We showed up at 3:20pm and left at 4:45pm.
The waitress took quite some time to take our order, bring our food and then take our order for desert.
The food was alright and the ambiance at this location hasn't changed in my whole life. I can even see the exact booth where my grandfather took me to lunch.
I just wish it wasn't so slow...
2 waitstaff and 4 tables during our visit...

I have visited this Perkins 3 times recently. I had the same server each visit. She was friendly and attentive, she always keeps my water glass full and checked on me after delivering my food, which I always appreciate. I noticed her doing a great job with her other customers as well. The same manager was on duty all 3 visits. She was friendly with customers and helpful to the servers (ie: bussing tables, running food, greeting customers, seating them and checking on them later, taking payments, answering phone, etc). This restaurant is short staffed like many others but I feel the staff works hard to make up for that. Being in the service industry myself these are all things I pay very close attention to when I am dining out. I recommended dining here.

I haven't been to the Fargo, ND, Perkins in forever. Today I decided to stop in for a late lunch and to kill some time before school pick up for my Granddaughter. I'm so glad that I did. It was neither crowded or busy, but it was just after 1pm when I arrived. I sat myself as I didn't immediately see anyone. within minutes I had a waitress at my table offering me a menu and asking what fluids she could bring me. She immediately grabbed my water and soda and advised me that another waitress would be returning for my order and serving me. Within ten minutes I had my order in for a BLT and chicken noodle soup. Both arrived in no time and were delicious. I enjoyed the chicken noodle soup so much that I ordered a second bowl.
I had a chance to speak with the Manager and learned that some of the day staff have been working over 30 years for Perkins. Honestly, their service spoke volumes of their experience.

Placed an order via DoorDash online from Texas... yes, I know odd, but nothing beats Moms & Apple Pie, for Mother's Day, right?
When an issue arose with the impatient Dasher, I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Cheryl. Cheryl went above and beyond to accommodate for the slightest delay in getting the package handed over to the most impatient Dasher. She even called me back after completing the order to offer apologies - I've worked in service for many years and understand uncontrollable issues and I was not going to take advantage of this, though I know people that would.
In the end, know that Cheryl's customer service is A#1 and she should be commended, hands down ... Cheryl is a true asset to Perkins, and thank YOU for a wonderful experience.

I just ordered a BYOB with pancakes, bacon, sausage, cheesy eggs, and cheesy hash browns. What was delivered was some sort of peppers ham egg wrap and crossaunt chicken strip cheese sandwich. All food is cold too. I just called in for the manager to be like "idk what you want me to do?" After confirming my receipt. She told me to order an Uber driver to come get the remade food and she'd give me a gift card... wtf lol.

Received our food order and had to wait for utensils. Brought us the utensils along with the bill. Missed a side of hash-browns but they were on our bill. Finished all our breakfast before the hash-browns showed up. I understand places are short handed but the restaurant was less then half full.

Waitresses was nice but calling me honey was really disappointing n the hamburger was discussing n after we got r food never came back to r table last time i will ever go there should have went to burger king next store n please like to respect people

We ordered the cod dinner. After an hour the waitress told us they don't have cod and said to order anything on the menu it would be covered. It was getting late and had an hour drive home we added a coffee to the meal, which it tasted burnt couldn't drink it. Then we're charged full price for the meal confronting the manager he gave us 30%off. Very unsatisfied.

Been waiting 20 minutes for a delivery order there is not enough workers here even getting them to acknowledge me here was a struggle

We ate there on Sunday it was by far the worst food and service I've ever had at a Perkins restaurant! I've been to a lot of Perkins restaurants and I can say this one should be closed. Very filthy!

Server was great! His name was Brandon and was sat tables nonstop even though he was visibly sweating and running everywhere... might be time to get some more staff. Our food took OVER an hour after ordering it to come and we had two toddlers with us. When we left we mentioned how our food took forever to come and the lady up front laughed and rolled her eyes and goes "oh really. So it took this long after your food went in to come?" Unbelievably horrible customer service but the food was good and Brandon worked his ass off and did as best as he could with the shitty situation he was put in. The table next to us goes "jeez you guys have been here for a LONG time, I can't believe how well your kids are behaved, maybe we should cancel our order if it's going to take that long". The rudeeee lady who we paid out with I saw multiple times just walking around the restaurant enjoying her day. She could help out the servers by bussing table or doing something?? But no. Maybe her and Brandon should switch positions for a day. Upon looking it looks like the OWNER was the rude person. So that says all we need to know I suppose
