Proof, it's not how you start .. it's how you finish!

We have been with Pest Control Center for close to 20 years, which should tell you everything you need to know. But I wanted to give an extra shout out to our current guy, MJ. I actually look forward to his visits, he is just such a good guy. And, of course, excellent service. I cannot recommend the company or MJ highly enough.

We have been customers of Pest Control Center for many years using their service in both of our homes. We have always been satisfied with the technicians that serviced our homes until recently. We have watched the current tech whisk through our yard with lightning speed. He neglects to check both rodent traps. Today, in his haste, he jerked the hose of his tank around the corner of the house and broke our fountain. He said he thought it was hung up on the side of the house. Why didn't he look? As a result, Pest Control Center will not reimburse us for a replacement fountain. They have offered 2 visits of free service. That amount will not replace the fountain. We are very upset over the lack of Customer Service we have received trying to resolve this issue. Be careful who your technician is. This gentleman obviously has no concern for work ethic.

We've used this service for many years at two homes and they've always been responsive, thorough and provided a high quality of service.

I felt the need to update as we've had the services now for over two years and couldn't be happier! The techs are amazing and always happy to answer questions and share their vast knowledge! The office is always great with communication about scheduled services and are very sweet. Craig is our regular tech and he does an amazing job. Even more so- we *knock on wood* have not experienced any issues with pests (mind you, we started the services when we bought for a reason)! Couldn't be happier

We have been so pleased with our service. We have routine scheduled visits every few months and are so happy we went with Pest Control Center. We had bought our house and noticed ants and little roaches in the yard and creeping into the garage. Th were immediately addressed and are now a distant memory. The customer service is exceptional as is the service provided. We love the hand written notes that let us know what was done and they always contain a personal note and well wishes. It's those small personal touches along with great service that will keep us customers for a long time to come.

I have been a customer for several years. I initially called them because I had rats in my attic. They quickly found the entry point and sealed the area. Every year they check for any new problem areas. I also had them treat for a termite problem a couple of years ago. The quickly resolved the issue at a very low cost.
In addition they do an excellent job keeping down the pest problem.
The technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable.
I am very satisfied with all aspects of my dealing with them. I highly recommend Pest Control Center.

I've used this company 3 or 4 times now and have had a good experience each time! They are always quick to help and sending someone out when needed, even on short notice. I used this company when I lived locally, but now that I live across the country, it has been extremely comforting knowing I can trust them to reach out to my tenant to schedule services and perform the job needed! They are very informative about what kind of bugs are around throughout the different seasons and they give suggestions on how to prevent future issues. They are always polite when visiting the home, and over the phone. I highly recommend!

I wanted to give a shout out to our technician David! He is always reliable and goes beyond! He always brings my trash cans in on trash day, so thoughtful!!!
I called him out to remove a wasp nest on the second story eve! I have a very steep roof, it was no problem for him!! He also noticed I had a few moles and treated those areas as well!! The service is awesome, I can always count on him.

I just bought a New home and someone had given me the Number to Pest Control Center.
I had called left message. I was so happy they got back to me right away, and may I add great Customer Service.
They were able to schedule me right away.
They let me know David would be coming out.
David called to let me know he was one his way.
David is exceptional he was Professional and kind and he knows his stuff. I signed up to have him come out every other month... I would definitely recommend this Company....
