Pizza Hut

Ordered from this location today and they couldn't have been any nicer The pizza was hot and fresh and when I picked it up, they were super cool. Thanks for the great service !

Lady at the counter was super rude, we must have interrupted her walking around talking on her cell phone and she let us know it by acting like we were a total inconvenience, refused to let us dine in stating half her staff called out, we were the only ones in there and she stood and didn't do anything the entire time we were in there, won't be back, looks like yet another Pizza Hut on their way out of society, good riddance.

As far as Pizza Huts go, the Carlisle location provides all the offerings you'd expect. The buffet is a family favorite!

As far as the service, we've had a mix of good and not so good. At its best, we get great check ins for drink refills, quick meal delivery, and our requests for items on the buffet honored. At its worst, we wait for almost an hour for food, no one checks in for drink refills. The worst experience was ordering for pick up, but after getting there to pick it up, management said they must have forgotten to put our order in, so I had to wait. While this only happened once with me, I've seen other customers waiting in line complaining of similar issues.

Overall, my wife and I love Pizza Hut and while there are some areas for improvement, this location will always be our hometown Pizza Hut! We enjoy it and would recommend it to anyone (with the caveat that you might have to wait a little longer than expected while there for your food!)

This pizza hut location is independently owned and may not participate in all pizza hut promotions, so keep that in mind.
The 2 pizzas and garlic bread sticks we ordered were tasty and fresh.
The service was a little slow, the server was courtous and friendly.

Horrible. "Call center" told me the order would be delivered 15-20 min. Called 40 min later to the store and the woman told me it's "out for delivery". Called another time 30 min after and "oh, that was marked for pick up"...if I wanted my food it would've taken OVER 2 HOURS. The manager thought I was lying and was not very apologetic. Negative stars should be possible. I will never give Pizza Hut another dollar. BE ADVISED: less organized than a lemonade stand. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Horrible experience with this Pizza Hut. I delivered an order two hours ago and never received it I called twice and the woman on the phone said it should be there any minute. I called back a third time and the gentleman answered and said that my ticket was read wrong and they were running my order out right away. He responded with I'm sorry we are closing for the evening, I then asked to speak with a manager and the his response was he was the manager. I asked him wasn't I informed with a courtesy call that my pizza order was going to be late or had been delivered to the wrong address? He said, well according to our driver it was delivered to the correct address. I asked him for his name as well as his manager's name and said I would be calling tomorrow morning to speak with him. I asked the gentleman "Jason" to just refund my card and cancel my order. He then got an attitude and told me he would have to ask his manager how to refund my card tomorrow morning. I then told him if your a manager you should be able to do that action. He then hung up on me! This is the second time I've had my order delivery messed up and not notify that something was wrong and still got charged for the order.

The food was cold the wings were over cooked the pizza was nasty the meat was chewy and cold the cheese was greasy

We were disappointed in this Pizza Hut, it was a little greasier than usual. And the toppings were all over the place. We had to do pick up as they don't deliver to our area, and while in the waiting area (as this PH has a buffet) we had to wait for a while, and noticed the floors and tables were messy and it didn't seem clean. We probably won't order again and instead stick to Dominos or Papa Johns.

I feel I need to leave a five star review to help bring up the average for this Pizza Hut restaurant. I just don't understand how some people leave a poor rating and review based on a single experience. You should always try more than once because "stuff happens" in the restaurant business. Also, the Guy that commented that the pizza maker was using his bare hands to make pizza, that's what you do when you make pizza. You do not wear gloves nor are you required to for handling food that is uncooked. Duh!
I've been here only for the buffet, and my experience has always been positive. Yes, there have been times where they are short staffed, but you can't plan how busy you are going to be every day and sometimes you get overwhelmed. Patience? Anyone know what that is? Expecting 5 star service at a Pizza Hut is crazy and you should keep in mind the people working here for low wages try to do the best they can. If not, be nice and tell them what was wrong with your experience. They'll be sure to make it right.
If the buffet needs more food, ask. If there are too many dirty tables, tell the manager. Anything else, lodge a complaint like a nice person and watch what happens.
All in all, good food, reasonable prices and a very friendly staff.

My family and I came here for the pizza buffet. I was here a few months ago and was somewhat disappointed. The buffet was rarely ever completely filled and paper plates had to be used because the lack of clean plates.
I must say this time was totally different. The buffet always had plenty of pizza and bread sticks available. The salad bar was fully stocked and the two pasta sides were always fresh and not dried out.
Our sever kept our table clear of used plates and glasses filled with our drinks of choice. My daughter couldn't finish her drink so our server put her drink in a to go cup and topped it off. When we left my daughter forgot her drink and our server was kind enough to bring it out to her before we left.
Overall this visit was much better than the one before.
