Paris Nails

Got a classic pedicure today before heading on vacation. Was super relaxing. Music was relaxing and was quiet. Pedicure was great. Was able to sit and relax before the craziness of school out and vacation.

I think it's a great place. The manager is a very hard worker. Like all other places, there maybe some I like more than others but overall they are good at their craft. The reason I continue to go to this place is that the staff is very nice and accommodating. They've even opened early for us on Sunday to squeeze us in.

Went here after a friend recommended it.

I didn't feel they sterilized their equipment as it wasn't in a sealed pouch just sitting out at each station.

I got a French manicure and 3 days later the white polish is chipping off almost all of my nails.

I truly am disappointed! I will not be returning!

My friends and I went to go get out nails done. The guy that did my nails and one of my friends was rude and in a hurry. He didn't even take his time on the spider web or to make sure the nails straight, even or fully cover with nail polish. He kept asking us if we had boyfriends and making us feel uncomfortable. I will not be coming back. I am very disappointed.

I love getting my nails done here... great work, efficient, and fair prices. My favorite is Shane.

they took so long to do my acrylics, made them super thick, and guess on the tip size. i'm extremely upset & i paid too much for these. they're unbelievably thick and curved. they didn't even bother to shave them down after they applied the acrylic powder

I have been going to Pretty Nail for two years. I get gel manicures done by Sang. He is meticulous about his trimming, filing and nail painting. He also remembers the way I like my nail shaped. I usually let him pick the color for me because he has a good eye, and my eyes blur looking at all those paint chips! He does a great pedicure too, but I'm open to anyone in the salon doing my toes. The staff is always responsive and pleasant, and they offer soda or water when you arrive. I will admit the salon could use an update, but I'm okay with the status quo because they don't try to gouge you on the prices.

Came twice. Once on a Saturday. The place needs to be cleaned and updated- bad. Great shellac choices, but so-so manicure. This place had 8 workers sitting in massage chairs and one person working. They told me there was a wait and I had to come back.

That's RIDICULOUS.

Take a Sunday and teach the staff how to do dip powder.

Edit: someone from the salon thought it would be a good idea to create a fake account and message me about this. My note to you is that is not professional and there is a lot of time in a Sunday. THUMBS DOWN

I have gone to Pretty Nails for several years. Was always happy with the service. But twice lately, I dropped my elderly Mother off and returned to pick her up in about 10 or 15 minutes, and the manicure was done. Both times, not a good job, and I know they didn't do any massage of the hands and arm. I asked the last time, and one of the customers in there was shaking her head NO that they hadn't done anything like that for Mom. Mom has memory issues, so they took advantage. Won't be going back. Sad, because they did a good job for me, but when they could take advantage, they did so in a big way.

Ken is amazing. Henry too. I only go to those two. Ken gives a timely good pedicure and manicure!!
