I'm sorry to have to update negatively, but after my last visit for lashes I said I could not continue to sing their praises.
I went in on a Wednesday in hopes that the lashes would last until the following Monday (my birthday). In the past when I've come here, the lashes lasted at least one week or a little over. Could not believe that those things were following out the same night! So I went back the very next day and the lady was very kind and told me she would fix them for me. Mind you I live in DC , this is not just around the corner for me.
I must say everytime I looked in the mirror I felt that this time I was getting that very false, ghetto lash look that I hate! By Saturday half the lashes had fallen off or were dangling at some point and had to be pulled off.
So disappointing I have to find a new lash place now...definitely has to be in or closer to DC this time.

For pedicures I recommend Jenny. She is AMAZING. She takes her time and you really see and feel a difference.

For nails JASON 100% he is so detailed, takes his time, and is a perfectionist which I personally love.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and I was very skeptical when the pedicurist opened the pouch of individual files and discarded one. The pouch is meant to be used for each customer as to not give me someone else's cooties.

Things got no better. The whole experience was not great. It felt rushed and was overall poor in quality. I definitely wanted to storm out after the dude pulled a dirty pumice stone out of stagnant water to wash my feet. I didn't as to not ruin my husband's experience.

The health department will be hearing about this.

Whatever you go in for--- they pressure, over and over, for you to upgrade. VERY annoying--- the first two times the guy went on about how I shouldn't get regular polish, but get instead-- I was very clear-- that it messed up my already frail nails-- the 3rd time he asked said that I didn't like the pressure at all. He was very distant-- did not enjoy the experience at all, I was there to enjoy and relax. The place isn't as clean as I would like to see, so for sure not going back.

I normally do not come to a nail salon 30 minutes before closing but time got away from me. I only needed a fill. I tried to tell her how I liked my nails shaped and showed a picture. I had to tell her the edges were to sharp and please round the corners several times only for her to file the side again and make them sharp again. On several nails the tops were crooked and when I told her she couldn't see it but finally took care of the right crooked hand. Now the right had was shorter than the left. I told her she could make the left hand shorter to match the left but it fell on deaf ears. The technician who did my nails was rude. I am a polite, calm direct person but after her yelling several times, I had to tell her to stop yelling at me three times. And on top of that she smacked my hand like I was a child because I was trying to show her how I wanted my nails to which I said do not smack my hands. I was so threw with this "technician" who was mumbling words ( I am sure cursing me in a different language). And, when I said what did you say, she looked at me and say I make pretty for you or nice color nice color because she kept saying things that were shady. She did not make pleasant conversation with me because she had to keep fixing another woman's polish and at closing her ride was waiting for her so she was rushing my nails, that is until her ride left. I wanted chrome but realized that would not be wise and she said thank you for not wanting chrome. I just wanted to leave. I was so pissed after and for 2 hours after that. Now, I believe this is nice salon, I just came to close to closing and was treated poorly by someone ready to go home at 8:00 pm. If a service business closes at 8 pm maybe they should take the last customer at 7 pm and give good service. I am a good tipper but I have never been so disrespected.

I went to this nail spa to have my for eyebrow done. This procedure usually takes no more than 10-15 minutes. To my disappointment 30 minutes after the employee started she was still struggling to sculpt my eyebrow as if she did not know what she was doing. Another employee came to help her. They both struggled to work on my eyebrow, because the second employee was nervously trying to undo the mess she had done to my brows. Needless to say, I ended up with uneven eyebrows one side higher than the other. I was horrified. How can licensed personnel behave like that or are they licensed? It' been 2 days but still the area around both eyebrows are very itchy and irritated. Do not go to this establishment; I don't know how they are at doing nails but the certainly suck are sculpting eyebrows.

Never again. Poor service. My pedicure was rushed . The nail polished closely resembles the work of my 3 year old daughter . The staff was also very rude . There so many salons in the area . Please save your time money and disappointment and go somewhere else .

This place is truly ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY!

E.V.E.R.Y.T.I.M.E I go there is something. This my third time trying to give them a chance, but I can't continue to give them my money.

1. They force you to go to the atm in the corner even though they accept cards.

2. No one knows how to do nail art. You show the a picture and they give you their interpretation, which is NOT what you showed them in the picture.

3. They run out of product and don't communicate that to you until your in too deep. If you don't have the color say that, if you don't have chrome say that, no nail jewelry say it, no foil please say it up front so I can make my decision.

4. The is a younger African girl that does nails she is RUDE and very CONDESCENDING! RUN if you see her coming. Jason is the only one I've interacted with that I would return to.

5. Prices are high, since when is a basic pedicure $40?!?!?

6. They do not clean the bowls after each pedicure. They do use liners, but water seeps through to the bowl and I have never seen anyone whip out cleaning products.

7. They do have a variety of colors, they offer gel and dipping powder, lots of parking, will stay open later if you come right before closing, and usually no wait even busy.

There are so many other salons within the general area that provide better service, if you want to leave out feeling good, this ain't it! It's always something.

Well I usually come here for my mani and pedi but todays visit I was very disappointed because first the new girl she rushing my job and doesn't know what she doing then left my toe nails looking crusty she did the job I coulda done myself and then had the audacity to ask for a tip after causing me pain trying to dig out a nail they gon have to go head and train ole girl cuz todays visit wasn't it.

Been looking for a nail salon place that I love. This is my 3rd time here and I love it. Friendly staff who care about their work! Highly recommend!

I've been to several different nail techs within the store and they all do a good job. But go to Jason if you want cool designs, Andy, the owner did a pretty awesome set too. And go to Jenny for the pedi.

New fave nail place in Laurel!

I've been going here for a little over a month and I love it !!!! I've been trying to find a new nail tech for weeks and I am so happy I found this spot . They have amazing customer service and are always on time with my appointments ! I will never go to another nail salon!
