Pen's Floral

I'm in California and was sending flowers to a friend. Called 2 other florists, didn't feel the warm and fuzzy feeling. Called Pen's thinking this search for a florist with a personal touch was going to be harder than I thought. Friendly staff answered the phone and I knew this was where I was ordering from.

They delivered a beautiful hand made arrangement the same day. They also texted me pictures of the floral arrangement before they took it out for delivery. I was beyond impressed with this family owned business and will only order from them in the future. I already did the hard work searching for an amazing florist.... Same yourself some time and frustration and call them first.

Ms. Pen is amazing and they make beautiful bouquets. They have the best flowers is all of East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. If you are getting flowers for any occasion this is the place to go!

Pen's Floral was extremely professional and easy to work with when we needed to purchase floral arrangements for a funeral in the Bristol VA area. We are located out of state and the ladies we spoke to over the phone were the most helpful and knowledgeable. They walked us through the inventory they had on hand and helped us select flowers, vases, and wreaths. They even called to keep us posted on the status of the order. They delivered it on time to the funeral at the church and the flowers looked amazing. Highly impressed.
