My Sony Alpha 1 took a hard fall while traveling.

This is my "Go To" heavy-lifting camera. I absolutely love it!

I'm also somewhat neurotic about my camera gear. After some deep research, several references and plethora of reviews, I opted to allow this team to handle my baby.

I was so nervous. Not only was there damage, but I needed it rather quickly as I had upcoming shoots scheduled. The kind of shoots where I wanted to use my best camera body.

I shipped it to them, they had the parts ordered the day it arrived, the next business day it was repaired, cleaned and calibrated.

I will have it in my hands tomorrow I believe.

Daniel kept me updated on my camera's progress throughout the surgery and kept me apprised of any and all contingencies which we might incur.

He gave me conservative timelines and worked out everything so I can be back up and running the minute it arrives.

They are so good. I will never trust a camera to anyone else. Photo Tech will be doing my regular cleaning and calibrations from here on out.

I took my Sony A7Rii here for repairs after a drop to concrete caused the back control panel to stop working. Repairs like this are never cheap but they did a good job, kept me up to date on the process, and did the work quickly. They are now located in a small space on the 17th floor of an office building, but it's worth the trip if you need repairs done.

Great service. I drove 2 hours and 20 mins to come here to get my camera fixed l. It was well worth my wait. They had my camera fixed in an hour along with a sensor cleaning. They were very thorough with ensuring that they obtained all the information before taking the camera. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely drive back if I need other things fixed

After sending my Canon 17mm Tilt/Shift lens to a repair place in Los Angeles, which took 2 months to "repair", I discovered that the lens was still not focusing properly.
I reached out to Photo Tech. Paul was amazing!!! After getting back to almost immediately he asked for details and photos of the lens before confirming they could repair it properly. I sent the lens up for a Tuesday delivery by Wednesday morning they sent me photos of test charts showing what was wrong with the lens and what it would cost to repair. By Friday they were shipping the lens back to me. And they even gave me a break on the cost since I had already spent money with the LA repair place.
They are the best repair facility I've ever dealt with!!!

Photo Tech Repair wasn't able to service my old film camera but they easily and quickly referred me to someone who could; very thankful to them for that!! Very wonderful shop, will be taking my DSLR in soon for repair here because of their good service

I had used Photo Tech for several years with good results. Then I took my Canon 5D Mark IV in for sensor cleaning and they made it much worse. Brought it back, no improvement. I had to send it to Canon who determined that the sensor was ruined and needed to be replaced. Cost me a fortune. Photo Tech denied causing it. Will never go back there.

An official FujiFilm repair provider. I came in to fix my FujiFilm XT-10 (broken playback button + broken lens frame). They quoted me and gave me a "within 5 business days" estimate. Well it was done in 3 and lived up to the quote, no shadiness. The camera was cleaned and updated to the latest software at no additional charge.

I would return, even though I pray I don't have to.

This is hard to read because I am only reading the two times I went there and they were lines way out the block. I think that's a problem. I don't know why there are lines out the block. I understand the work is good but hard customer service is inviting the customer into the property.

This photo studio is a gem! If you are looking to get a passport photo done - they take a professional photo that looks flawless! The lighting in the studio is great and the photographer is very professional and knows what he is doing. They also give you a digital copy of the photo, for an extra fee, custom cropped and sized to your need, something that many studios don't offer.
I highly recommend this business!
