Unreliable, irresponsible, rude, disrespectful, useless. Most horrifying experience that we ever had. We dealt with this company twice. Once buying, once selling. Both times ended up as a complete disastrous nightmare. There are plenty of good, honest realtors and Park Company is definitely Not a choice to go with in Fargo/Moorhead area. Do not list or buy with them. The company is worthless.

Jenny Schuster was my invaluable advocate, a totally professional realtor. She handled my West Fargo home sale about a year ago after having worked with 2 previous Fargo realtors who let us down in countless ways. The company has a lot of integrity, a lot of experience, and is generous to the point of going the extra mile even when it's not essential. This is the 4th time we've sold a home and the 3rd state in which we've done so. Easiest to work with, and most service- minded, company so far! The real estate market in the Fargo metro area is tricky and full of paradoxes; Jenny helped with all of this in an efficient and caring manner.

We hired Vicky Matson a Park Company realtor and put a FULL price offer on a home that Ryan Mullikin, also a Park Co realtor was the listing agent on. Ryan boasted the home to be 4,021 sq ft and repeatedly told us during the open house that it was "an amazing deal" and a "huge home" stating "you have over 3,000 finished sq ft, plus an unfinished basement."
To our horror, days before closing on the home and relocating from CO to ND to move directly into the home, our appraiser found that the house was missing 625 sq ft of the advertised size!! When we asked that the builder (BMW homes) and his agent, Ryan Mullikin, correct the price to reflect the actual size, they refused. We took the issue over our agent Vicky Matson's head to the boss Jeff Bottnen, who, to our SHOCK, also tried to push us into buying the home and told us "it's still the home you fell in love with." We explained to him that at the new price per sq ft, the finishes didn't compare to the competition, yet he pushed us. My husband told him that it's missing 625 sq ft, and that's a HUGE chunk of a home, yet Jeff simply overtalked both of us until we finally hung up.
We filed a claim with the BBB, but Park Company claims that they are covered because Vicky had us sign a "waiver" releasing them of responsibility for such an issue. HOWEVER, when we hired Vicky, she told us most of the paperwork was really necessary to read and she had a "family reunion to get to and we don't need to go over every detail of the contract." She told us we could trust her and she would "guide" us in the right direction. Well, we stupidly trusted her!
The BBB has directed us to hire an attorney and take it much higher than what they can offer, as they have no enforcement when it comes to legal documents.
Bottom line, this is NOT a minor thing that a "waiver" sheet should cover. This was a deliberate dishonest tactic used by Ryan Mullikin to try and move real estate that was overpriced and not selling.
We are losing thousands of dollars by being forced to throw money away each month on a rental. We even had to rehome our 5 year old family dog as he was deemed too big to be allowed on rental property.
We have never even received an apology from Park Company! Now, since BMW homes has reduced the price of the same home by $15,000 and our children are enrolled in the school district, we recently offered a new FULL price offer in the home but asked that Park Company take care of our lease obligations since we are in the lease because of them. To our utter amazement, Ryan Mullikin insulted our agent and turned down our second FULL price offer that is STILL too overpriced for anyone else to consider!

Do yourselves a favor, do your research and above all, skip Park Company and choose an honest, TRUSTWORTHY establishment and agent who will look out for you and not their pockets!!!

Nothing good about the experience. Always something that was spelled wrong or open houses set up for the worst possible time no advertising.

Love Park Company. Their agents are first class and they have a great marketing machine! I've bought and sold 5 properties with Park and always had great service and great interactions with their agents. Solid professionals all around!

My husband and I have worked with Park Company twice. We bought our first home with them and they helped us find financing. Everything was very seamless and professional. We later sold that home and purchased a new one with our agent through park company. Both transactions were great! I always recommend them to anyone who asks!
