Papa Murphy's

I love Papa Murphy's, but the staff here suck. Im giving 5 stars anyways due to the owner, who is extremely polite and genuinely apologetic, and this place doesn't deserve 2.5 stars. I think it is hard to hire good staff in a small community like this, seems to be mostly bratty teens.

We love this place. We order at least a couple of times a month, maybe three! The crust is crunchy on the bottom perfectly, and the toppings are fresh and delicious.
We live in town, and we know!

For us, this has been a very wonderful consistent experience. We appreciate the customer courtesy, our favorite pizza is always beautiful and delightful. Thank you papa Murphy's nortbend. All the employees are on the same page. It's nice to be able to count on their consistency.

The pizza was pretty good. I read some negative reviews about the service, but I ordered online, they said to wait 30 min, I waited 20 and picked it up. The interaction was very transactional.

Great location and great pizza. They are quick and they have the perfect amount of toppings. I had issues with my online coupon code but the manager still gave me $2 off my order. I'm always so thankful when a manager goes above and beyond even when they don't have to.

I am so disappointed. I don't understand don't they have recipe cards how the pizzas are suppose to be made? You order a thin crust pizza usually it comes on thin crust. This has happened multiple times at this location. I'm done

Be careful when ordering here if you are gluten free. I ordered a gf pizza and realized after eating two slices that it was not gluten free. It's really my fault I should have recognized that the crust looked different. Anyway the pain that came shortly after eating was the wake up call for me. They were very busy and nice but just be careful here.

I went to our local store and was the only one in the store, after I ordered several more came in. I sat and watched as one of the guys started my pizza, put on the sauce, then grabbed two more pizza doughs, pushed mine aside and made those two (Cowboys) and then worked on mine again.

The lady that came in after me asked if she was taking my pizza, I told her no that he started making mine, then made hers instead. She apologized.

When he said my pizza was up I asked him why he did that and he said he did them in order. When I said no I was here first he just shrugged!!!

Time to go back to Frankies

Really nice thin crust pizza. Fresh toppings. Great deals! I love taking it home to bake and eat hot from the oven. The Rustic Vegetable Pizza is my favorite and my husband likes the Greek Pepperoni.

Man I swear the customer service there sometimes is just appalling. I asked for no onions accidentally put onions on it no big deal when I called you fix the order I was told well you didn't specify what type of onions you didn't want on it so that's why you got white onions and no green onions. No onions means no onions in my world. This time again they put no onions and we confirmed twice that they didn't put onions on it but they did when I called to rectify the situation they told me to bring the pizza back in and the receipt and they would see what a manager could do for me. But a manager wouldn't be until Friday. Yeah not happy

Billy- Enjoys a good debate. Whenever I come in I make a lot of mistakes and act really confused because I know he likes a difficult customer :)
Thomas - Kinda weird, unconventional style, always singing the song playing in the store... Will give you an 80% discount if you whisper "Stinky Stevie" to him... 75% discount it you just say "Stevie".
Erik - I saw him rip the cabinet door off once. Seems like he bottles a lot of his rage. Channels this into his A+ pizzas, don't be fooled, he's a gentle man at heart.
Rachel - Loves Jim Carrey impressions!! These will make her laugh every time!! A super cool cat with lots of cats!
Nate - Also enjoys cats, and pranks. If you really want to get him, ask if you can "See the manager!" in a demanding tone!
Jared - Honestly C- worker and a D+ person. Claims he's the original Papa Murphy but we all know that's a lie. Lazy, boring person, it's great you don't see him around often because he's always at these "ragers".

Other than that this place is awesome!! These people are super fun and work hard so make sure to tip them well ;) They deserve it!
