Ran out of Stella Chewy dog food, so we came to this location.

Last time I signed up for their perk card. Once you reach 100 points, you get $5.00 off.

A perfect excuse to drive here! My next purchase will be $5.00 off and I can pick up another duck stick!

It's all about customer service and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I could go into the Pet Station, near me, but the staff there has been non friendly and no perks club.

I went in to get Grain Free treats and a new strong toy for my pit. Literally every employee was such a big help to me. Gave me multiple options of each and gave personal experiences as well. I do not remember their names but a really nice tall mad with a beard and a nice women with shaved sides were the two that helped me. My pit loves what we picked and I will recommend this store to anyone. Thank you guys :)

They had filthy cages for the animals and dead fish in tanks. The turtles and other tanked animals were either dead or on their way. It was horrible. Go anywhere but here. When addressed to employees they shrugged their shoulders and didn't seem too concerned. The store is always empty. Not sure how they are still around.

According to to my Receipt, the person that helped me was koby. Long straight hair, male, 20-30 years old. He was awesome, he confirmed an items stock over the phone. He was very clear and made sure I was getting the correct item, he even held it up front for when I would arrive. It's seems that this individual actually likes his job, and cares for the inhabitants there. I was honestly just impressed with his kind and helpful manner. Definitely hang onto this employee. I came in 5-14-21 around 7pm.
Ps to any fish keepers, the frozen foods are half as much as petco/petsmart. Seriously if you need frozen fish food this is the place to get it.
Only downside to this facility is that the sun infiltrates the store right at the register, It was so bright I didn't even realize the cashier had a snake on his hand. It's not a huge problem although it can easily be fixed with shade cover.

I really like this store, the manager is very helpful and available if you have any questions. I've been helped by a knowledgeable young gentleman, and he was kind enough to load my 30 lb bag of dog food into my car for me. I also appreciate that they do date checks and bring forward the older dated food to discount it and move it out. I don't shop anywhere else for my dogs food since I became familiar with this store. TIP: I recommend that if you plan on shopping here on a continuous basis, become a rewards member, your points accumulate to give you credit towards a future purchase.

We forgot our dog's leash and were headed to the Marina. We of course, stopped at our Favorite store Pet Supermarket. 2 girls behind the counter. We looked for many minutes trying to find a specific size and style leash, one that is 4 feet and heavy. We have a 18 lb. aggressive dog... Lol. I walked towards the counter and said All the leashes are 6 ft. do ya have a shorter leash so we can better control our dog. One of the girls looked bored and said that is what we have. The other gal, Amanda jumped out from behind the counter and started searching thoroughly all across the leash wall. She literally got to the end, turned around with the PERFECT leash in her hand. 4 ft. long with an extra hand hold for more control. Also she walked us right to my dog's Hot Spot shampoo. Such Great Service should be Commended. Thanks again Amanda. You Rock!!!!

I wouldn't waste my time shopping here! There savings program is a joke! You will never get your free bag of dog food. Go some where else that cares about the customer and will go the extra mile for you! Even when you deal with the managers who are suppose to live by the motto the customer is always right doesn't even want to give you your free bag of dog food that you deserve. Is a $15.99 bag of dog food worth all the aggravation. No it is not! I rather pay a few extra dollars and drive a few extra miles and be treated with dignity and respect. It's really too bad the managers at this store lost our business and I had to write a yelp to warn the community that this business is uncaring and cheap!!!

Always helpful but today Rem...(I believe) and William went out of their way to help me. My bark collar battery was jammed and they helped remove it.
So thoughtful, Rem took time out of stocking for me. I live close and I'll always come back thank you very much. They have. Great selection of treats, dog food and care products. Best Pet supermarket!

I LOVE this place!! They are extremely nice and so very helpful with any questions you have about their products, or pets care. Their selection of food, treats, chews, collars, health items, is incredible. They carry instinct Raw which is wonderful for me as my dog is raw fed and I can stop off here on my way home easily to pick her food up when needed. They have a frequent buyers VIP rewards program for some select foods such as Blue Buffalo and Instinct Raw and you have purchased 10 you will receive a coupon in the mail for a free order. If you know how expensive Blue Buffalo and Raw is you will see why this is a fantastic buying incentive. My dog used to be on Blue an my cat currently is on Blue (while I attempt to transition her to raw) and my dog is now on Raw so I have spend a pretty penny on food in the past a now as well.

They have great baked cookies, treats and even large iced birthday cookies for the furbabies which is adorable. Cute birthday hates, wearable decoration and even some adorable collar flowers. which I had to get for my girl. If you are in the mood to see some super cute small live animals they have ferrets, rabbits and birds in the store as well.

they also hold a vet clinic on site every Sunday afternoon for those who need to bring their babies in for vaccination. Also very convenient. I am thrilled that they opened a location so close to my house. I spend a lot more time and money there that I had planned on but the furbabies are worth it.

Amazing. The staff are very friendly and will always talk to you and greet you. They have a variety of pets, food and accessories. They are located in a convenient place and there is almost nothing to complain about. Keep it up!
