I like this Planet Fitness because it meets my needs when I'm working out. Granted, I'm not crazy into fitness or anything, but I've generally been impressed with this location.

It's the cheapest gym near my house, which is a definite plus. There are a lot of cardio machines and a good variety of stations playing on the TVs. I usually get to the gym between 7-8 pm, and it has never been too busy while I've been there. The weight lifting area can get pretty crowded, though. The employees are friendly and always make sure to greet you and say goodbye when you're leaving.

Two small things I've noticed: they don't have a very good selection of kettle bell weights. And sometimes the employees start shutting off the TVs at 8:50 pm on Fridays when they close at 9, which puts a damper on the end of my workout. If you're open 'til 9, keep the TVs on 'til 9!

I like planet fitness but something about this location makes people think they don't have to wipe their stuff down when they're done. Like 40% of the people I see here don't wipe their machines at all, it's gross. I've never seen an employee step in, not incr

Pretty good compared to the West Valley club. I've been to this location many times in the past. It appears they have updated the computer boards on the cardio equipment. There was some pink mold growing in the filtered water fountain. It's hard to see in the picture but it's gross especially down in the center of the hole. This. club is spacious and wide open compared to other clubs I've been in.

Didn't wipe it down, and employees didn't care.
Germs are on shoes, dudes pee in urinals.
I will get involved next time.

Love, love, love! The people are nice. The equipment is clean, you're able to ask questions to whomever is working while you're there and you don't feel bad having to ask a simple question.

I've lived in Murray for over 3 years, Utah for 10, being homeless it's the only way to get a shower or have somewhere safe and warm to decompress,I don't have a bank account or credit card and a free day pass renews itself every 3 months so if someone is smart they can rotate between gyms.
Today, the week of Christmas i was needing a shower and was doing my usual things like sitting on the toilet defecating, putting things into my locker before going next door to purchase clothing at the good will when I was stopped before exiting and told that I could not return after leaving and that I needed to hurry since I said I was going to shower but have yet to do and that my time on the toilet was too long, offended I gathered my belongings and proceeded to immediately leave when upon exiting the man who apparently had been monitoring my business while I was doing the business embarrassed me by yelling at my back I was no longer allowed to use the free 24hr day pass. Last time I tried to get a membership they said 2 guaranteed forms of payment were required like bank account and additional credit card validation in order to be qualified and they refuse cash payment.
So much for the Murray No judgement zone gym.
I'm crying as I am standing outside freezing knowing they are calling police to complain about whatever they are imagining and embarrassed me for being homeless, broke, refused to allow a shower and now I'm no longer welcome because I was attempting to record any attitude coming my way bu behaviors changed once the recording was happening.

How appalling is the current attitude and complete opposite of what is promised when they are selling memberships.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and it used to be a lot better. The staff turnover is horrible. They can not seem to keep employees for more than a few weeks making your experience here usually mediocre. They do a good job of keeping the gym clean but most people are a little nervous already about working out during covid times and it is made worse because nobody is following the gym rules and it is overcrowded during the night times. The employees need to do a much better job of enforcing the gym rules.

This Planet Fitness is okay. The hand sanitizer dispensers always seem to be out, the bathroom's typically a mess and the showers are rarely clean. One of the few times I forgot my lock and wallet was in my coat pocket, someone went through my coat and stole $120. It's fine if you need a workout, but I'd recommend just going in with eyes wide open. There are cleaner, nicer gyms to go to, if you're willing to go down the block.

I enjoy working out at planet fitness. I've been a member on and off for 4 years. This location is by far the best. They have all the equipment you could want. Everything is spaced out well. The employees are friendly. The place stays clean, especially the restrooms. I do wish there was an open area to do floor work but other than that I am very pleased with PF.

I just transferred from Planet Fitness in North Carolina. This Planet Fitness is so large and I haven't been at a time when it's been crowded as of yet. All of the equipment is clean and there are really large, new tv's. There's enough parking and the bathrooms are really clean. I feel like for the base cost of $10, it's an amazing gym.
