Absolutely love this place !! The vibes.. the arcade.. the people .. and the pizza best pizza place in the region.

Shout out to Surena S, the person who threw a tantrum, left a one-star review, and falsely accused the manager of being racist--simply because someone had enough of his child's endless screaming. I was there picking up a pizza, and it was astonishing how long they let his 2-year-old yell without a single attempt to calm them down.

Instead of acting like a responsible parents, they chose to escalate the situation, getting in the manager's face and making an even bigger scene. The reality is simple: if your child is causing a major disturbance, it's on you to address it. Instead, they deflected blame, refused to take accountability, and then retaliated with a dishonest review in an attempt to damage the business.

Children cry, and that's understandable. What's not acceptable is ignoring the disruption and then attacking others when they expect you to handle it. This was not a case of discrimination--this was a case of entitlement.

I have always felt welcome here, the staff is always friendly, don't hesitate to come in and enjoy a pizza.

I really wanted to like this place, but it was very hard to. I've driven past this place multiple times since a little kid, always wondering how the food would be. Finally came in one day to eat with my family, and we were excited to try the food. However, we all agreed that the pizza was extremely oily. There was literally a layer of oil on top of our pizza which we had to soak up with napkins. Our breadsticks were also drenched in oil. And then the taste: very, very underwhelming. It was already hard to taste with all the oil - the crust, sauce, and cheese did not taste well at all. Also, the mozzarella cheese sticks were hard and did not taste fresh at all.

My family and I will never return to this pizza place! Thankfully, there are many better options available.

I believe the owner, Amanda, approached me and my group to complain about my two-year-old, saying we needed to control his noise level. Ironically, we had older kids with us who were even louder.

It's worth noting that there was no one nearby apart from a party in the banquet room, which was designated for kids. Amanda claimed that it was them who had complained, and if that's true, it certainly feels like those individuals were being discriminatory!

She had the nerve to say to me, "This is a restaurant," and her tone was completely inappropriate. Then she asked, "Is he okay...? I'm sorry, but are you okay?" How rude and appalling for her to make such comments about my child. I am done with this establishment! As a local of LO, I am thoroughly disappointed by this "restaurant."

No family environment here unless you're a certain color race. And I was considering having my toddlers bday here.. not anymore!!

Update 11 months later!

Food: Pasta sauce was creamy and savory. Quite enjoyable, all good. The fettucini was soft and the chicken was tender and tasty. Wing BBQ sauce was good. Wings were good slightly burnt but still good.
Service: Fast and friendly
Ambiance: Family oriented. There's a room for gatherings

I've been hearing about this location for years from my coworkers who are locals. I thought the pizza was pretty good. The guy working the cash register seemed new. There was a woman who came out to help and she was great. There is no buffet here but they do have a salad bar.

Been coming here my entire life!!!! So many fond childhood and adult memories. definitely some of the best pizza I've ever had in my life!!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and continue to run an incredible family establishment!!!!

Not from here but came in after my sons baseball game with my son and some of his teammates and had a fantastic after game dinner. We all loved the food! The 11 year old boys loved the pizza, my husband and I got wings, pasta, and breadsticks and everything was fantastic! Great atmosphere, great food, great staff! Can't say enough good stuff about this establishment! Hopefully we have a few games here next season, so we can come back! They also have a small arcade section so our rowdy crew kept busy and had fun. Thanks Pizza Factory for a great experience!

Food is okay but management needs to take a customer service class. It's funny how the comment below judged a mother on the time he was "picking" up his pizza. I was there and the way Amanda came out was rude. My family and friends will not be dining there. If she thought my nephew was being loud, she should have spoken to all the parents there. This is ridiculous! Also the mom walked out and did not even say anything. I was there the entire time and it's funny how management didn't even respond to our concern.

Very tasty veggie pizza. I'm coming from Yuba city for this one. So good so tasty. Very nice people very nice place.
