Service at the pharmacy is horrible !
My dog has diabetes and I live in long beach , I stop by Petsmart Vacaville on Monday July 23rd to buy insulin for my dog and a very kind hispanic young lady explained to me that they only fill prescriptions issued by petsmart vets. I asked if their vet was available to see my dog and a fat white woman with pink hair Probably the pharmacy supervisor said , The vet won't issue a prescription with only one visit - I said is ok I dont want to hear anymore I have been driving for six hours !!!! and then this woman yield like crazy "THANK YOU HAVE A NICE DAY HAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I always order online and am able to have my item's brought to the car.

I have never had a problem getting my items promptly and there are adequate parking spaces allotted for pick-up. Staff is consistently friendly and courteous.

Grooming the groomers in Bather in Vacaville PetSmart are the bomb and they love your fur babies

Called the grooming salon to ask a very SIMPLE question about a service they provide and how booked out they are, was greeted with someone answering the phone and saying "at lunch wont be clocked in for another five minutes, call back" and was hung up on.

If this is the kind of low life employee you have on to help in the grooming department...I don't think I want my dog there.

I went in today with my 5month old and wasn't able to push a cart and her stroller. I asked for help and this lovely lady got a cart and helped me grab the bag of dog food and dog bed I needed and take them to the front. When I was at the register I asked if someone could follow me to the car just so I can throw the items in the trunk but needed someone to push the cart. The same lady came up and asked the cashier if anyone had responded. She said "I'll just help her". She brought it to the car, let me put my baby in the car and she loaded the stuff in the trunk. I thought that was so sweet of her! Thank you for your great customer service :)

This review is for Janda and Dez at the grooming salon. They are the best and not just as groomers. They make sure my dogs are comfortable and are always so excited to see them. If you are looking for a new groomer know your dogs will be in caring hands with them!

I would like to give a well deserved compliment to the Star groomers at Petsmart Vacaville. We took our two labradoodles Patrick & Athena for grooming and have to say that they looked stunning. They were groomed by Misty & Janda, very professional and experienced groomers that know their craft. Our dogs look amazing they look like they were in a dog show. We are so pleased that we will continue to trust our dog grooming needs to them. Also the cost was not any different than what we've paid other groomers in the past and with no where near the same results. We received a very friendly and professional service Thank you Misty & Janda!

Zero rating ! Had my mini schnauzer groomed here a few hours ago and it was absolutely the worst experience ever ! Check out my dog's pic and judge for yourself. Groomer named Oshzanae did something truly disgusting , shaved/chopped my dog's right eyebrows completely and both lashes too . She justified by saying that my dog moved hence, the "no eyebrow." My dog is 11 years old and is so used to being groomed. She gets good reviews from all her groomers in the past for being well-behaved all the time so I refuse to accept the groomer's line of reasoning.

If you want your dog to look like a clown , then this is the place for you . But if you want to get at least a decent haircut for your dog, stay away from this place ! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate ! I felt like grooming my dog was an experiment or groomer used it as her practice session. The salon's assistant manager offered me a chance to rectify the situation by sending my dog back. I demanded for a full refund instead. There is no way I will go back to this place , even if services were free .

We are new to Solano county and needed a Banfield.
They were so welcoming and patient with us. Customer service was amazing and that is why we will be back. Thanks from me and my fur baby

I took my dog here to get his trails trimmed. It was a horrible experience for both of us. My dog is a emotional support/Service animal. When I walked in to pick him up, they were talking crap about him not being a real service dog because they didn't realize I was in there. They also tried to charge me $10 extra because they said he was being "difficult". Come to find out, they cut his bloodline. He's never had a problem before, he's always nervous but never difficult. They were rough with not only my dog but I watched a few different groomers handle the dogs they had, and to say the least it wasn't kind or gentle. I expressed my concerns to management, and while I got the $10 fee off my bill, not once did I receive an apology. !! Please take your fur babies anywhere else!!

The new store in Vallejo have great customer service. I am so happy they open in my neighborhood. Thank PetSmart!
