Came here for a quick bite to eat on a Thursday night. It was a pretty quiet night as there were only a few other tables occupied.
I had eaten before so I only tried their takoyaki and Taiwanese Chicken Nuggets. I found the filling to be too squishy and a really small piece of squid compared to its size inside. The nuggets were well fried but mostly seasoned with salt instead of the more prominent basil taste that is supposed to be present. From what I could see of the Grilled chicken sandwich, it was pretty straightforward. They even used slightly salted cucumbers instead of pickles which was interesting.
Overall, I wasn't very impressed with the items I tried on their menu. Staff, however, was phenomenal though with all three members checking in on us individually. It's a casual and comfortable bar environment to be in so maybe I'd come back for drinks and try some other things instead.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nick G.Marietta, GA04Apr 21, 2024
Once of the most creative fusion restaurants in Atlanta. It was so good. Always busy on a Saturday night. I don't know why they closed. Will be sorely missed by our family. Wish the workers and owners the best of look in the future. It was great while it lasted.

Pretty good food! Great & extremely fast service!!
We stopped here with 30 minutes to spare before going on to an escape room in the area.. we ordered right away, & our food came out literally less than 10 minutes.!!
The Thai tots were BOMB!! & so were the wings.! I thoroughly enjoyed both:!
Hubby had the bulgogi kimchi tacos... he felt that there were okay. Nothing write home about.!
Facilities were clean & service was great.!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Apr 24, 2023
Overall 4/5: Some great dishes, some decent. Great service, casual vibe inside.
Drinks 5/5: Great selections of beer, ciders, etc.
Food 4/5: Dukboki was definitely my favorite dish here! Go for the added cheese option, so much flavor. Great variety of fish cake inside, perfect spice on the dish. I enjoyed their tonkotsu ramen, yakisoba noodles, and spicy garlic shrimp. We also tried the fried pickles, crispy pork belly, and taiwanese chicken nuggets, and the whole chicken. The fried dishes were okay, just because they were all similar tasting as they probably use the same fryer, but still good. The pork belly was alright, i was intrigued to try it crispy, but probably won't get it again. Everything else i enjoyed though! We tried a bunch of items and know what is great now.
Service 5/5: We were taken great care of by both the servers. They were funny and personable.
Ambiance 5/5: Clean inside, casual interior. Parking can sometimes get packed, but still glad they have some.
Thank you, Pijiu Belly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Glenn V.Northeast Washington, Washington, DC016Mar 28, 2024
Overall, it was a decent experience.
We tried multiple appetizers and entrees, and decent is the best that I can think of.
The service was great, tough.
I'd definitely consider options in the area.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Feb 1, 2023
Service was very slow and the waiter forgot to put in my husbands order so it came out last. Obviously they are still having staff issues. We went for lunch on a Wednesday and the place wasn't crowded at all.
It's only a 6 minute drive from Tech if you have an event on campus.
I enjoyed our bulgogi bop and the fried pork belly bites. We've been here twice and not sure if we'll come back with so much to eat in the area.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 17, 2023
I visited this restaurant back in Summer 2019, after checking out a pop-up Ed Sheeran had for his new album Divide a few blocks down the road. Not sure when I realized that it had been featured in Guy Fieri's "Diners, Dives, and Drives" but I'm glad I got to eat somewhere visited by someone like him.
I got one of the ramen noodles as well as the gyoza, and both were good but not exceptional. The restaurant had a neighborhood feel and I think would be fun during social events.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 3063015344May 26, 2023
I've had Pijiu bookmarked for quite sometime now. Outside of seeing Pijiu on one of my favorite food network show "Diner, Dive-Ins and Dives". I decided today was the day to dig in some crispy pork belly. Bartender Anthony made me a Southern lemonade made with Gin, lemonade infused with orange blossom. Along with my refreshing lemon orange blossom cocktail I also ordered a beautiful glass of Sapporo.

It's a cute little spot that has seats outdoor, at the bar and booths/tables. Food is good for the price and the amount they gave, had to take home some food which is a bonus.
