Pizza Hut

We made the mistake of ordering from this location tonight. After waiting for an order that we placed online for an hour I called to check in and was informed then that it would take another 2 hours to get our order. Sadly, this is not the first bad experience with this store.

Ordered pizza from here tonight and was just delicious. I ordered on the Pizza Hut app and sent my son in to pick up.

He asked for crush pepper and napkins and they were so generous, filled up a bag of pepper, grated cheese and napkins.

Pizza was pipping hot out the oven and customer service was on point.

The inside dining area definitely needs some TLC

I have been a loyal customer for longer than most of your readers have been alive but that came to an abrupt END this past Friday when I ordered a pizza and chicken wings online for pickup. I arrived and my food was ready as usual. I asked for some Parmesan cheese packs for the pizza and a couple of ranch dressing mini cups for the wings. The checkout girl said, "Those are 65 cents each." Yep. Pizza Hut is the only restaurant in America who serves chicken wings and CHARGES for the dressing that every other restaurant on earth GIVES THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR FREE. Any company who is that greedy looses my business for good and they can choke on their chicken which isn't all thet great in the first place. Pizza Hut FAIL.

The food is good. I always order thru the app for points. Service is great. I get good coupons by email and text. The tv in the store let's you track your order which is cool. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I did not have boost phone service work in the store not did they have wifi.

overcharged my order & didnt fix it, order was incorrect, waited forever for cold pizza & mgr was completely rude

If you want the best pizza in town. Stop by South Main Street in High Point for the best pizza around,is so delicious. The couple that owns the place so personable you will enjoy meeting them also. We ordered our pizza extra cheese and crispy it was perfect stop on by and give it a try.

It's been over two hours and we still don't have our order that was made online. I called and the manger stated it's on the way that was 30minutes ago. Never again !! I need a refund!!

Worst delivery time ever and the slowest Pizza Hut ever I don't know if it's just Highpoint or everyone could be on heroine in this store or something
