Shut your face and get there NOW! These Korean BBQ Chicken sliders have entered the room and have made heads turn. This slider is so freaking good. The flavors are spot on. Super savory with an umami bomb of flavor. The bread on the slider is soft and adds a layer of sweetness.

Let's talk about the seasoning on these waffle fries. Package it and sell it at pop ups!! This salty, peppery, sweet marriage of flavors. Perfect match to these crispy delicious waffle fries.

I got to sample the ube float. Dear Jesus, it was amazing. Perfect little end to a great meal.

I tried the strawberry shortcake croissant waffles, omg! INCREDIBLE!!

I've had my eye on Parkside Eats for some time now. Nestled away from the hubbub of main st Metuchen, you could easily miss this gem but I encourage you to check them out.

My partner and I went on a Tuesday afternoon so it was quiet which was nice. The guy who was there was friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. The inside decor is welcoming and stylish.

It is so hard to choose when dining here because everything sounds so delicious on the menu. I ordered the Ube float which ended up being my favorite part of the meal! It was so tasty and the presentation is beautiful, definitely IG worthy. We also ordered the fried cheese and "old clothes" empanadas for appetizers. I believe the fried cheese was queso de frier (halloumi) but I'm not 100%, it was a nice break from the traditional mozzarella sticks and the tangy pink sauce was a nice touch. The empanada was tasty and the filling tasted like a traditional ropa veija but it was a bit drier than I would have liked. It did come with a nice sauce for dipping so this wasn't a deal breaker.

For my meal I ordered the guava chili chicken sliders, which were the perfect combo of savory and sweet. It came with two sliders and a generous portion of waffle fries... the waffle fries are on POINT. They are seasoned to perfection and nice and crisp. My husband ordered the Hawaiian Riz sliders and enjoyed his meal as well.

Overall we had a great experience. I will definitely return as I NEED to try the Ube French Toast next!

This place is the newest hot breakfast! From the unbelievable floats to the fruity pebbles pancakes to the ube toast this place is top notch !

The owner takes a lot of pride and take in his scratch kitchen and it really shows! They have breakfast and lunch all day you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Get the sliders tho !

From the service to the ambiance to the delicious food Parkside Eats is worthy of all five stars. The staff was kind and attentive, the food came out quick and each bite was delicious but the real star of the show were the chicken sliders, they are definitely a must try. Happy to add this to my rotation of local restaurants and I look forward to trying more items from their menu.

Came here on a friday afternoon around 1:15pm. The place has street parking and a parking lot across the street. It was fairly empty and we were told we can sir anywhere. The place is very small but clean and nicely decorated.

Me and my sister ordered the chicken sliders, veggie sliders, and the blueberry ube croissant waffle. The food came out quick. The chicken was very crunchy. It lacked flavor but was still good, fresh, and not oily. I wasnt a fan of the chipotle sauce on the side, so i asked for the pink guava sauce. It didnt taste like much either. The waffle was good. My only complaint was that although the outside was crispy, the inside was very doughy and chewy. Also, drinks are very small.

All in all a very good place. I will come back to try the fluffy pancakes which are only served on Wednesday. And the ube french toast.

Ps- the online website menu differs from the in house menu QR code. They had more options in house. The need to fix that.

I tried to get lunch here on a weekday.
They opened about eight months ago for soft opening. They will schedule their Grand Opening soon.

We ordered balsamic salad, Old Clothes beef empanadas and Humpty Dumpty burger. The salad mix has wall nuts and raisins, my wife finished her whole plate of salad for the first time.
The burger has two sliders with single beef patties, sunny side egg and their special sauce, so delicious. The waffle fries I ordered to replace their regular fries is seasoned and delicious. The beef empanadas are soft and the stuff shredded flank steak meat top inside with pickled onions and cilantro they're
seasoned and taste great.

Serving staff is friendly and helpful. Nice inside dining decor and well lighted. There's paid parking meters in the open parking lot just across,

My only concern is their outside sign background is pink and the word Parkside Eats has same color. It's so hard to see or distinguish if you're driving by. The sign should be black which can be easily seen from the main road.

I will try their French toasts, specially their Ube flavor for brunch.

My daughter told me to meet her here. Great food and great unusual menu. I got the ube French toast. She got Korean fried chicken sliders. Both delicious. Will come back with my husband. As for yelp posted hours, it is not up to date. Closes at 3:30. Google site has corrected hours.?

My wife and I like trying new places to eat and came across this place. All the reviews are 4 or better so we gave it a try. Entrance was nice, greeted by employees and the place is cute. We ordered the fried cheese as an appetizer and they were great. Both taste and presentation. My wife got the orange creamsicle float and it was tasty! We order the cheeseburger sliders and the Korean Fire sliders. 7/10. Price point was good, staff was nice and friendly, only downside was it was a little smelly near the bathroom

Service was great. The food choices are very eclectic and we loved that. Everything we ordered tasted delicious. We will go back and we will recommend to friends!

The coffee was strong. The crab and avocado egg rolls were like crab Rangoon x1000. The Orange Chicken wings were crispy and sticky. The star of the show was the Ube French toast. It was light and packed with real ube flavor. Love that they updated their hours to open earlier, we are early brunch people so we've been waiting to try them for a while now. The only complaint we had was the music. I've seen other reviews mention how good it was, today it was not. They were playing a kids bop type playlist that did not match the vibes at all.

We have already recommended this place to family and we will be back soon.
