I got a beautiful gel manicure here this morning. I asked for very short, rounded nails and that's exactly what I got. The polish is smooth and neat and I appreciate that he painted one nail and then stopped to give me a look to make sure I approved of the color. I've been here a couple times before and I recommend making an appointment because it's usually pretty busy; I suspect if you are a walk-in you may get a manicure that's rushed because they're just trying to fit you in. Appointments are easy to make on their website. I'll be back!

I took my 4 and 6 year olds for their first mani pedi. love how they have a kids menu and prices. They had so much fun and the women were so sweet to them.

I came here a few times without issue but today is the day I decided I will not be coming back. The man who did my manicure was so sloppy and rushed that it made me feel stressed that he might hurt me with the sharp tools he was using. He was so busy chatting with his colleague behind him, gesturing and at one point even teasing me without apology, that he was barely paying attention to what he was doing. Just going thru the motions, doing a really poor job every step of the way, not caring at all about the customer. He slapped on the polish, putting on such thick layers so fast, that you can visibly see the thick layers overlapping. SLOPPY is an understatement.
Seems many reviews are describing the same experiences and there is definitely a trend.
Today was my day off and I was looking forward to a relaxing nail spa day but instead I came out feeling stressed, disappointed, and angry that I paid so much for such a miserable experience.
The ladies seem to do a better jobs and maybe it's just this one person, but either way i won't be taking my chances again. Not worth the price.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2Business owner information

I've been here a few times now, and I am very pleased with the wonderful customer service and work done by the nail technicians and staff. I appreciate so much that no one (so far) has been pushy about upselling. The vibe is very chill and they offer water, coffee, and wine (they offered hot cocoa during the winter, which I had).

My friend Jenne introduced me to Pink & White the other day and I'm a fan! Service is really friendly, the shop is clean and bright and they take appointments. Mindy gave me a fantastic pedicure! Definitely upgrade to pedicure #2 for the extra $10 - it includes an exfoliating foot/leg scrub, mask, longer massage and choice of beverage (pink champagne!) totally worth it! If you park in the garage next door bring your ticket over - they validate!

Extremely disappointed in the service that I received. Called ahead and asked if someone was available that day that knew how to do gel-X. They said yes and scheduled me. I've been here many times and it was odd to me when the "technician" that did my service is usually the receptionist checking people in and helping them pick out colors.. but okay maybe she does both.
It took her over an hour to remove my current gel-X set.
I said I wanted my new set on the short side so she was having everyone search for short tips but they couldn't find any so we settled on medium (fine just cut and shape them). She also tried to talk me out of getting the tips and said she could just do dip instead. No thank you.
When she was applying, her curing light wasn't working and she had to redo nails multiple times. I literally heard her tell her coworkers that "this is hard".
Patience patience.
Nails were put on crooked and rather than reapplying them, she tried to shape them into being straight, which they still were not.
After a 30 minute application, I'm pretty over it so I told her to just keep them long because I really can't sit through cutting and more shaping at this point.
The entire process after polish was 2+ hours and I spent $75 before tip.
It's been a week and I've lost 4 nails. One just came off while I was shampooing my hair HA
Won't be returning and what a waste of money.

We understand you may have expected a different technician for your gel-X service, and we wanted to assure you that many of our employees, including your technician are trained in multiple areas. You may see them at the front desk, in the wax room, at a pedicure chair, or giving a manicure, depending on the current needs.
We know how frustrating it can be when an appointment goes longer than expected and truly appreciated your patience during this process. Our technician was being extra careful after you expressed concerns about thin nails, and only mentioned the dip powder as an alternative that was both less expensive and less damaging.
Regarding the length of the tips, we apologize for not being able to find short tips and for the trouble we experienced with the curing light. We wish you had shared with us your dissatisfaction about the shape of your nails, as we would have been happy to correct this on the spot.

I've lived in South Park for 20 years now and tried all the available nail salons. I kept going back to K and K Nails in Hillcrest because of the way I was treated at the other salons. I have to be honest Yelpers I feet that make the raptor species envious. My feet look like I could pick up a small animal with them and fly away. 45 years of running on the streets and trails of California have left my feet severely beaten up. I try to "pedicure" myself but I either almost cut off an entire toe, or stab myself with the cuticle shaper. I saw that Pink opened last year and promised myself to check it out. I finally got over my self conscience behavior and booked an appointment. Easy online ordering with a menu that you can pre-book. I gave them a window of days and times which was really really nice. I got in yesterday during noon where lovely Minh (Mindy) took care of my feet. I apologized profusely for how horrible my feet were and she just brushed it off and went to work. My feet are so so soft and my raptor claws are gone. I need a manicure, I will be sure to book another appointment with Mindy if I can get her. Thank you Mindy and Pink and White! :)

I can't say enough great things about the employees, products, services and atmosphere. They are incredible and so fast. Your appointments are always on time, they have the best attitudes and my nails never break!! As a realtor I am always on the go and do not have much time. They ALWAYS get me in and welcome me with a smile. I forever will go to them and can not suggest their services more! Today I brought my boyfriend in for his first pedicure ever (hes 36) HE IS HOOKED!! He know gets it :)

Website says "by appt only" but I'm visiting for the weekend and took a chance. Stopped by as soon as they opened at 9am and they had a packed house.
Receptionist was on phone so nail tech sitting at the first table greeted me and asked me what service I needed today. They took my info and asked me to wait in their super small/tight seating area so pls leave them kids and husband at home if they aren't getting services.
I waited about 4min before they sat me a spa pedi chair and informed my tech would be with me shortly and was offered water.
$32 for a regular spa pedi. They exfoliate your feet, they use the baby rock to scrub all the dead cells, give u a lengthy massage and use a hot steamed towel to end it. Heaven! I pay $25 in LA but hey I'm not complaining. Cost of living going up so services are going up too.
This might be TMI but my skin on my big toe grows inward so at times I feel like I have an ingrown nail but it's my damn annoying skin. I'm beyond picky about my toes and how they are cleaned since I have this skin issue and they def delivered here. I informed my tech what was bothering me and she handled like a G.
