The worse customer service. The man looks sleepy not very attentive. The old lady was loud and rude not even say thank you. Not coming back to this place.

i think i enjoyed the food here but i don't remember the place or if it exists anymore cuz it's been so long since i used this account but it was left on 5 stars so i would say if you want good pho this is probably a good place to go!
EDIT

I usually don't like to update my reviews but this place deserves it. I have to raise my rating this time because all of the food we order this time was on point. The fried rice had really nice flavor and the subtle crunch texture enhance the dish drastically. The pho and bun thit nuong was huge in size and on par with other restaurants that would charge more. Service was also good. This is actually my parents go to restaurant now and my parents are pretty picky with Vietnamese food cause they can cook it at home.

They were pretty attentive and nice. My sister and I tried the banh mi with pork and the chicken chow mein. The banh mi was very disappointing. I agreed with the majority of the reviews on Yelp that there was way too much bread and not enough of the meat or veggies or even the sauce. The bread was also not fresh, it was on the stale-dry side. And because there was not enough of the fillings, you couldn't really taste the banh mi flavor. And for the steep price of close to $5, I expected better quality. So, if you are craving for a sandwich, I suggest to go next door to Saigon sunset, because there sandwich are amazingly delicious.
As for the chow mein, this was actually really good. The portion was decent for the price, and every thing tasted great. The chicken was tender and the overall dish has a very nice subtle burnt flavor that made it delicious. I usually love to put hot sauce on chow mein, but I didn't even put it on this one because I didn't want to ruin the flavor.
Overall, I would come back to try their noodle and rice dishes, but probably not their sandwiches. - 22650839Feb 12, 2017
I'm on the fence about this place because though it was good there was such a small amount of meat for a large pho that it was rather a turn off. There was so much broth compared to the amount of meat but at least it was yummy

It takes a lot for me to go out for Pho since I grew up having it every other day as a kid. But on a Monday when Saigon Sunset was closed, I ended up here with a friend for lunch. I never intend on getting Pho in any restaurant really, but since it was a brand new spot, I wanted to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised because I ended up liking it.
What was even a bigger surprise was the fish-sauce fried chicken wings. BOMB. It's been so long since I had a bowl of rice with that on top. It hit the spot, man.
On top of the decent food, the place is impeccably clean and service was quick. Food came out pretty quick too!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Patrick E.Seattle, WA03Jun 28, 2018
Very disappointing customer service provided in that restaurant. This place was starting to become our go to for myself and my moms Pho fix because we just recently moved in to the Renton area. Since day 1 we have noticed issues already regarding service in this restaurant, but we let it subside because of how delicious the food was. After today we no longer could hold back our problems.
One of the issues we had was when you first arrive. Nobody is attentive right away to notice that someone even walked through the door, we had to yell and clap to grab someones attention. This is even with a bell ringing when the door is opened. That issue potentially could be because of a lack of staff because in the 2 visits we had, we've only noticed 1 lady and 1 man who we learned are husband and wife. Although the man does not appear to be very friendly nor understand English very well he was attentive to our requests. Our main issues are regarding the lady.
On our 2nd trip today to this restaurant we basically ordered our same items as the first time, however I had forgotten to order my drink. I ordered my drink after already receiving our food but this time it was the lady who provided me with my drink. When we were finished we went up to pay and were being handled by the guy. As my mom went to the bathroom and came right out, the lady started yelling and screaming to my mom saying that she didn't pay for everything. My mom was confused initially because we just got done paying from the guy and even told her nicely that we already paid.
The lady continued to scream and get angry at her pointing towards the receipt and even printing out another copy that she did not pay for the drink. My mom asked why this wasn't already part of the receipt, she not only didn't answer the question but only said thats the guy thats my husband. It was a lack of communication to her own husband about an additional item that should have already been charged without us having to worry about that. Not only that but it appeared she got even more outraged as though we were not willing to simply make the payment for the drink.
While all of that was happening we were already getting ready to pay the lady and my mom was simply asking her to be polite that there was no need to raise her voice at us. She not only didn't do that but she continued to yell at us while we are on the way out even saying to never come back here again.
That had to be by far one of the worst customer service we've ever faced. It was miscommunication made by the staff, a fault of their own and we get attacked for it. Aside from the man being courteous as our waiter, again he does not speak nor understand English very clearly and neither does the lady. One can assume that it appears as though the lady thinks we are trying to get away with a free drink but that was not the case at all because we were already very willing to pay even when it was still their mistake. The woman should have simply told her husband to charge us for the drink instead of being horribly rude to my mom. Absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone and you bet we won't be coming here to eat Pho ever again. Figures since the 2 visits we had to this restaurant their didn't appear to be a whole lot of people coming in. Now we understand why.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Joanne L.Renton, WA694156Apr 7, 2016

With so many pho options in the area, I've definitely experienced better service and food at multiple places. Since this was one of the closest places to my apartment, I had to try it out after it took over the old pho place here.
I don't have high expectations for service at pho joints, but the lady that waited on me was extra rude and impatient. The Vietnamese coffee I ordered was premade and pulled out of the fridge, but surprisingly, it tasted okay. There weren't a lot of meat selections for pho like most of the authentic places I go to, but it was an okay bowl. The broth was really clean...but unflavorful. The beef ('tai') was really tender though, which I enjoyed. It cost $7.50 for a small, and even though I've been to many places that cost more, I've also had a better bowl for less.
I don't think I would come back here.Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0 - Claudine M.Seattle, WA143262455Nov 16, 2016Updated review
Well, this is gonna hurt. I really enjoyed all my visits here, but I don't think I'm coming back for a while. The last time I was here, the cook walked out into the dining room while straight-up fingering his nose for all eating customers to see. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable. It was good while it lasted.
Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Oct 12, 2016Previous reviewI'm so happy to have this Vietnamese place close to my house. I've been here twice, and the service isn't the warmest, but it's quick, and the food hits the spot.
Both times, I had the Bún bò Huê. The broth was wonderfully hot and full of flavor: sweet, salty, sour, and spicy -- just downright delicious. The bowl also had a generous amount of meat pieces and rice noodles. I'm not sure I'll ever order anything different here, honestly, because the BBH is highly addictive. Perfect for any day, but especially when it's cold and rainy, or when you're under the weather as it'll clear out your sinuses!
My husband had pho both times, and I was so content with my BBH that I refused to try the pho. He has had plenty of pho in his life, however, and he said he really enjoyed the pho here at Pho Vy.
Other items we've had on the menu: fresh spring rolls and salt and pepper chicken wings. Both were average.
You'll never be parking-challenged here because the lot it's in is HUGE.
If you're looking to go a little later in the night, I'd make sure to call first. They don't really stick to the hours listed online. - Fatimah A.Renton, WA753828Sep 26, 2016
I would order the fish sauce chicken wings. It was sooo yummy!!! The oxtail pho was good but only came with 2. I also had the seafood pho before and it was good. Tasted like a seafood Tum yum. The beef Luc lac was a little undercook (yummy if you like it medium rare) but otherwise good. The prices are decent. This will become one of my regular staples. Would recommend.
