Last month I decided to went to this place and I'm planning to do it as much as I can.
The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly, and despite that, there was a mix-up with my reservation, they respected it and I didn't have to wait to be seated.
I had the "MUSHROOM MULTI-GRAIN BURGER" and it was DELICIOUS, it's not easy to find a vegetarian burger that tastes good, and that doesn't "fallow apart" when biting it. Also, the portion is perfect.
My friend went with the "CLASSIC BURGER" and he enjoyed every bite.
Also, I asked for a "special drink" meaning something out of the menu (basically I was picky) and without hesitation, they gave it to me, and it was perfect.
Next time I'm going to try the "Bar Area" Â because it looked very cozy and a place where you can have fun with your friends.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 20, 2019
First time here last night for a birthday treat for one of my friends and we had a great time. It's a nice a cozy restaurant in a recently developed area of Mountain View.
The food is delicious. I ordered the Soup of the Day, Mushroom Soup for starters and it has the right amount thickness and mushrooms for my liking. The creaminess and flavor is good too.
Then I got Shrimp Linguine for my main course and I really enjoyed it. The serving is a bit big and was able to eat only half of it. The flavor is just right. I shared some to the birthday girl and she loved it too.
I got to taste the Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and they were tasty, definitely a good side dish that's not heavy on the tummy.
Lastly, I got a White Sangria for my drinks and it sealed the whole dinner experience. Perfect!
The food is slightly pricier, but for me is worth it. I've been to other restos of the same price range but did not enjoy the food. At least here, I'm satisfied.
Overall we had a great time. If there's only one suggestion, that would be just a little more lighting. I think it's a tad bit too dark. Although it might be conducive for intimate dates, not that much for groups of friends and colleagues, which most of their customers around us are, including us. Other than that, a wonderful first time experience. Thanks!

My friend took me here to celebrate my birthday. It was a week night, so we didn't need reservations for two.
The ambiance is great.
We were seated at a booth near the kitchen.
Our server was excellent. He was attentive and friendly.
The dessert was on the house for my birthday. A perfect ending to a delicious meal and even better company.
I highly recommend this place!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - May 13, 2019
Parking were all full at parking structure. But nearby there are some parking. Restaurants were very beautiful inside and out. If weather is nice, I would prefer sitting outside by the fireplace.
We went there on Mother's Day. They give out free $25 gift card for mother.
Wine selection was good! Bottle staring $34 for white and $36 for red and those are CA central coast wine already!
Sunday has prix fixe menu featuring 3 courses.
Avocado cherry tomato salad with greens and purple onions and cucumber. Very fresh.
Prime rib medium rare were excellent.
3 scoops of ice cream.
Kid menu pasta were smaller bug burger were adult size, comes with drink, fruit and ice cream.
Wonderful ambiance to surprise mom, or entertain clients. Upscale feeling and service is great! They come by often to check on us. Food come reasonable fast consider it was a full house yesterday. Need to make reservations! Wait happens before 6pm. Highly recommend. We go with over 10+ people and they don't automatically put tip on the bill. Please remember to tip them well.Helpful 13Thanks 0Love this 13Oh no 0 - Feb 23, 2020
Came here for their HH. $9 for an old fashion, $7.50 for a mojito and $16 for a glass of pinot noir.
Ordered their buffalo cauliflower and it was nice and spicy. On the other hand, their steakhouse with fries and gravy wasn't all that good. The shredded steak was tough with barely little gravy.
Bread was not served unless you asked for it.
The server we had was a bit rude and was frustrated that we kept ordering food and drinks (isn't that what they are paid to do plus more tips for you buddy).

Time for Happy Hour with my coworkers! My manager left early to reserve us a table so we met up with her later. Parking not too bad on a Thursday, but an option to park in the garage is available.
There were 8 of us.
The following food on the menu I tried and ordered....
Small Plates
Beef Street Tacos - Comes with 2 tacos per order. The shredded beef was delicious and cooked perfectly.
Grilled Maple Cider Chicken Skewers - Great quantity, but chicken was a little under cooked.
Handmade Tater tots - These were not your typical small pieces, they were huge tater tots compared to egg size!
Drink
Meyer Lemon Drop - Great lemon vodka flavor.
Entree
Classic American Burger - This should be most favorite entree to order during happy hour. Huge burger with so much fries which includes a $6 draft beer/wine/cocktail.
I actually ordered the meyer lemon drop before the entree. I asked the waiter if it was okay for me to add the cocktail with the entree instead of ordering a 2nd drink. The waiter was cool with it.
I wouldn't mind coming here again, which is only a mile away from work.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Jun 25, 2019
This review is only for happy hour foods. It goes until 7!
Their happy hour deals are SOLID (though not really cheap on their own). Their cocktails are $7-$8 and are pretty tasty. Their beer - you might as well get a cocktail, it's only a dollar cheaper. Not really the cheapest happy hour though, especially compared to the place next door.
But the size of the sangria makes up for the difference in price. I think the cup fits a full half bottle of wine. It's HUGE. Taste-wise, it was ok? Like very standard sangria, both in white and red varieties, with the only difference being whether or not they use white or red wine as the base; everything else is the same. Which maybe isn't too terrible of a sin, but I think you should switch ingredients based off whether it's a white or red base. I digress though.
Their happy hour burger combo is also amazing for the price. $15 for a drink and a burger. We said hell yes.
I got the burger with cheddar, and it was on the bottom side of mediocre. Like, it was ok? The meat was okay? But the bun's bread was super dense and I ended up taking the bottom off and not eating it cause it was really not worth the calories. I think next time (because with these deals, there will most def be a next time) I will try the other burger option - I think it was fish?
I also ordered the homemade tater tots because I absolutely cannot pass up tater tots I've never had before. And these? These were disappointing. I got really excited at first because they look amazing. And when I bit in I thought it was cheese. But it was actually this sort of mashed potato... blend. Super creamy. Couldn't really taste the bacon in it. I love the texture of tater tots because they're tender but crunchy, so I walked away from these in disappointment. They tasted fine, but they're really more like deep fried mashed potato balls, which, if pitched like that, would have been fine. But I got all hyped for tater tots.
The other potatoes, the fries were actually really really good, and probably my favorite food there.
I think this place has the potential to go up another star based off food ordered. Service staff was super nice and responsive, though I'm not sure how much being at the bar affected that.

Came here for their happy hour......have only been to the Paul Martin's at the Irvine Spectrum, CA and so had a pretty good idea of what to expect here.....pretty much the same setup, decor, and atmosphere...and menu. Really nice modern, trendy, upscale casual bar and grill with great service by our server who was so friendly and took great care of us, and a very good selection of delicious happy hour appies and drinks. A great place to just kick back, chill, and watch a game on the tube, get together with friends after work and downing some beer, wine, or cocktails, whilst munching on a good selection of freshly prepared and yummy happy hour menu items.
During this visit, we ordered the Sweet Potato Fries, Roasted Vegetable Flatbread, Columbia River Steelhead (salmon) Sandwich, and Deviled Eggs.......we were contemplating ordering the Smoked Chicken & Wings, but my brother commented that the last time they ordered it, that they were kind of dry......coincidentally, that's what I thought about these same wings when I tried them in Southern California.
The sweet potato fries were so nice, hot, fresh, and perfectly crisp!......and just a warning....very hard to stop nibbling on! However, I must say that my favorite was the roasted vegetable flatbread....fresh and perfectly roasted veggie toppings, perfectly thin and crisp flatbread, and not salty at all!....yummy! Next, I really enjoyed the salmon sandwich....again, perfectly cooked.....moist and juicy......bun a bit thick (and very carby looking), but so nice and soft that you can either bite into it easily or just squish it flat so it doesn't look so thick. Other than that, the deviled eggs were good too......and a nice glass of red wine or two with all this.
What really made our happy hour evening experience all the more pleasant was the great service by our very sweet, friendly, and attentive server.....eeerm, I think her name was Tiffany? Great place, very nice ambiance, excellent service, very good drink and food selection.....well, from the happy hour menu anyway. Would definitely like to come back again when I'm back in town.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Food surprisingly good. Everything large portions, tasty. HH and Dinner menus both excellent. Great service; can be longer waits during peak hours because the place gets so crowded.
Didn't see the 6$ HH wine prices, 12$/glass wine, 15$-22$ for appetizers.
Large wine list.
100$/3 ppl for HH.

When you are out of Brick Chicken just tell us. Last night one at our table got the Brick Chicken as ordered, the other person received something that was definitely not the BC. She sent it back and for a second time - you guessed it - something other than BC. The manager stepped up and gave her an order to go and comped the check. She was afraid to look in the to-go box, so just left with a mystery box; What was in the box?
We were also disappointed that the server who took our order never came back to the table to see what was happening. Most of the situation was handled by a bus person who delivers the order, before the manager came to the table.
This was a Monday, 2.10.20. The other thing that was disappointing was the elimination of the Monday wine and dine specials for two. What the heck?
We have been frequent diners from day one. This is only the second time I've downgraded PM for service issue. We'll return and hope this time when they are out of the BC they tell us and give an option rather than trying to smoke by.
BTW, I had the Fried Chicken, my wife the Short-rib and both were excellent as usual. The actual BC that one person had met the standard of very good.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Sep 2, 2019Previous reviewWe went back a couple of weeks ago. The meal and service proved to be the old standard of above average. Consistency is everything in the restaurant business. PM has been one of our go to places for years. They are now forgiven for one poor experience.
Jun 6, 2019Previous reviewOur server Tiffany was a gem. Unfortunately that is where the experience unraveled. We got our Tortilla Soup well before our drink orders, the bar was jammed so those of us in the dinning room have to wait. The soup presented well, smelled good but tasted as if it had been burned. My Martini on final delivery tasted like soapy dishwater. Tiffany was eager to please and brought another Martini to replace the bad one. Yes, you guessed it that one was just as bad. After some investigation it turns out the new bartender was making Dirty Martinis and the juice must have been rancid - disgusting. Oh, but it didn't end there, the French Dip was just okay with a bread that seemed under baked, the Creamy Horseradish lacked any flavor and the coleslaw was something Nuvo'ish - yuck. The cobbler was something that resembled oatmeal, at least the ice-cream was good.
Besides Tiffany being a ray of sunshine the bus people were exceptionally nice and attentive too. The staff saved PM from a one star. We've been coming here since it opened some years ago. Not sure what happened; but, you can be assured it will be at least a year before we venture back to drop two C-notes on a below average meal.
Party of 4May 2, 2014Previous reviewThis is one of my favorate new restaurants. Slick, fresh, good food and drink. PM has it going on. Recommend Fried Chicken Night. Yummy.
