Thank goodness for P&V. Chipotle, please step aside. I love the freshness of Chipotle's ingredients but I'm a sucker for hole in the wall local establishments. P&V is located in a trailer-type shack, which reminds me of Bob and Edith's down the street. P&V is take out only so prepare to shamelessly indulge in the security and comfort of your own car.
I ordered a pork burrito bowl (just shy of $10), heavier than any Chipotle bowl, with yellow rice, pinto beans, sour cream, guac, lettuce, corn, tomatoes, and cilantro sauce (the green one). The cilantro sauce was tangy/sour but definitely missing the cilantro flavor. Chopped cilantro is a topping option that's not offered, just make sure you ask for it specifically. I believe the guac is Wholly Guacamole, BUT do not quote me on that. The pork could use a bit more salt but I prefer my food well seasoned (read: on the salty side, next train to hypertension, here I come!). The pinto beans are not like your Chipotle-style pinto beans, but instead retain more of a refried bean texture.
Also not on the menu is the option of a cheesy tortilla/cheese quesadilla. Just ask for it as the guys are finishing your burrito bowl. Pick a flavor of tortilla and they load it with shredded cheese and heat it up for your enjoyment.
I love the fact that P&V is open super late on Fridays and Saturdays (hello drunchies). Be aware though, that they are closed on Sundays, when I want P&V the most (I call it the Chick-Fil-A effect, you know the one).

Pedro & Vinny's. I was thinking of coming here for lunch for just one day and trying somewhere else for the next. What I ended up doing was going here twice. Because it was just that damn good. It's a small shop, right next to an open area with seating and basically in a parking lot.
For both times I ordered a bowl because well, I didn't want to fall asleep in my conference like I saw peers do after lunch. So that meant no rice as well, but I did have beans. The first day I mixed two meats, pork and steak, to get a variety. And it was amazing. I have to say I think I enjoyed the pork more than the steak though because I felt the steak was a little hard? It just didn't do the meat department for me justice.
Anyways, for salsa I tried both the Peach and Mango together the first day, and just Mango the second. I think I should've ordered less of the Mango salsa, but that's just personal preference.
I must say this... If you're hungry, pay for the extra meat. It's about $1-2 extra and it's extremely worth it. I got extra pork the next day and it was awesome, that bowl felt so damn heavy and just filled me up and I was feeling so great. They give amazing portions and I tipped on top because of it.
Thanks for the great food Pedro & Vinny's! I also did want to mention that I saw one of my high school classmates because that I came here the next day. So thank's for the awkward meet as well haha. The food was well worth it.

Hidden gem. This is my absolute favorite place to get burritos and there's never a line. Service is quick and friendly, I love the salsa options (and they leave nachos out so you can taste test the salsa). They're upgraded recently so now their menu is on a tv/message board...and they've added Spanish rice. I also love that thy have different wrap options (I always get spinach).
My boyfriend and I love this place

I came here bc I could walk here... but the walk was worth it! Decent burritos and great value.
Burrito - It's not the best I've had and probably lacks some flavor without the sauces added... but it enough to satisfy your burrito craving. Here are the deets:
1. Tortillas - Love that you can choose different ones! I had spinach but there is white, wheat, and onion garlic. Tortillas aren't made in-house and look like they come from the nearby Giant.
2. Sauces - I like mango habanero best but there are three more flavors. Sample all four while you wait!
3. Fillings - rice, beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes.... AND cucumber. That was a first but I liked it. Guacamole is $1.50 extra (unless you order veg which let's guac be comp'd).
Price - $7.50 including tax for a chicken burrito that will last an adult two meals? Hell. Yes.
Service - Cool and nice guys working.
Space - More like a place where you order and go, but there is some outside seating.
But really doe... I can't complain. Four stars cause value is too good.

On my way home from CVS and I realized I didn't have any food at home. I stopped in and immediately noticed the new and convenient t.v. displays. The convenient display of the 4 steps in ordering your burrito was a nice touch. I made a burrito with everything on it. It was huge and I got it all for under $10! Will definitely be back.

This place is SOOOOOOOO da bomb dot com!!!! So, let me tell you. The absolute FIRST thing you gotta do when you get here is taste their sauces! The Cilantro Lime sauce was so good, I could have drank it as a drink! Not to mention the Sun dried tomato sauce. MMMMMMmmmmmm, MMMMMMmmmmmm GOOD! Now, I'm not big on sweet types of sauces, but I did also try the Mango & Georgia peach sauces, and even that's not typically my forte, the taste of them both was golden! I can honestly say that if I was someone who liked sweet sauces, these would most definitely be the sauces that I would probably say I'd been looking for all my life.
I personally had the burrito bowl (as I'm on my calorie count thing).... but I did manage to steal a bite of my husband's burito wrap and it DID NOT disappoint! I'm not really sure which would win, the burrito bowl or the burrito wrap, as both had their own personal FLAVOR SWAG hittin' pretty hard. The wraps came in a variety of flavors (onion gArlic, sun dried tomato, spinach, wheat...) which only added to the uniqueness of each burrito wrap.
On another note, the facility itself was super small, but the set up still made you feel comfortable & at home. They had the music bumpin' right, so even though I though I went in to grab some grub, I ended up dancin' w/my love like we had went out for a night on the town. (There were other customers dancin' there as well). I just really loved the vibe here. Both the staff were SUPER friendly! They also had outdoor seating.... What more could you ask for! We both left KNOWING that we had just found one our new regular spots that we were gonna definitely throw into the rotation of our personal favs!
Can u believe it?.... All of that (fun, food & dancing - for TWO) for under $15?....

The sister brought me a burrito from this place, we had to split one because these burritos are huge. It wasn't bad of a burrito, it reminded me of Chipotle but with a twist. I got to taste their mango sweet and spicy sauce and that was good. It kinda tasted like the sweet heat from Popeyes.
You have to try it out, but to be honest, everything was mixed up so you really can't taste the flavor. The refried bean tasted like refried bean, chicken tasted like chicken, etc... For $7ish a burrito, you can't go wrong, so go get some and make your blanket dance at night, lol.

Chipowho? P&V literally won my heart, wallet, & soul this weekend and my only regret is not trying it sooner. After seeing my neighbor come home with a bowl the size of her body, my roommates & I finally decided to give it a try. Located in a small trailer-home like hut off Columbia pike, this place is literally everything I look for in a cheap eat.
Ordered a Chicken & Steak burrito bowl with yellow/white rice, pinto/black beans, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, corn, diced cucumbers, cheese, and cilantro sauce (major key). Similar to chipotle, they claim to use fresh ingredients that are never canned or frozen. Whether or not they're non GMO is irrelevant to me bc it still tastes so unbelievably good. The bowl is also bigger than any Chipotle bowl i've ever experienced. I am known for always inhaling my plates but had to set aside a portion of this bowl for later as I knew if I finished I would be immobilized for the evening.
Another thing to note is that the free tortilla on the side is actually a skinny quesadilla, you just have to ask for it.
Apparently it's also open till 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays? The fact that this place is located less than a mile from home is just dangerous. P&V truly is Arlington's burrito gem.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 3006632012Nov 8, 2016
I'm so glad that I stopped by this place for a late night burrito (bowl). Don't let the trailer fool you.
You can park in the CVS parking lot. There are also some outdoors seating in the back. Well, I got harassed by a homeless person, but I just simply ignored him.
Anyway, P & V offers many flavors of tortillas, but I decided to go with a bowl of steak burrito instead. They also have some interesting sauce that you can try over the counter. I got the tomato and cilantro sauce on mine. It really hit the spot. I devoured the whole thing in no time.
Another good thing is that this tiny place takes a credit card!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Patrick T.Modesto, CA5188491966Mar 11, 2016
Fast and tasty burritos. See a lot of military folk eat lunch here.
Located in a funky elevated shack in the cvs parking lot.
Huge portions. Similar to chipotle, but not as many choices for toppings. I do appreciate the Mexican red colored rice
Mango salsa is my favorite.
I love guac. Not sure if they charge extra for it, but I always get it.
It's about $10 for a burrito bowl with everything.
