboards and not acknowledged me. They are in a poor location. If staff will not pay attention to this area where people are WAITING to be acknowledged, something needs to be done so we can get their attention politely.

Even before the pandemic I found Planet Fitness to be dirty. Machines were often out of order for several weeks at a time. The bathrooms were dirty as were the locker rooms. They had plenty of employees at the check in desk. They would gather there, sometimes as many as 5 of them standing around while the bathrooms were out of toilet paper and the floors had clumps of dust. I only used the shower once, the drain was clogged with hair. You get what you pay for so at $10 a month I suppose some folks figured it was a good deal.

I had a year Black membership with them and I was only told it was only a year. So, I was expecting a call or email to ask if I wanted to continue. NOPE! I was slapped with their annual fee ("non-refundable") I was told I had to cancel by a certain date so I wouldn't get hit with the fee. If I had known, I would've canceled then, but I didn't know! I just canceled it today, and at the gym they told me to call customer service about the issue. I did and they told me to contact the gym! I've tried to call several times just to have it end up at a voicemail. All this, and I'm out $40. Absolutely ridiculous!
And this location is the "dingiest" location I've seen....
Don't get caught in this web people! Go somewhere else!

In my quest to find a gym closer to work and not get stuck in traffic, my next stop was here at Ypsi. Hey this is close to school so maybe I can get one in after class. Outside its tucked away in the corner but the troves of cars will tell you exactly where to go. All PF's are sweet up in similar fashion so I won't go into layout, but the bathroom could use some love and some of the machines were down. Not to say I won't visit again, but it's not my first option.

Since they have updated this place, it's pretty awesome! Lots of equipment and options. Places for stretching and more. Pretty busy and live atmosphere in the afternoon, can be quite motivating! Sometimes you might have to wait for a machine. If you're a normal person you can do a different exercise until it's available.

The gym itself is nice, very spacious and rarely runs out of equipment. The prices are great for a general membership, however this location has horrible parking and with no windows in the gym it's a bit depressing. The staff are always friendly and never pushy as far as up-selling like most gyms. Would love to have a fitness class or two incorporated into the gym model.

Needs a good scrub and some paint. Floors, bathrooms, ceiling are pretty dirty. Every time I go there, I find one of the toilets in the men's locker room is plugged or broken. Showers dirty. Come on get this place shined up.

At least the people are nice and the equipment works.

I go to PF in many different cities. This one is in last place.

Great upkeep, this was my daily gym before I moved out of the area. Only complaint was that the drinking fountain/ water bottle filler was down for almost 6 weeks without any visible work being done. Otherwise very clean, never too cluttered with patrons, and friendly staff!

It's a real inconvenience. I've been going there for almost a year now and they are still under construction. You cannot stretch, utilize the quick workout station, or other advanced equipment. Staff is friendly and always polite but as it's currently under construction it takes a toll on your fitness needs
