Pizza Hut

I had an awful experience. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I ordered online to take advantage of the 50% off deal. As I was driving to pick up my pizza (because they don't deliver to my house 5 miles away) Christine calls me and says they don't have the crust I ordered, Italian sausage or green peppers. I have to order something else. I get there and she has prepared regular breadsticks and not cheese breadsticks like I ordered. She says whatever, she doesn't care, whatever, she's tired, she will make me some cheese breadsticks. Then, the pizza (somehow) falls on the ground. She has to start all over. And to top it all off when I get home and open the pizza box, the pizza looks all mangled. Like it's the one from the floor. But I know I saw her throw it out and I waited 15 mins for the new one. But we can't even eat it. I wish I could upload a picture of it here. Unfreakingbelievable. The breadsticks were not hot (it was a 5 min drive home). I called Christine and she did give me a full refund but we didn't get any pizza tonight. After all that. Hell, I should of just went to little Cesar's, which is right next door, to get a cheaper, faster and better tasting pizza. Corporate needs to look into this establishment ASAP.

Stay away from the lunch buffet! There was a very small selection, the food was not warm at all, and I was there at 12:30 PM which should be prime lunchtime. With a lot of restaurants in the Northern Delaware area getting shut down by the health department, it amazes me that this place has not been shut down. The waitress was too busy on her cell phone to pay attention to the fact that there were no clean dishes or silverware left, forcing diners to reuse their dirty dishes at the buffet. Disgusting!

If you want to know why Pizza Hut almost doesn't exist in this area anymore, visit this location and you will figure out why!

To start with when I was growing up Pizza Hut was a treat. It was a step up from any other pizza place.

Pizza Hut is circling the bowl. Why would they lower themselves to compete with Little Caesar's? The food sucks. There are 2 people trying to do the work of 5. It's a damn shame. I'm done......

This dump should be closed. Dirty, food disgusting. Went in at 1215 to get the buffet. One pizza out, lettuce and dressing. That's it. ONE person working doing it all. Waited, 10 min later cinnamon sticks, no pasta no additional salad sides. Eventually another pizza and some macaroni (single serving). Absolutely nothing positive to say about this dying joint. Don't waster your money time or appetite.

I visited your establishment last evening picking up a pizza for my Husband and I. I walked in and my total was $11.99 - I handed the young lady a $20 bill. She could not make change for a $20, so I offered her my debit card, she asked me to hang on and eventually came up with the change. As I stood there for approximately 3-5 minutes I was absolutely disgusted by what I witnessed. From where the cash register is you can see directly back to where there is pizza preparation. There was a young lady (mid twenties I would say), that was making a peperoni pizza. What blew me away was she put the cheese and peperoni on the pie with NO gloves on! I thought this would be a requirement for a food handler!!!! She then finished, went over to the computer and typed something in, went to attend to a table in the restaurant, came back, picked up a few pieces of trash off the floor in the prep area and then continued to make another pie! I am sure you get my drift here!!!
My super pan pizza was sitting unattended to in the boxing area, where a gentlemen came and cut it and was complaining that they had no large pizza boxes and he had to put it into to smaller boxes.
Well, against my better judgement and without saying a word I left the restaurant, and proceeded home. I have to tell you it was extremely difficult to eat the pizza after what I had seen.
Needless to say, the pizza went in the trash.
What is going on at this location????

Well... I stopped into this establishment for dinner... about an hour ago - I have yet to receive ice a many food. A waitress has been walking around but only attending to the one family that came and sat in the back - I suppose I don't count as a customer. I am tempted to just leave and see if anyone notices but it would be nice to get something for what I already paid. If I hadn't paid already, I would have walked out for sure. I will be going up to the counter shortly to see if I can get a refund and then leave.

Got finessed into waiting over an hour. Paid for the pizza and was told that it was ready about half an hour ago. Still nothing. Haven't been helped.

Absolutely disgusting regarding cleanliness. Which is weird because when we walked in, employees were sitting around on their phones and standi Tables and floors are sticky. So far been waiting 15 minutes on my lunch break and not even drinks have been served. Very slow getting the pizza to the bar. No spoons in the pasta. I just cant imagine this is a isolated incident. it looks to be the norm....

The tile floor is so slippery in the building you cant stand in one place without your feet sliding. Lawsuit and workmanship compensation waiting to happen.

This place is dirty, digusting, and sad. If you order online your order is going to be wrong, if you call in your order will 100% be wrong, and if you order in the store...be prepared to have your next 4 birthdays while sitting in the dank restaurant. Walking into this place is like walking into a 1975 horror scene but worse. There are only ever 2 people working their who would rather be talking crap on other stores and employees then helping you, dont bother them. They constantly complain to customers about other employees and how crappy that place is. We tried this place twice because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. For shame ....they did not get better with time. The first time the food was completely burnt which is odd considering its on a timed conveyor belt of heat. But these numbnuts some how screwed that up. The second time I ordered they gave us all gluten free dough which was like gnawing on a thick piece of cardboard that had been under someones car seat for 10-14 weeks. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to dominoes....its cheaper, cleaner, and better service.

I came for the lunch buffet. With all the Pizza Hut closing down in my area this is a breath of fresh air. No it's not updated, but it brings back those memories of the Pizza Hut of the late 80's/early 90's. If you grew up in a time where Pizza Hut was the place to be (and have your birthday) and you're looking for some nostalgia this is the place for you.

Worst experience I have ever had, and I grew up as a youngster loving Pizza Hut. What in the hell happened to this place? Poor service, VERY dirty, uncleaned tables and so forth. When we left there were 9 empty tables that still had not been cleaned up. 2 of these tables (right across from us) had dishes on them BEFORE we got there. We had to sit around filth during our entire dining experience.

I took pictures as I plan on sending them to their corporate office. Wish I could post them on here....
