This car wash is located right past Pine Hills on Colonial. It is brush free and you vacuum yourself. Honestly I prefer it that way that way because I don't have to move all my junk out for someone else lol :-) From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the morning they have 30% off pre wash for early bird and then Monday through Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. they have $2 off any package for happy hour! Their car washes start as low as $5 for a quickie which INCLUDES tire shine!!!:-) love the name of that! I finally joined the club which for me was unlimited car washes for $15 which is a lot of bang for your buck for 30 days. Every time I come the vacuums are all working and everyone is smiling and friendly. I'm welcoming myself to the club as I'm a happy client!

Today, August 2, 2021, I had my first experience with this establishment.
All three of you fine young men which allowed me to run through the first time, then wash my wheels and mats, and then offered for me to go through a second time, I salute you gentlemen.
It isn't everyday that you encounter kind, acceptive and genuine generosity, but today was the day. These three young men allowed me to have a great rest of my day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart- and incidentally, my little Orange Smart Car is shimmering brilliantly.

When I want a clean car, I go to pats! You can choose from several cleaning options. I usually go for the basic option with the underwash, wax and wheel shiner. My car is so polished, beautiful and shiny after! Looks like new and just bought from the dealer. Also, I love the free self vacuum! Lastly, my kids get a kick out of the sponge bob images that shine on the car as it's going through the wash. Thanks pat!

This car wash is not properly described. It does not allow for you to self wash.

However this location gets this review because the manager was increadible rude. When I was in my van looking for another location to go to, he come out and knocks on my van and tells me I have to leave as I am taking up a spot and he was rude about it. The I tell him my predicament and he tells me that the self wash is "right down the road." But then gives no details. His whole nature shows that he could care less about helping out. I drive down several miles "down the road," but can't find the location (which is on the left by the way and is called Colonial.) I return and can't find the manager. I then find a junior person who tells me the name. As I am checking it out on Yelp he once again knocks on my van and tells me to move. Again, he is just rude about it. I tell him that his directions were not helpful. Interestingly, when I came to look for him the whole place looks unmanned, but he excels at disappearing and then coming out to tell me to move my van. Rude rude rude.

Four stars for the value of choosing one of the unlimited packages. For $24 my car will get as many washes as I want for the month, which is perfect considering we are in the midst of pollen season. This is a self -service car wash and there are a few different packages to chose from. I went with the middle one that includes getting my tires shined along with a bunch of other things. The employee that was working was super helpful and friendly. He guided me through the options and then on to my wash and dry. I will say that it didn't remove all the dirt from my car, but to be fair, I haven't had it washed in a really long time, so some of the hard to remove spots were still there. Then it was straight to the vacuums to clean out my interior. The vacuums are strong and within no time I was on my way. I have plans to go at least once a week, which again, is totally worth the value. I would recommend it.

I was actually impressed with how clean my car was after this service. It seemed as if the brushes were brand new and my tires have never been cleaner!

I just signed up today for their "Express Plus" unlimited car wash.
My car was fairly dirty with road dust. Most of the leftover crusted pollen and bugs was taken off.
Car is lowered 1" all around and did not have any issues with rail clearance.

Subtracted 1 star for the "thunk" of the extension brush by attendant on rear bumper.
No damage but paint these days will scratch or fade just looking at it.

I didn't use the vaccuums today but will next time.

I am very impressed with everything they do. This place used to scare me with criminals waiting to hustle you from the moment you pull in to exit. No such thing anymore and they take pride in doing a good job. Hard to find in people doing simple work these days.
