Pizza Hut

Ordered delievery tonight, got put on hold two times while I was ordering, took 10 min to order pizza. I tried to talk to a manager, Beverly was no help, and said they were busy so I should be patient , I hope she finds a different job because she should not be dealing with the public. Ordered Delivery Saturday night and the quoted time online Was 45 minutes... The driver got there in 40 minutes and was very apologetic about being late even though he was early... Great tasting food and Rowe(driver) was very nice. Favorite pizza place in town!!

Somehow this store is in my delivery range, which usually ends up with ridiculous waits for a delivery, 1 hour and 45 (after being told 45), wrong orders etc. I haven't ordered in over two years. Today I ordered a stuffed crust, extra pepperoni, bacon, and cheddar cheese crust. Wife picked it up brought it home, it only had regular pepperonis, nothing else. I called, was offered 10 dollar credit, then the manager (Holly) said no I put bacon on it, only give him 4. I lost it. There was no bacon. So I drove all the way up there and asked her to show me the bacon. She only offered to remake it, and me wait another 20 mins. I asked for my money, this is why I take my business elsewhere. The lack of customer care is clear, and the reviews and health score of 94 reflect there lack of management.

As a frequent customer at this location the order I placed today was not acceptable. There was barely any sauce and no cheese or pepperoni. I have never had any issues with my order until today. Considering never ordering from Pizza Hut on Main Street again. I only gave 1 star because zero stars is not an option.

The last 2 times I have ordered from this store I have had excessive waits . Today the girl that took my order could not get it right and then told me it would be delivered in 35 minutes. After an hour and half I called to talk to the manager. He was about as incompetent as the girl that took the order. I didn't want a discount, I just wanted my pizza in a reasonable time. This was the second time they did this and I will never order from them again.

Today I placed a time order with the local Pizza hut. i placed it at 12:15 at 12:30 I called to find out where my food was. The Shift leader told me it was on it way it arrived a few seconds later. However it was already 15 minutes late and they forgot my 2 liter I ordered I was still on the phone with the manager so I let her know that this was bull shit maybe I should have said those words but I did she then asked me to stop cussing at her and in the very next breath told me shit happens. So her excuse for it being late and my drink being forgotten was shit happens. GREAT customer service skills in that one. The driver told me she was going back to get my 2 liter a hour later and no phone call and she still hadn't returned so I called back and the Amazing shift leader told me they were not going to bring it back to me. However my card has still been charged. I wouldn't not recommend this pizza hut to anyone. Which is sad because I truly do like pizza hut. I will no longer use this one however.

So we have just recently moved to Versailles had ordered a couple of times each time had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes upon arrival (even though my order was placed 20 minutes prior)while I waited for my pizza quietly I noticed that the employees like to stand around and talk to each other while the phone rang and rang and NO ONE picked it up. Had just recently placed an order for the 10.00 special only to receive a call from an employee stating that they were waiting on pepperoni....wait what???? the girl on phone said that it would a 2 hour wait did I want to wait until then? uh no I don't please cancel my order. Yesterday placed another online order after check out the wait time said 1 hour I called the shop to verify this and the employee was yes it would be 1 hour I said please cancel. I haven't figured out if this restaurant is just poorly managed or if the owners truly do not care what kind of service they give since this is a small town and there aren't many pizza shops to choose from but I am pretty much throwing in the towel on this pizza shop
