Wow! What a fantastic evening and just what I needed. This is my second time visiting and just like the first I had an amazing time.
The staff is incredible! Seriously, you will never find a better group of people any where.
Tonight we painted RAOR!
It was a lot of fun! Now, I'm no monet but, these fine people sure do know how to make a girl feel special.
The drinks were strong and the prices were right. My girlfriend and I had a blast.
Austin and Emily are Hilarious and Ryan is the BEST!
Seriously, if you haven't checked this place out yet. You're missing out.
Step by step. I watched as my lion took shape. Colorful and beautiful.
My friend had a blast as well. We kept getting distracted by talking. But, the ladies kept us on track.
I am thinking about hosting a private event next!
Seriously, check them out!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Anni R.Cleveland, OH01Feb 6, 2024
The service provided by the owner and her staff was appalling. Upon my arrival at exactly 7pm, I checked in and inquired about what to do next. An employee instructed me to hang my jacket and grab an apron, which I promptly did before joining my friends at our chosen seats. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, the employee aggressively approached our table as the painting session was about to begin, accusing us of ruining her setup by sitting there, despite never informing us to move earlier. We were shocked by the disrespectful and aggressive manner in which we were targeted, seemingly due to our background, with both the employee and owner displaying racist behavior towards us. Despite our attempts to resolve the situation calmly, they adamantly refused to provide a refund and instead resorted to shouting and demanding we leave. Jennifer, the owner, further exacerbated the situation by shouting at everyone on speakerphone and threatening to confront us in person if we didn't comply. This experience was truly horrendous, and I vow never to patronize this establishment again. I will also ensure that everyone hears about our terrible encounter, solely due to the racism displayed by Jennifer and her staff.

My favorite paint and sip place. In a crowded market they set a wonderful standard. The location itself will have you feeling fancy. Pair that with the skilled super talented staff and cute studio and you are well on the way to a great time.
They take detailed beautiful portraits and explain each brush stroke in a way that even my cannot draw a straight line self can create something remarkable. Seriously I have no artistic ability, but they make me feel great.
There is a bar with reasonable prices and daily specials. I highly recommend this for your next solo or group outing.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 202115368Feb 4, 2017
I had such a fun time painting at Pinot's Palette! The staff members here are super friendly and helpful, and even if you are NOT an artist at all (like me), you can have an awesome time and end up with a painting you're proud of by the end of the session :') The instructor gives you enough instruction so you know what you're doing, but also room to be creative if you wish! Throughout the session, the staff walked around checking in with everybody to see if anybody needed help with their painting or wanted drinks.
I think the day I was there (Thursday) was half off wines, but I was feeling a cocktail and ended up ordering a frozen strawberry lime margarita. The margarita was presented beautifully and was very tasty! Also, if you check in on Yelp, you get $3 off off your drink!!
There was a nice mix of people who came out to paint the night I went. From mothers/daughters to couples to friends, this is literally a great, stress-relieving, and fun activity you can do with anybody! Overall, I had a great time here, and I highly recommend coming to Pinot's Palette to try it out at least once. The staff members are incredibly encouraging, you'll feel like an artist by the end of the session even if you're not one to begin with, and it's really such a fun time!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Alex H.Chagrin Falls, OH1643452888Aug 1, 2019Updated review
While looking for activities to increase our bond, my betrothed and I decided to try out Pinot's Palette. I find that creating art together is a great way to spend time with those about whom you care.
Tucked inside Eton Collection, this wonderful space is welcoming and bright. The instructor was great, and kept everything moving along. The staff members offered lots of painting tips, and floated around the room helping people as they needed it. The way the tables were set up allow for meeting your fellow painters.
Perhaps my favorite part of the way they set things up is that beverages and snacks are purchased separately from the art lesson. This means that non-drinkers don't have to pay for alcohol they won't consume. I can't stress how great that is.
Wine, soft drinks and snacks are available for purchase at a reasonable price.
All in all a great experience.
One thing to keep in mind is that they are located in a cellular dead zone, but they have WiFi available for guests to use.
Update: We returned again, and had another great experience! This place is so much fun!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Jul 29, 2019Previous reviewWhile looking for activities to increase our bond, my betrothed and I decided to try out Pinot's Palette. Attended a paint and sip event with mom for Mother's Day. Was a great idea doing something other than dinner or brunch. This location is close to home, didn't have to pay for parking though parking was scarce at Eton. The instructor was lively and goofy which help keep me entertained. Mom says she really enjoyed and I recommend to give it a try one weekend.

Painted the magnolia / cherry blossom tree to celebrate my mom's birthday - what a fun time! Our leader was patient and encouraged our creativity while still directing us to a pretty end product. The drink selection was great and pretty reasonably priced, plus they had daily specials! It was great to have a nice painting to remember a great day. I'd recommend this spot to everyone regardless of artistic ability!

Went last night with my friend and had a pretty good experience. It's located inside the Eaton mall and they tell you to arrive 30 mins early. We literally sat there doing nothing for 30 mins. I'd suggest maybe 15 mins early. There were only 10 people in our class and we were all scrunched together. My thing was that the tables are not big enough and then only 10 people and you smush them in like sardines. The instructor was cool and very helpful, and super patient with the 4 kids that were there (with no parents). The drinks are very expensive. They give you a free bottle of water and you have an opportunity to win one if their paintings. The stools are super uncomfortable, but overall a good experience.

Had my first experience at this wonderful place last night with 3 of my friends. I was amazed at how much fun this was. The staff there is SO much fun. The place was clean and there is a bar obviously. So be sure to tip them ;)
The whole process is stepped out so do not feel overwhelmed at all. The artist actually paints right along with you to show you what you're to do. There was a quiz last night for ours as well. That was fun and I got a pen for answering correctly (it was a paintbrush pen).
There are a few breaks so you can let ur painting dry to go to the next step. Which is good for restroom breaks, smoke breaks or refill of your drink break. If you look along the wall in the hallway there are paintings that you can buy. I was told they were $5, but they ended up being $15 each. I had a few more I was going to purchase but ended up not getting them. All the proceeds get donated to different places so that's a PLUS and really shows you how the place is ran! Definitely A+ in my book. Oh one of my friends is a lefty so be sure to note when you're making your reservation for the event that you're left handed so you can sit at an end! And probably best to sit across from your friends if you're taking a group that way you can talk to everyone. There were 4 of us and we sat in the same row. So it was hard to communicate. Which that is an easy fix! Just note that in your reservation as well. Can't wait to go again!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Ben S.Cleveland, OH38912681493Mar 31, 2018
I was skeptical at first, but I had a really good two hours. The instructor was helpful and clear with her instructions. The instructor would walk around the room and ensure everyone was mixing their colors correctly and offer tips to get back on track if someone went awry. The instructor gave refills of paint as needed and was generally friendly. I ended up painting a really cool picture on my first ever adult attempt at such an activity. I would definitely recommend this place for group/work events as well.
