Highly recommend for any general computer needs. Great communication from the get go, very fair cost for talented services. Will definitely come here for any hardware or software needs. Ryan and Paul were very flexible about adjusting their schedule to align with mine.

Matt arrived on time; explained his approach; and quickly resolved our networking problem within Micah's one-hour estimate. Matt shared solid advice on how to expand our wireless network to better cover our security cameras.
This is our third experience with Paul-The-Computer-Guy. Repairs spanned PCs; Macs; and now networking. Each repair was well done and was good value for money.

These guys are the BEST. I had a thumb drive that stopped working and originally took it to Best Buy. They said they weren't sure if they could recover my data (literally 3 years of work) but would try and it would cost $2,500. I almost paid it, but decided I'd research other options. I actually went to Paul the Computer Guy because my computer screen was cracked after flying (damn you Alaska Airlines!) and thought to ask about the thumb drive. They fixed my screen - super reasonably and quickly, AND were able to recover my data for like $250! These guys are serious life savers. Shout out to Micah!

Matt came to my house to help set up the printer and he didn't charge me because my printer was too old and he couldn't get it hooked up. He was so nice and so was everyone I spoke to on the phone. He even turned me on to a great place to recycle my printer. I will use them again for sure!

An extremely skilled technical staff and stellar customer service are hallmarks of Paul the Computer Guy's operation.
My Dell laptop (a $900 model less than one year old) died recently. Still under warranty, I took it to Paul's along with the original sales receipt. In less than one week, they contacted Dell, got authorization to perform the warranty repairs (a new Motherboard and internal cabling) and had it up and running as good as new. All of my data was still intact on the hard drive.

Promised if I paid more I would get my new computer in a day. 4 days later I was called a cry baby by his 2 bit employee . Dont go here you save time and money with real pros at Bestbuy. These guys are no longer needed , dont feed this garbage. Put it in its place.

James, you were originally told that the repair would take 10 days because of our backlog and you wanted to know if there were other options. We offered you our rush fee and explained that it only gets your computer on the bench next, and it won’t go any faster after that. You were given an estimate of 3 days. We called you on the second day to get your passwords because none of the ones you gave us were relevant. We didn’t hear back and get the passwords for over a day. Then you showed up on the fourth day, demanding your computer (which was ready in 15 minutes) and were extremely hostile, using expletives, to the point that my staff was about to call 911. When we explained the delay was because we didn’t get passwords for a day you said we were calling you a cry baby and that the customer is always right. When I spoke to you, you were hostile and insulting of my staff saying that I am “obviously stuck with bad people” among other insults. I stood up for my employees and informed you that your abuse won’t stand, and you should go elsewhere in the future. -Paul
