Listen this is a local dive bar!! We've never had a bad experience here we are always treated awesome!! Our bar tender made us special shots for my husband's birthday! They have sports on weekly specials and there is a good pool crowd!

Great customer service The staff here truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, courteous, and polite. They made us feel like VIPs. Food was great. I love this place.

What a shame. My wife and I were just talking about how many years we have been in Reno, 40 years and you hope things that are good, don't change! Unfortunately PJ's has, price like everything has increased 3 to 4 Dollars on breakout items, but what was bad, breakfast, just out right sucked. Wanted to run home and puck. Ordered the PJ Benedict. Lots of calories but absolutely no taste, what waste of calories and time. I'm wondering now if the original owner still owns the place? Maybe they brought in a new cook?!? Don't recommend PJ's for breakfast. Better off with I hop!

Great food. Pizza fresh and amazing. Service is friendly and fast. The crowd is very friendly and welcoming. Pjs has become part of one of my regular places to frequent on the weekend. You got to try it.

Bartenders tend to be lacking in serving anyone not directly in front of them that they know personally. Food is mediocre. Vibe died after sitting waiting to be acknowledge for 10 minutes.

It was a little packed when we went and definitely not easy for a single person to manage but the bartender was ignoring us altogether and was spending far more time taking shots herself than helping customers. After 30 minutes I went to the bar and asked for a menu. Then took us another 10 mins before they finally came to our table. They had also attended 4 other parties who showed up after us.

We waited 30 minutes to get a menu and another 10 mins to order. All this time the bartender is taking shots.

Just left at halftime during the Raider game because we were told that we could only view game from 1 TV with no volume from manager, Bonnie, because we were the only fans at 1pm so once the bar was full of raider fans, we would be able to watch what we came here to watch. However, even when the bar was full of Raider fans, not only did we ask for more TVs to show the game and to be able to listen, she still refused even after numerous fans asked as well. Bonnie allowed 12 paying patrons to leave rather than put the TVs and volume for the Raider/Patriot game.. even though our tab was well over $50 at half time she did not care.. the establishment itself is good and Kim is an excellent employee and tried over & over again to get Bonnie to just let the customers watch and listen to the game. when I say the bar was full of Raider fans, I mean the bar was full.. but 12-15 of us left.. Bonnie is a horrible manager and sound not be there.. something to think about Joe
