Been a loyal Pizza Man customer so long I can't remember. The pizza was our favorite. That is until they hired a manager named Ethan. Who one weekend decided he would quit taking orders a half hour before closing. We talked to owner - thought maybe things would return to the standards we had come to expect and appreciate
over the years. Then this last Sat we received the 5th or 6th pizza in the last 2 months BURNED AGAIN.
Called and were told by Mr Ethan " yeah it's burned
you can eat alittle burned pizza cause I am not making you another ". Took the burned pizza to owner on Monday. Unfortunately business owners today have to decide if all your hard work into your business over the years is worth placing in the hands of a person who has no investment in your business reputation. Very sad. We will give up our long time favorite business in Shakopee rather than be treated with this level of disrespect.

This place is carryout or delivery...no tables.

Just happened to be close to our hotel and the reviews were good so we got a lumberjack pizza and some pop. Took it back to our room and the game us plenty us napkins and paper plates. Fun watching them roll the dough thin on the roller machine... and poo out into the deck oven. Pretty quick....

Yum. Nice crackery crust but not too thin. Great sauce and fabulous cheese. Meats were good too.

Delicious pizza...perfect for us after a long day touristing around Minneapolis.

This pizza was delivered hot, fast, with a decent amount of toppings. I like more of a crispy cracker crust - this was a bit chewier than I like, but it was still very good. It seemed a tad expensive but it was worth it. There were 10 of us and 3 jumbos allowed us to graze all night long on it and have some cold pizza for breakfast . 2 of the jumbos were specialty and the other 2/two toppings for $86 before tip.

Hanging out with family on a Saturday night and ordered 3 pizzas from the Pizza Man. Great pizza, hot and fast. Less than 35 minutes for the delivery. Thanks for the great service!

We order Pizza Man regularly. At least once a week if not more. And the delivery guys are normally pretty good. My husband is in management at a local Hotel. So we live in a apartment on property. We always tell delivery places to call when they arrive so we can meet them at the security door or elevator . Thursday evening we both have classes. So that is normally one of our pizza evenings. This past Thursday (October 29,2020) I ordered it. And the delivery guy called. But he was kind of a jerk. But I didn't say ANYTHING. I don't want any delivery man extra toppings added. I just said hey come up I will meet you at the elevator. My husband was at the security door I was at the elevator. So both ways to get up to us we're covered. Well we waited and no delivery guy. I called the number he called me from No answer. Finally the front desk lady called and said a pizza with your name is sitting on the desk. She went to grab the fresh coffee and came back a couple minutes later to pizza sitting on her desk. As my husband went to grab our dinner I immediately called Pizzaman. I asked the kid taking orders if a manager was on duty. He said no. So I asked him to leave a message for the manager to call me back, he said sure. Well it is Saturday morning no call back. I don't know if the manager just doesn't care or the kid taking orders never gave my message. I won't be coming back to this location.

I am sick of spending my money and getting horrible service. You can't follow simple instructions! ! Maybe if you did i wouldn't call and complain! ! Never again will i spend my money with these horrible people!!! When i only ask for one thing, well done, you expect me not to complain! ! 30% failure is acceptable to these people i guess?

Best pizza in town. By far. Nice staff, quick service. They use quality products and make a superior pizza. Some of the other chain shops use such cheap meat I can't even eat them. These people do it right for a competitive price. That's why I keep going back.

We order our pizza from Pizza Man because we know we will like the pizza. Other pizza joints like Pizza Hut and Dominoes will never get our business with their mediocre food. On our first order from the Shakopee location, we're fairly new residents of Shakopee, We were disappointed by the canned mushrooms on our pizza. After making it known to the store that we would have liked to seen fresh mushrooms on our pizza, they said that the cost and sometimes wasted unused mushrooms was too much. We are glad to see that they are using fresh mushrooms now. They do run out of fresh mushrooms sometimes and revert to the canned ones to fulfill orders, but they are trying. We ask if they have fresh mushrooms when ordering. At least we know before we eat. I have a lot of respect for a restaurant that listens to feedback and tries to have the needs of their customers satisfied.

Just ordered a small sausage ball and pepperoni, well done. How much? "17.00". "FOR A SMALL"? he said "yes". Oh well hope it's good!
