Purchased a vehicle from Molham Essayed, although there were a few glitches in the buying process the dealership promised and delivered in the end. If your looking for a sincere, honest salesman then Molham is hands down the best salesman to see. He honestly cares about his clients, and just wants to make the experience one that is memorable, and professional. Cannot thank him enough....and my son is over the moon happy with his new car.

Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helpful. The service that we requested on our vehicle was completed as promised. We were very disappointed that we were charged extra for using our credit card to pay our very substantial bill. These days who carries around a large amount of cash or even their checkbook? Other than utilities we pay everything by credit card.

Bret, it's wonderful to hear that our team welcomed you with the service you expected, however, I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the credit card surcharge. This has become a common practice at many dealerships and other businesses in recent times, however, we do understand your frustration and we apologize if we did not properly communicate this policy ahead of time. We'd be more than happy to discuss this issue further with you or answer any other questions. Please feel free to reach out to Nick Hartingh, our Service Manager, at (215) 997-1111 directly at your convenience. Thank you.

This is an addendum to my other YELPs.
I can't believe the kind of treatment I'm receiving from Toyota and their dealerships!!! Even SUBARU gave me better treatment then Toyota.....
When I made a claim to Peruzzi Toyota and yelped them about the problem, because they went back on their promise, I presented the GENERAL Manager with estimates, but this was a stalling tactic on his part. I can prove this.
Peruzzi Toyota promised to reimburse me for the cost of repairing the paint on the drivers door. They never did.
I intend on seeking the legal remedial action necessary to recoup my monies!!!
I have contacted ABC trouble shooters for this problem and the kind of treatment I received.
With warm regards,

It is our goal to deliver seamless and accommodating service, and it is never our intention to inconvenience our guests. I apologize for any confusion regarding your reimbursement and for the way you were treated during your time working with us. I am certain my manager would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to see what more we can do to assist with your situation. If you are willing to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to Nick Hartingh, our Service Manager, at (215) 997-1111.
Jun 16, 2022Previous reviewWhatever you do......DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING GRIEF, AND THEY WON'T FIX YOUR CAR unless you spend more for the repair than the car is worth!!! Frank Misket is nothing more than a two bit CHEAP bully, Carnival barker, and he is really good about lying, Don't believe a word he says, You'll know when he is lying........his lips start moving. He does business by threatening a customer when he is not satisfied with the answer to the problem. All he does is make promises, and then re-negs on his word. Then when I Yelped him he out right threatened me.
The service manager is as ignorant as they come. I was having a conversation with him, when he unceremoniously began talking to some one else. He never had the professional curiosity to excuse himself and ask me to hold on. My daughter brought her RAV-4 in for service and all they did was charge her hundreds of dollars in repairs. They never fixed the problem. They told us it vwould cost ever more money to fix it!!! A lot more money. They never refunded a penny of my daughters hard earned savings. With this kind of culture I suspect they may not be tooooo far away from closing their doors. PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY HAVE NO MORALS OR SCRUPLES. The proper term to describe this dealership.........GREED. TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR!!!Jun 14, 2022Previous reviewI can't believe the kind of treatment I'm receiving from Toyota and the their dealerships!!! Even Chevy gave me better treatment then Toyota.....
When I made a claim to Perruzi Toyota and yelped them about the problem, because they RE-Niged on their promise, the GENERAL Manager threatened me!!! I can prove this. Peruzzi Toyota promised to re-imburse me for the cost of repairing the paint on the drivers door. They never did, but they did promise to threaten me.
I changed dealerships for maintenance, with no better service......I started using Thompson Toyota and I was immediately challenged by the Service Manager saying to me "HOW DO I KNOW YOU DIDN'T DO THIS"??? I had my truck serviced at this dealership, which included Tire rotation and re balancing "2" weeks before this came to the surface?
When I took my truck to Costco, they could not get the wheel locks off. They broke the locking lug nut off when trying to loosen the lug nuts.
I'm "80" years old, I'm a DAV and I walk with a cane, and the service manager is accusing me of tightening the lugs toooooooo tight!!! Give me a BREAK.
I guess this is the way you treat people when you can't fix their vehicle???
I made "3" calls to Toyota Corp. today, and got nowhere fast......All I got from them was a LIP service and a lot of it.
I was told by Toyota Corp. that dealerships are franchised and there was nothing they can do about the dealerships behavior.
I have been fighting a TPMS sensor lite problem for over a month!!! Still BROKE!!!
I do believe I can do better with a shady tree mechanic than with dealerships that threaten customers. At least they tell you the truth and don't threaten the customer.
As I said I can no longer fight this problem!!! I have already made "5" round trips to the dealership for this problem. They even took the car for a whole day with no loaner. It was still broke when I got it back.....
So I'm resigned to accepting this problem until I sell the truck........This truck is a piece of JUNK!!!
How much do you have to spend on a Toyota to get a spare tire with a TPMS sensor in it??? I guess $60,000.00 is not enough, how much is?. I"m now having TPMS sensor installed in the spare.
Toyota should of had the professional courtesy to tell customers there was no TPMS sensor in the spare.
Does anyone know the answer? I know the dealerships and Toyota Corp. don't?
Anther Disgruntled Customer. Good Luck with the job your doing!!!
P.S. This is the why great institutions fail..........Turning their backs on their customers.....We only get it once!!!
If you talk to Frank Misket of Peruzzi Toytoa, be very careful what you say!!! Last time I spoke with him about a PROBLEM HE THREATENED ME. That's how they treat people who voice a problem.
Brianna, please read this addendum I just added to my YELP of Peruzzi Toyota. Yes, don't take you car to Peruzzi or Thompson Toyota for service........5 tries and they still haven't fixed my truck!!! All I'm doing is throwing MORE good money away, so I have given up hope on it being fixed. Right now I'm going to sell the vehicle. I can't believe that Thompson doesn't have "1" mechanic who can fix my truck....
The General Manager, Frank Misket at Peruzzi is nothing more than a cheap egoistical lair. All he did was lie and threaten me. Never fixed anything. Be advised if you buy a Toyota from Peruzzi Toyota your in for a real hoot if there is anything wrong with it!!! Even the service manager at Peruzzi is as ignorant as they come!!! I was talking to him about a problem I had. He unceremoniously began a conversation with someone else while I was talking to him........I think Toyota Corp. doesn't have a clue as to what is going on at their dealerships. When I talked to Corporate they told me that the dealerships are Franchised and there was nothing they could do to help me with my problem. Basically I was on my own trying to get my truck fixed. When you turn your back on your customers they will turn their backs on you (Toyota). Good luck if you buy a Toyota and it has a problem from either of these dealerships. I was told by one of the service writers at Thompson that my problem was I didn't have enough air in my tires since I bought new tires. He said because it was a bigger tire it needs more air!!! He actually said this to me......
Brianna, I don't think you have a clue as to what is going on at your dealership!!! Please tell me how much I have to spend to get good service??? I guess $60,000.00 wasn't enough???
When I bought my 2020 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition from Peruzzi I was not given any kind of indoctrination what so ever. I guess it was because I bought a bottom of the line truck?
Brianna, Why would I want to talk to your service manager??? The last time I talked with him he started talking to someone else while I was talking to him. Maybe you should talk to him about his phone professionalism??? He is not a people person. He should be sweepingAug 9, 2020Previous reviewThis is my 2nd YELP of Peruzzi Toyota......They like to play word games. I did what I was asked to do. Getting estimates to repair the damage to my paint. The General Manager now refuses to reimburse me the cost that I paid to have my paint repaired.....$850.00. The detailers name is SAM.. HE referred to the detailer as MOE??? I asked him who is MOE??? Is he one of the Pep Boys or one of the "3" Stooges? He never responded. The G.M. initially blamed me for the Drivers door paint problem!!!
I now have no other choice, but to take the legal remedial action necessary to see if I can get satisfaction. Fortunately I have witnesses who will backup what he said at the meeting we had at the dealership on 6/27/2020 at 11:30AM....As you can see from Yelp's and reviews this dealership is getting, Let the buyer beware!!!
If you want to buy a Toyota...Go to the Toyota Dealership in Doylestown . The owner is a person who puts the customer "1st". I've known him since 1986. The only reason I didn't buy my car from him, is because Peruzzi had exactly what I wanted on their lot.
The following is the E-mail correspondence between the G.M. of Peruzzi Toyota and my self....
Hi Lou,
Thanks for the estimate but there is no way I can take an estimate from "Moe" as an expert or qualified business. The more I think about this situation the more I know this has to be corrected here by a qualified Toyota technician. I don't want you to lose any warranty rights by having a non Toyota company work on your car. We will arrange a day that we can pick up the truck from you, leave a loaner car for your use and have the scratches and swirl marks removed from your truck to your complete satisfaction. Let me know when a convenient day would be for us to pick up your truck. According to him if I have "ANYONE" but a qualified TOYOTA technician does anything to my vehicle, I void my warranty!!! I find that hard to believe???
This is the E-mail I sent to the General manager.....Thanks for making me run all over Lansdale getting estimates and complying with you demands.
I must say how does it feel to RENEGE on a verbal agreement in front of WITNESSES on Saturday June 27th at 11:30am. At the meeting you told me to get an estimate from a Detailer....Your exact words were: "I hope it doesn't cost more than $500.00?" I told you I had no idea how much it was going to cost?
I'm 78 and a D.A.V. and I walk with the aid of a cane/Walker....Thanks for making a fool out of me. I saved up for many years to buy this vehicle......
Since you have chosen to do this, I will continue to seek the legal remedial action necessary to recover the cost of the repair to my vehicle. I don't think this will be in your best interest or that of Peruzzi Toyota.
What makes you think I would surrender my vehicle to your organization after what they did to my vehicle the first time they detailed it!!!
Who is "MOE"??? Are you referencing the Pep Boys, or the 3 Stooges???
OH, I almost forgot to tell you. I have Photos of my vehicle before I bought it, also my vehicle had P.D.R. work done to it???
Is it legal to sell a NEW car that had P.D.R. work done to it?
If you also remember that you said "if I write any more reviews, you could write a negative review of me".....I take threats very seriously!!!
This is part of their threat and intimidation process!!
How can I TRUST someone who has already lied to me and changed his direction???
You must of lost your moral compass!!!.
I will forward your latest response to Toyota Corp. Since you changed your position AGAIN!!!! I will move forward with my plans....What Is the full name of the owner of Peruzzi Toyota??? For legal reasons I want to make sure I have it right? I look forward to meeting him soon. I already have a local newspaper interested in my problem....I intend on pursuing other forms of media with my problem.
Below are Photos of my detailer after he repaired the drivers door....The door alone took him "5" hours to repair....I've posted the before and after photo's...This problem has consumed many hours of my vacation. I'm not the Lone Ranger as far as negative reviews....Go on the Peruzzi.com website and read some of the MANY negative reviews.
LOU M.Jun 21, 2020Previous reviewThis was the worst car buying experience I ever had!!! I've been buying cars for "60" years!!!! Take your hard earned money and go somewhere else!!!
This dealership takes no pride in preparing a vehicle for delivery. I unknowingly bought a 2020 Toyota Tundra "1794" top of the line Pickup truck, which was in excess of $57,000.00. I'm a DAV and I saved up for years to buy this vehicle. They turned my vehicle over to an amateur detailer who, proceeded to ruin the paint by burning thru the clear coat with a wheel (Buffer) and creating numerous swirl marks. The Detail manager was asleep at the wheel. About All I did was buy Grief and all I'm getting is lip service.....The whole vehicle may have to be repainted. If this is indicative of their work, I would not want to see how the rest of the organization preforms??? Let the buyer beware, as the saying goes.....When an organization loses pride in their work, then this is the first step towards their ultimate decline and closing.... This is the second time I had BAD experience with this dealership. A member of my family's car....They took my hard earned money and couldn't repair the problem. They gave my daughter back her car just like it was before they worked on!! The under handedness of the people at this dealership is what upset me the most!!! They never had the professional curiosity to be upfront with me about what they did to the vehicle I just purchased!!! I had to find out about the problem by surprise....(see attached photos) there are other areas besides the 2 photos I posted.... I've talked to Toyota Cooperate.....I was told every dealership is franchised, so basically I'm on my own....All they did was give me a bunch of lip service and apologize about "50" times. I've had my vehicle looked at by PROFESSIONAL detailers.....Their assessment is the whole car may have to be repainted........At a cost of approximately $7,000,00. No matter good the outcome, I'm going to take a sizable hit when I trade the vehicle in. I'm supposed to meet this Friday with people at the dealership to decide how this going to be resolved. I told my sales rep, if the general manager isn't there, neither will I, unless Mr. Peruzzi is. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I just wanted to give Nick Hartingh a plug. I was talking to him about my problem and...as I was talking to him he started talking to someone near him, without even saying excuse or hold on, he started talking to them as I was talking to him.....What a @#$hole. All he said was " bring it in and we'll talk a look at it and hung up!!! He has the phone professionalism of a cockroach!!! - Nghi S.Mesa, AZ01Jul 10, 2023Updated review

Jun 24, 2023Previous reviewI cannot even explain how UPSET and UNHAPPY I with Peruzzi Toyota service. I took my RAV4 to get oil changed and tire rotated, and M Murphy called me to let me know that I need to replace a front right wheel lug nut because it was cross threaded. I explained to him that this happened during the last service I had at Peruzzi Toyota when I got my water pump replaced. To my understanding, when the water pump is replaced, the engine had to be lowered and the right passenger wheel is usually removed for convenience. When the wheel is mounted, Peruzzi mechanic didn't hand screw the nut back before using the impact wrench. I was told by M Murphy that they would not remove the wheel to change the water pump, so Peruzzi cannot take responsibility for it. First of all, what happens to CUSTOMER SERVICE and most importantly, what happens to taking ACCOUNTIBILTY. I tried to call the service manager, N Harden, to make appointment to discuss this matter, and I haven't received a call from him.
- David D.Gwynedd, PA02Jun 22, 2023
Took car in for oil change and engine check. They provided ride service to home and back next day. They called with 450 estimate. Later called. To say car was ready. On arrival bill was six hundred.
Paid 600. Took them 15 minutes to find car. It would not run due to failure of hybrid battery during their test drive. (battery was old, so this is not impossible but a major coincidence.)
They offered to replace hybrid battery for ~5500 or buy the car 250 to 500 to be decided later. Sales people would be glad to assist me in buying a replacement vehicle.
Service staff stonewalled my complaints with great civility. I had car towed home. Have negotiated replacement battery elsewhere for 2200
A long phone negotiation with Service Manage obtained me 600 credit, to be spent at their establishment.
They get their second star for politeness and providing courtesy transport and for the fact that they have been ok for the five years I used them. Not this time.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This dealership will not refund money that was put down on a car, never heard of that before. We decided not to buy a car that we were going to, they required $500 down payment and than when we told them we didn't want the car they informed us they are keeping the down money ($500). Do not got to this dealership as they will nickel and dime you and do everything in their power to ripe you off. Avoid them!!!

We are a respected business in the community and stand behind any commitments and contracts we enter into according to all local and state laws. It is a sad time when someone who is not even part of a business transaction can call a business and threaten: "Do what I am asking for or I will blow you up online." We value our reputation and have thousands of satisfied customers. If the actual customer involved in this transaction would care to discuss, our General Manager, Frank Miksit, is available at 215-997-1111.

Where to start. I was lied to during my whole experience trying to buy a new truck. I thought that they ordered me a new truck but no.
I paid 500. As a deposit. What I later found out through the tab I got with my reimbursement check. They play bait and switch to get you to buy a truck you don't want just cause it's coming to them in a allocation.
What upset me the most was I was strong armed into financing the vehicle which I wanted to pay cash. Wouldn't let me. Stay away from this dealership due to their shady business practice. Wish I could give them no starsHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I have brought my car to Peruzzi Toyota to have the alternator replaced. They replaced the alternator and tried to sell me a battery that simply needed charging. I took the car home and found that now the air conditioning no longer worked. The air conditioning was working great before we took it to Peruzzi.
When I called them they claimed it couldn't have been them. They told me I could bring it in and they would diagnose it for an $80 fee. No thanks Peruzzi. I will never be back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
