      This review is for the grooming salon only. I have taken my dogs there on three different occasions. Each time I scheduled an appointment well in advance, and each time that I dropped my dogs off I had to wait around 5 to 6 hours for them to be ready. I feel like they get behind, so when I drop my dogs off they get stuck in a cage for hours while they try to catch up. Annoying, yes, but last time they actually had the gall to blame it on my dogs. They were just so "naughty" that it took a long time. Very unprofessional and also untrue. I've had them to other grooming salons and also I've groomed dogs myself. They are no more "naughty" than any other dog that I've groomed, and their former groomer who moved away said they were very well behaved. Very uncool, Petsmart. You suck.

      Horrible experience! Groomer nice but inexperienced. When I picked up dog her eye lid was swollen with a bubble in corner of eye. Manager was called. She was rude and indicated not their problem. Took dog to vet, $127.00 later, with meds, eye cleared up. My former groomer had moved, this groomer not ready. I will find another service.

      Thank you for your excellent service.
      I purchased a aquarium and stand set, when I got it home, I saw a V shaped crack in the aquarium. I called in and spoke with the manager, she listened to what I had to say and offered to replace the aquarium with one from the floor.
      As the aquarium was very heavy, I had help taking the original one out of my SUV and replacing it with the new one.
      I have always had good service, but this one went above and beyond.

      They have super pretty fish tons of variety. I went there and simply asked the lady "if a balla shark would do fine in a 10 gallon tank" because I didn't know and her response was "it's a shark" witch she said like we where stupid so we left because we didn't know what my brother wanted since he couldn't have a shark so we went home and figured it out then came back and there was such a nice lady who helped us.

      Horrible experience with grooming! I am still furious about this. Took us forever to get our 2 mini Goldendoodles in for a groom, we were scheduled last week and got pushed another week and finally got in yesterday 5/9/23. Brinley was the groomer, we checked them in and were told it would be 3-4 hours for both pups. 5.5 hours later I get a call from the store manager saying the groomers had walked out and he realized there were dogs in the back in cages that were only partially groomed!!! WHAT?! He said it looked like 1 of my dogs had been started but not finished, I asked him to clarify, that my dogs had been there for 5.5 hours mostly in a cage, he said it seems so. Unbelievable. I rushed down to rescue my pups and could tell that they had both been bathed and one had a partially shaved tail and chunks of hair hanging from 1 ear. The guy who got my dogs was not the manager but said that the groomers got mad at something and all walked out. A message to the groomers... did you even think about who you were hurting when you did this? If you wanted to send a message to your boss by walking out that is one thing, but did you even think about your customers and the dogs in your care? Obviously not. Your selfishness, foolishness, incompetence, and lack of emotional intelligence are on full display and I hope you lost your jobs and that you don't work with dogs anymore. Grow up and learn how to resolve your issues without hurting other people. And I am sure the management has a big part too. This was inexcusable. Never again will you have my business.

      We took our hippogriff in today. Unfortunately the employees would not bow to him. He became extremely agitated and we had to depart . Next time we won't bring him.

      Took our 5 yr old yellow lab in after setting an appointment . Ordered a bathe, nails trimmed and brushing. They did a good job in a reasonable time. I felt the cost was high... over $90

      Don't trust the sales people at this store. I live in a remote area and can't seem to keep the dog around the yard. I decided to put a buried cable electric fence in and when driving through St George stopped at the Petsmart to buy one. Well the sales person just wouldn't let me buy the cheaper in ground system and insisted I would regret not buying the expensive wireless one, promising I could return it if it didn't work. Well the fence sucks and subsequently I lost my dog. When I was finally able to get into town return the unit, of course they wouldn't give me a refund. It was well over $300 dollars and after losing my job due to the Pandemic I'm screwed.

      I took my dog into Petsmart today for a grooming appointment. he had a leptospirosis booster shot earlier today. he had no reaction to the first one but petsmart told me to leave. they said that they couldn't groom him because he had a vaccination in the last 48 hours. I'd like to see evidence that there's EVER been a dog that had a bad reaction to grooming after a leptospirosis BOOSTER shot. I doubt they can find one record of that in their history. It is an asinine requirement. I took time out of my day to come over here. Probably time to find another groomer. My time is valuable but Petsmart clearly doesn't think so.
