Pert 'N' Pretty Dog And Cat Grooming

I have gone to this place now for over a year and they always do a fantastic job. They are kind and friendly with the animals and they even remember the personality of my pet when I go back each time.

I get a lion's cut done on my cat and they always double-check if I want any changes to the cut. In addition, they cut his nails, bathe, blow-dry, clean his ears, etc.

In the colder months they even have personal mini-heaters on each kennel to keep the animals warmer.

The price is the best I've found. I recently moved to Naperville and searched for something closer to me (for convenience only) and there is nowhere that compares to their reasonable prices.

Laura grooms all three of our dogs. Bobbs, a carin terrier and shitsu, loves his spa day. Athena, our pitbull not so much at first. She is a rescue who had a tough beginning in life. The first few times she was so apprehensive about being left for a bath..Now she loves to see Laura! She does a terrific job and is so pleasant! HIghly recommend her!!!

Best place for grooming. Laura is very nice and accommodating. She is very nice to the animals.

Wonderful friendly owners. ..... fantastic Groomers!!! I had one of my huskies done and she turned out beautiful. I also have a cat that hates when I try to bath her, so yes she also went to them too..... another beautiful job. Now I still have another husky and another cat and they will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!

We decided to try Pert 'N' Pretty on a whim and we are happy we did. We dropped our two Maltese off just before 10:00 in the morning and they were done by 1:00 as promised. They really looked good, and the girls seemed to bond, one even kissing Laura, despite the "torture" (just kidding on that term) that Missy had gone through. We will be back the next time they are in need of a grooming.

I went here with my Shiba in the dead of winter back in January and the two ladies working there were extremely friendly and professional. I've taken my dog to many other groomers but this is the first place that did a very thorough and clean job. Since my shiba was shedding and blowing out her coat (happens 2-3 times a year), I asked for them to help remove as much sheddable fur as possible, which they did! I gave them a good tip for the excellent job. They were very kind and did not mind that my dog was shedding like a monster. Will be going here again sometime soon!

Very happy with the cuts out schnauzer gets here , and you get what you pay for. Owner operated, always a bonus. Our dog never seems scared when we drop him, or pick him up, and I believe that's important. Just leave a message and you'll get the call.

Great job. Took my skittish puppy to have her nails trimmed, nails look great and puppy enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be back.
