What an amazing experience! Got a brand new pool and deck in less than two weeks. Professional and lots of communication. Answered all my questions and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much! If you're looking for a new pool remodel, stop looking. This company is top notch!

The techs are mediocre and quite frankly deceptive. If you value your property and sanity avoid this company as they hype a service they are either unwilling or unable to perform. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!!

We should have listened to the bad reviews and not the salesman. If there were a no star rating, that is what Paradise Pools would earn! NO Stars. We LOVED our sales person. It ends there. Thank God, my husband is a GC. He had to go behind their subcontractors and fix measurements on more than one occasion. Important measurements, like easements, property lines and footer dimensions. Seriously amazed these shysters are still in business. They subcontract everything out. They make excuses for EVERYTHING they screw up!!! The project manager was NEVER on site. I have pages of text messages of one excuse after another. Be CAREFUL! THEY TALK a great game but DO NOT DELIVER and definitely do NOT stand behind their work. If I didn't call, they didn't show up. When I did call.. "they will get it scheduled". If any reader would like specifics, please do not hesitate to reach out! Put in a work order on a warrantied item over a month ago, followed up with 3 phone calls and empty promises. FYI this is the first negative review I have ever written!! Also, don't be fooled by their new location.. it's the SAME company. I think Lake Worth ran them off!

I can't comment on the quality of their pool construction in fairness but if their appointment setting "routine" and "sales team" says anything, I've dodged a bullet and you might too. I made an appointment for 10am on a Saturday am. I receive no confirming phone call (which was fine) the day before or anything else to indicate that they would/would not be coming. I figured, I have an appointment right? WRONG. Evidently, I got a call 45 minutes before my appointment from Richard the head of Broward sales to "confirm". I called him back when I returned (at the appointed time for our meeting) and he said he had to make other plans becuase I didn't call him back. He then proceeded to explain that it was my fault for not having my phone with me at all times and explain that his call sheet told him what to do and that's his company's policy blah blah blah. It was quickly apparent that he was more concerned about wasting his time if a customer didn't show up (occupational hazard it would seem) than wasting mine by not showing up when we agreed. He didn't offer to come right out or otherwise make arrangements, he continued to defend company policy and got hostile when I expressed my disapproval with him wasting my time. He said "I'll do what I want to do" and said "you get what I'm telling you Jack"....really Paradise Pools, is that the best you can do? I think I'm better off calling Van Kirk Pools. You might be too if your in Broward and Richard is the head of sales.

Building with Paradise Pools and Spas has been a nightmare from beginning to end and it is still not over. If you are planning on signing up with them, which I would highly recommend against, do these simple things: 1) Go their website, scroll down and click on testimonials, there is none. 2) Ask the salesman to provide you with the owner's phone #, he will not. Other pool companies do. 3) They will never tell you when the work will be completed or started. Their motto is: "as soon as possible", It could be a week, a month so you just have to wait and hope they come. 4) They claim that they are cheaper but they are not. You are going to end up spending more at the end. And if you say that it is not what the salesman told you, the owner will tell you that this is between you and the salesman! Now let me tell you briefly about my experience. We signed a contract with Paradise Swimming Pools and Spas in January 2015. We are now in July and the pool is still not ready. 3 days after they excavated the pool, we received an email informing us that our pool is scheduled to be excavated in 2 days! That was the red flag. You are responsible for following up with them. We sent an email asking for an update and a week went by with no reply. When we finally received a reply, we were reprimanded and told that if we send an email and no one replied, we should have picked up the phone and call! We have made our final payment on June 17, 2015. When they started the pool on June 21st, one of the 2 pool pumps was not working, the waterfalls were not working, the bubbler was not working, one of the 2 pool lights was not working and they did not install an equalizer line in the pool which is in the contract. They told us we had to deal with service and repair department! Someone from Hayward came to fix the pump. He got the pump started and water coming out of the waterfall but it is not a steady flow. He said that it was not his job to clean it and that he would let Paradise pools know about the issue. Another Hayward guy came to fix the light and he told us that our skimmer was not working properly and our cleaner line did not have enough suction. He told us we had a leak in both lines. He said he would file a report. And as expected, they did not follow up with us. So we called again and they told us that the Hayward guy was not asked to troubleshoot the pool, his job was just to fix the light. We were warned about them, we did not listen. Please don't make the same mistake as us.
