Pizza Hut

In my humble opinion, this is probably the best Pizza Hut in Orlando. As a local, I drove 25 minutes to this Pizza Hut due to all the positive reviews. I ordered via the website and scheduled my pickup at the designated time. When I arrived, the store was nice and clean. There is a lot of seating so you can dine in if you want to. The employees were friendly and my pizza came out the way that I wanted. I left happily and when I got home, the pizza tasted great. I would highly recommend this location as it is not in the touristy part of town and quality is on point.

One other thing to note, this Pizza Hut has really good deals. I got the carry out large pizza for $7.99!

(Please note, the Pizza Hut locations on international drive or Apopka Vineland don't offer the best deals as they are tourist zones so avoid if you are a local! )

I would definitely be back at this location!

I will not come back to this place again.. the service was poor! food was no the bad.. needs better management on my opinion..

Matt Abbott was more than just a man who made pizza. He was also the guy that delivered it. He would deliver it so hot and fresh and always with a smile and a pleasant joke. He often times smelled of fresh flowers and I enjoyed our long talks about world history and various topics. I can't wait until covid 20 happens and he has to go back to work at the pizza hut.
The real question I have to ask u before u order is, do you even scoot bro?

SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! If you like getting the wrong order delivered, in the slowest possible time, and then spending the next half hour calling the store for help and getting hung up on twice, then have to call corporate to file a complaint and THEN finally have the store call you back apologizing and offering to issue a "store credit for your next order" then this is the place for you!!

editing from previous - i guess it was just a friday night with no one responsible on duty but the next morning I was called by Elizabeth at the store, her professionalism was night and day from what I experienced the night before and she made it right. I guess I know now to place orders a little earlier Thanks Elizabeth (sorry if that's the wrong spelling!)

Great pizza fresh and delivery. One of my favorite delivery places. We love the thin crust and personal
Pans. We also got the cinnamon bread awesome.

It is very nice to have a Pizza Hut in such a nice location. This place is basically in the center of the plaza; you could also call it the Pizza Hut plaza or Planet Fitness plaza.

Working in the plaza is also a plus! Ordering online and walking to pick up the order is very convienient. Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday, giving away codes for an $8 large pizza with two toppins along with two side orders of cheesesticks is a great deal! Well of course I have to upgrade it to a Super Supreme pizza just so I have an ease of mind that I'm consuming some vegetables and nutrients. The pizza itself is okay in quality; I would prefer it more steamy and hot considering my arrival right before it is done. The cinnamon sticks are tasty to my suprise, but the icing dip sauce is not necessary in my opinion being it very sweet. The marinara sauce for the other breadsticks is only enough for one stick, so after one stick is gone there is no more sauce left to dip Overall, the cinnamon sticks alone are the most enjoyable of them all, which is sad for a pizza place. Maybe because I order it using a code for discount, some would say, but I believe they should stand true to their name regardless.

The staffs are really nice and clear about everything.

The pepper and cheese sauce are no longer giveaways but you have to buy them in a container for like $5! While you're at it, might as well buy more dipping sauces because they dont give enough!
Its like buying an Iphone and buying an additional headphone jack.(not a hater btw, its a fact)

Delivery sucks
They put no effort to contact the customer wont even get out the car then say it's your fault it's horrible

This past year has been nothing short of devastating for most people. In times like this we need hero's and today's hero is pizza pimp Matt. I placed an order for 16 large pizza's 12 dozen wings and a gallon of ranch and Matt brought it to my door in one trip. Ladies this man has never made 2 trips bringing in groceries. He smiled and handed me 45 pounds of still hot pizza and wings and then thanked me for my order. This guy is a class act and deserves every humanitarian award ever given.

I feel the need to update my review given to Pizza Hut.

Since my last review this particular store has a new building. And it appears all new people.

Since reopening I have been offered excellent customer service whether in the dining area or carry out. The pizza itself is always excellent and the deals make my wallet happy.

Great job Pizza Hut in positively making a difference and regaining this customer.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Pizza Hut (although it's been years since I've been in a Pizza Hut). I took my little sister here after we had played laser tag in the same plaza. The restaurant has a casual/ trendy decor. There is a bar and seating to the left. You order by walking up to the counter, drinks are self serve and you are given a number to take to your seat. Each order is cooked to the order so it does take a bit of time to get your food. But it was piping hot when it arrived at our table. You can also watch the Staff prepare all the different orders which is kind of fun to do.

They do bring the food out to your table when it is done and will give you take home boxes when you ask. Overall this has given me a new perspective on Pizza Hut as I was envisioning the Pizza Hut of the 80s.
