I booked through their website.... damn it couldn't be easier! booking is highly recommended, these guys are busy.

what a great experience, I was traveling from out of town, i was 5 minutes late for my appt. but they still took me and were more then accommodating about it. Can remember they guy who cut my hair but he did a great job. my girl thought it was one of my best haircuts and beard shape up.... I agree. If i lived in the area this would be my spot!

My 2&1/2 year old and I went to get a haircut the day before Christmas at this place. They had the Grinch playing on all 8 TVs with the volume extremely loud. My lil man is terrified of the grinch so he starts to crying. While waiting for our turn I tried to console my lil one and stepped in on our several times. At this point the owner sees us but doesn't do anything, which didn't bother me as it's my child. So our turn came and I asked the owner to change the channel twice, first time he ignored the request, so I asked again as the TVs were blasting. He responds saying "he can't change the channel." At this point I walked out the shop and will not be returning.

Highly disappointed with the owners behavior as it was a simple request. He could have easily changed the channel or at the very least lowered the volume and turned of 1 TV set out of the 8 or more. The owner was very insensitive and definitely does not understand the concept of good customer service.

Additionally they don't take appointments and there's ALWAYS a long wait. I'd reconsider before using this shop. There's several other barbershops that are near by.

Cuts are inconsistent. When you ask for specific length on top, it's ignored. It happened twice so we won't be going back. Also, being on the phone texting or personal calls while cutting hair is not professional at all. Full attention is not being given when you're distracted.

This place is Terrible... Lets go to the Haircut ... they are "Ok" but at the end of the day... A fade is a Fade.... any barber can do one... watch out for your hairline though ..because they will push it back further if you dont tell them how you want to preserve your hairline ...The beef i have is to the Lack of Professionalism ... They play any type of music and video ...No matter who's in the lobby waiting ...if it has (excessive Cussing or Nudity) kids in the lobby or Not they play what they want No matter how Vulgar and Inapproprite ... ... "Will" who's the owner and the one who Cut my hair always had a Bad Attitude was always smacking his Fat Lips when i asked for him to change something to my hair because he cant Cut and i paid for my hair to be cut Well to MY liking Not to what he thought was good enough ... He acted like he half wanted to cut my hair for whatever reason (probably low key hating) and I always gave a tip thinking that might change things... (But Nope) ..... Im to old to be putting up with Foolery from a Obese Basic Barber who can half cut ....so i will move on to another place in Philly that knows what there doing.... Its to many good barbers out there to put up with that.

Expect to wait. With that being said, what does it say about a barber if you don't have to wait. Every time I've been there, they had at least 3 Barbers cutting at a time and still a line out the door. I can also say that I've never been disappointed. For a price that rivals the chain places you find in a mini-mall you get a great cut from employees you know. Employee retention says something about a business. I don't think I've ever seen the same stylist twice at Supercuts.

Great with kids too. Actually pretty amazing. My kid is crazy hyper. I took him to sport clips and he was running all over the place. The stylist was chasing him with scissors. However at the fad factory it's different. Not sure why, something in the air I guess but he is always well behaved.

This barber shop is the real deal. There are so many reasons why I feel this shop is the best in town.
First of all, they are artist that can work on all hair types. Keeping it real, on any given visit you may see a little Asian kid, an old balding white man, a black teenager, or a Latino woman all together getting their hair cut. It's like a beautiful barber rainbow. My children are half Chinese and black and their hair can be somewhat complicated. Every barber there cut their hair masterfully. Also they work magic on my baby who actually walks out with a fade and razor cut hair line. How they do it, I have no idea.
Also, they are very professional. You walk in and there is no talking. Just barbers working hard, devoting their time to their clients. There is no profanity or food allowed inside so it's super clean. They have multiple TV's rocking sports center, the latest games, or my personal favorite, awesome regaton, or hip hop music- all clean.
We've experienced almost all of the barbers, each one has done excellent work.
They charge $10 for kids and take the same amount of time on them they would on an adult. They make my boys look great.
They are very popular in our little town, word on the street is all positive. My son's little friends all get their hair cut there and they are all different ethnicities. I love it.
If your looking for a good barber I highly suggest them- a local Lansdale gem.

Bad service is right. Used to love this place. They do a great job as long as you have all day to stay and listen to loud music. I checked in online at 1pm. It gave me a 3:03 time. Great! Got there at 2:55. It had my son's name with only 1 person ahead, 35 minutes.???Ok, we'll see what happens. After 10 minutes the time went to 54 minute wait. After 20 minutes it said 1 hour. Meanwhile, 2 people who were not on the queue ended up in the barbers chairs. Then the person who was in the queue after my son was called to the chair. WHAT???? the guy said "he checked in online" Guess what SO DID I!!! I think there is a secret queue no one knows about except the barbers. Either way, I will never waste my time again!

I've taken my son (17 mos) here twice and they've done such a great job on his hair both times. Both barbers have been patient with him, as he is a squirmy toddler. I don't know the barber we had the first time, but this past time we had Jimmy. I will say, the wait was long (again - any wait time is long with a toddler). We did not check in online, but got there as soon as they opened on a Sunday. We will definitely be going back here for my son's haircuts.

This place is clean, the men are professional and talented! My son goes here and have no complaints!

Came here for my son(9) who was long overdue on a haircut. TITO did an amazing job! He could have stopped at just a cool buzz with a slight flip on top but my son wanted a crazy carve out...got a star and it was awesome!! Prices were so heap for a great cut. Even the men I saw getting cuts were all done very well. I'll be back for sure!
