Party World

The fact that they're open on Sundays (even for just several hours) unlike every other business in the area is much appreciated! Staff was helpful and more than happy to accommodate my "filled with helium balloons birthday surprise" not so original idea yet so special to me. They also loaded all 33 balloons in my car!
I definitely know where to go when some sort of event comes around.

So we had been in DTLAall day looking for pepa pig and couldn't find Og stuff and we walked in here and they had it ALL... and the stuff they kept showing us sure took our grateful money!! The friendliness and offering a basket to giving us a deal on our huge purchase was the icing on the cake!! And we appreciate it! So thanks again for the great service and for having it all in one place!!

I'm a theme party addict and Party World usually has what I need. Love working with the owner. He makes great suggestions and makes shopping fun. He might seem pushy, just push back - who knows what he'll find in random boxes.

Toy District gives me so much happiness - I don't mind that the curbs are lined with human urine and that I usually pass by a dead rat or two. Parking is over priced so you have to be quick!

I generally only stop in the toy/fashion district on planned days where I have time to dedicate walking around and buying everything I need for a party, not when I'm in a hurry. BUT, yesterday I wanted to buy some balloons on my way to my brother's high school graduation and had only a few minutes to spare.

I stopped by Party World and left SO happy! The workers knew I was in a rush so they assisted me in a timely manner and inflated my balloons quickly (I think even before a customer that had already been waiting before me lol). I wish I had time to get everyone's names! But all three gentleman were super nice, and the owner is SO funny! And very helpful.

Looking around, this place has everything you'd ever need for a themed kid's party or celebration. Overhearing the workers help other customers that were there, they had great suggestions and bundle deals on basically everything. My daughter's first birthday is coming up this Fall and I'm definitely going to be stopping by for the decorations here!

These guys are clearly Pros to the, "these guys are in a hurry, they're planning for a party, and they have no clue what they're doing, andddd their party is bout to start in the next half hour" persons ...
Whoa the guys were funny and just at ease about everything. I believed the realize the rush By the look on my face they kind of stopped helping the group in front of me (still helping them however) and got the party stuff I wanted! Great people

Amazing selection with a lot to see. Good location in the heart of downtown. They literally have everything you need for parties of all ages. Definitely will revisit. Piñata $12 can't beat that.

After hearing so many good things from a family member about Party World, I had to check it out myself. Their small shop exterior portrays the perfect example of a rare "city gem" and I was excited to check what the interior had for me. I was greeted by friendly staff and proceeded to find what I needed (with help from one of the staff members).

I can't believe how much party supplies they carry. From decorations, party favors, balloons, masks, to even pinatas of popular characters, you're sure to find something for your party. And with both retail and wholesale prices, they can't be beat...

Best place, great customer service. I had just had my daughters birthday cake canceled , I was sad and I needed a Miracle I had already replaced the cake but needed three green turtles and he had the perfect idea and found me the little decor that you put on top of cupcakes! It went perfect on my daughters cake! I found affordable Balloons and decor all last minute!

My all time favorite place to go to for balloons and party supplies. I go often as I make balloon decorations for events, I'm never disappointed. Year round, the guys are very helpful, up to date with all the party trends. I recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

I love how reasonable they are. This is a one stop shop. I love how they are willing to go above and beyond to help get whats in your head onto the walls for your party. Thank you so much for all your patience with me. lol I felt like Momzilla when I walked in and a regular Mom when I walked out. :)
