Unassuming place in a shopping center. If you weren't looking for it, no chance you go there. And what a loss that would be. Owner/chef is from Italy. Could not be any nicer. Food is the star of the show. Fresh pasta with pesto was off the chain. So damn good. The restaurant itself has zero ambience. It's an old pizza parlor with a few booths and tables. The food is amazing so I couldn't possibly care less. It's a byob. Gerrity,s has wine if you forget to bring your own. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny.
I cannot wait to get back thereHelpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - theresa i.Waymart, PA013Nov 13, 2023
This is the best homemade pasta I have EVER tasted. I keep trying new ravioli stuffings and continue to be wowed. I also purchased their eggplant rolatini's and they were 5 star also. I will be back. I'm glad that our local market also carries the frozen versions, but getting the pasta fresh from the Clark Summit store allows you to see all they have to offer. 5 stars!

This place is tucked away in the most unassuming strip malls. And don't let it fool you -- the restaurant is far and above one of the most beautiful meals I have ever had.
Sandwiches are top notch, but the bread (focaccia, specifically) is just out of this world. Homemade pastas are just splendid and they're only matched by the red sauce.
Staff is really great and attentive and the owner is an absolute gem. We will be back every single time we pass through Clark's Summit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Martha C.SHAWNEE ON DE, PA06Dec 8, 2023
Amazing food, dishes you can't get at other Italian restaurants. Even usual items are done with traditional recipes in a different way, not the usual. So much better than anywhere else! And the people are friendly and welcoming and take excellent care of you. Location is in a strip mall and so not the best ambience, but still the whole experience was wonderful. Try some of their items which they ship online from their website.

Pasta is fresh and made onsite. Don't go with a group larger than four as kitchen cannot do multiple entrees at same time. Meals come out as cooked so everyone at the table does not receive their meal simultaneously.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had I don't recommend it to anyone I've had long waiting to be waited on they were very rude and inconsiderate and the food was horrible definitely not real Italian
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Jun 27, 2023Previous reviewWorst experience I ever had started with waiting to order after 10 minutes a lady came out of the door I stoped her and said I would like to place an order she said I had to wait for the girl who does the front 10 minutes late she showed up. I placed my order and paid and was told it would take 20 minutes. 10 minutes later someone else placed an order and was told 20 minutes 20 minutes after that he was called to get his order I was now waiting 30 minutes I went and asked why he got his before me. She looked and said they had not yet started my order. I would have walked out but I already paid. 15 minutes later I got my order and started out the door the girl yelled sir you did not pay and everyone in the store heard her and I was embarrassed I walked back and told her I paid when I ordered she looked and she said yes you did. I got home and as an one time Italian chef I can tell you this was not real Italian food. My spaghetti was stuck together like glue I had to pull it apart with 2 forks I threw it away. The meatball taste like they came from a frozen food at the supermarket and not cooked in traditional Italian style they were hard packed. No one here will go their again that's for sure

Fresh, homemade, and imported Italian delicacies. Stefano, the owner, was a gracious host. We live out of town but will certainly go back again! Quaint little place so I'm glad we called ahead. Start with the caprese salad topped with the imported buffalo mozzarella. You won't be sorry!
