I have been coming to this location since 2016 and it used to be solid. However, the place has gone downhill in the last year especially. The staff is always great and they can only do so much. I'm sure it's the fault of the franchisee.

There are always at least 2 machines broken for months at a time. This past summer (one of the hottest on record) the air conditioner was out/broken for 2 months. The staff brought in fans, but the place was unbearably hot. Since October 11th (more than a month now), the locker rooms/bathrooms have been under construction and unusable. They have a portable bathroom situation, but they are disgusting and without water, soap, and paper towels most of the time. So people are defecating, not able to wash their hands and then return to working out and using the equipment. It's completely unsanitary and a breeding ground for unwanted illnesses. I hate to say it, but I may be looking elsewhere for a new gym if this isn't resolved soon.

The gym is fine (from my point of view) I would give it the other two stars if the staff kept the paper-dispensers with paper inside and if they were aware of the maintenance of the machines.

This was my first time visiting this location. It was an amazing experience, clean environment, and the staff is amazing... especially Dom!! He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!! I will be visiting again!!

I was working out with some friends and didn't realize we made a small spill of water, a staff member came up to us upset that we made a mess and proceeded to use foul language and threaten us to suspend and kick us out of the gym. we apologized for not realizing we made a spill and took responsibility for said incident, but the thing that was out of line was he proceeded to tell other gym members (I presume are friends of him). He proceeded to say, "I had to clean those f**kers mess" while pointing at us mid work out. Yes we owned up to our mistake but that does not allow you to disrespect us gym members.

Just moved from Nashville and was at PF there. I'm using other locations further away because the locker room and showers are out of order, apparently for months now, the portable bathroom right outside the front doors is simply gross and not in acceptable condition even. I'm beside myself how a gym does not have a locker room to change and secure your things. I changed standing in the parking lot. I'm not going to speak to management there, it's obvious what the problem is, they just don't care and are not held accountable by Planet Fitness to maintain the bare minimum of standards required. Not to mention there is never anyone working on the locker rooms, they are just closed with no sense of urgency to repair them.

I have been a member of this planet fitness for over two years. The staff is always great, although there is a lot of turnover. The gym is generally clean, and the equipment fairly well maintained. The facility/building itself is in rougher shape. The air conditioner was out for two months this past summer and the bathrooms have been out of commission For a couple of months now, currently. The portable bathrooms are OK, but they always stink, they don't seem to be cleaned regularly, and there is never ever any hand soap available.

I love the variety of equipment at this location. My only problem is the staff. They are either ill equipped or they're liars. I have insomnia so I'm usually at the gym after sunset. Multiple times I've wanted to use the massage beds, but no one was around so I simply helped myself. However the next day when staff was around they told me the beds weren't working. Mind you only ONE of them has an out of order sign on it. Once again when staff is nowhere to be found I am able to operate said massage bed (the one without the out of order sign). Rinse and repeat. Same staff even saw me using the bed once and said nothing. So, either they don't know how to work them or somebody is lying. Either way, I'm not even gonna bother asking anymore.

Equipment I am fond of and consider a workout necessity at this location - treadmill, elliptical, stair climber, leg press, true stretch, hip abduction (both types), back extension (sitting), and smith machines!

Also this is NOT the location that makes you pay for parking! You're welcome!

This has got to be one of the cleanest Planet Fitness centers I have ever been to. The restrooms even smelled nice. The equipment are all in good condition. The staff here made the genuine effort to say hello and the music is just loud enough to not be annoying.
I was able to use the squat machine with ease and no one was hogging one machine for hours taking selfies. Oh and members here actually wipe the seats when they are done here (unlike in other Planet Fitness centers).
Plus the free weights were actually in their correct racks. :)

I go every day pretty much and I wanted to leave a review, because of the staff is all good but when I go in Liz is always very professional and it's refreshing to see that everytime. She is always dressed very nice and tucked in and hair is always on point and I decided to leave this because last night she had the floor cleaner strapped to here and literally walked through every square foot of this place and did the floors after she went and returned lots of weights to their racks it is impressive to see that work ethic and I felt she deserved to have a shout out for her efforts

WORST GYM!!!! Staff ignores you doesn't even speak! Every time I walk in it is one of the most unwelcoming places EVER!! Now I don't come for the employees I come to work out, with that being said they allow guest to bring a guest so this place is BEYOND packed 98% of time half of which aren't even members...this gym is ONLY good if you're someone who likes to walk on treadmill for hours that's it...they have 80 treadmills and 4 bench press machines it is very clear they don't want weight lifting happening...save your money and goto Golds or somewhere else that doesn't offer members the ability to bring whoever and take up the space of actual
